Hotel Federico Ii in Naples

During the organized school trip to Naples, we stayed 3 nights in this hotel with 40 kids, the structure is a 10 minute walk from the metro stop, an uncomfortable and dangerous road for kids, it takes half an hour on the metro to reach Piazza Garibaldi. The staff appears helpful, the "buffet" breakfast proved to be inadequate for the context. Despite having communicated food intolerances, they were not considered in the slightest and the alternative was EMBARRASSING. Eating badly in Naples seems impossible, but not if you stay here: no choice, unsalted and overcooked pasta, very low quality of food, poorly cooked. The alternative proposed for the intolerant was absolutely inadequate. Thin and pure... but where have you ever seen this??? The cleanliness of the rooms is sufficiently acceptable, even if between one room and another the plasterboard walls allow you to hear everything happening next door.
