Where to stay in Naples

Although it's a bit far from the subway station, it's very close to the Spanish Quarter and some attractions, all within walking distance, making it perfect for a trip with friends. The breakfast is amazing.

I stayed for three nights. The room had a small refrigerator, and two bottles of water were replenished daily. The toilet had an old-fashioned bidet. The cafe and breakfast area was on the rooftop on the sixth floor. However, of the two elevators, the one that didn't go to the rooftop always displayed the 12th floor. Are there floors I couldn't see? Also, sometimes the floor sign would say "?...

The staff were very friendly, but the property is dated and not very clean. The breakfast was disappointing.

The only positive thing is the location near the airport. We stayed in a triple room with a view of the heating engines. The furniture needs updating. The rubber pads under the chairs had been replaced with rubberized paper. The bathroom has a tub, but it's small. I recommend it only for its location near the airport.

The hotel is ok for a 1 night stay before or after your flight. The location is very close to the airport. Our room smelt very odd, but we weren’t sure what it was. The air conditioner was also leaking down the wall. Not very clean either and not sure how it is a 4 star hotel but was ok for just the one night.

A little room for an overnight stay close to the airport- there was no window, but it did have a wonderful sky roof that could open and close and it had a blind that blocked out all the light. It’s a pity that they do not offer an airport shuttle as they are so close to the hotel. The taxi wanted to charge €15 for a 1minute ride. Two much noise from street , constantly Ambulance and street noise disturb your sleep. Water from shower did not drain. Building too old and smell.

Great hotel in the heart of Naples. The hotel is more of a boutique hotel but is very centrally located and close to the cruise ship that we are taking out of Naples and through Italy. Staff were great and the service was impeccable. There are a lot of hotels in the area but this one stands out. I would recommend this hotel.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast has a limited selection. Staff are incredibly helpful. Beware location is noisy because there is major building work next door with drilling from 8am weekdays.

The Partenope Hotel offers a pleasant experience overall, but I found the price of the room I stayed in to be somewhat high considering its condition. However, the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, earning a perfect score of 100%.

The showers are outside the bathroom and the water leaks out of the door into the hallway I'm guess there is mold underneath the carpet in the hallway because of that reason.

Stay was good for the most part. It's not a freestanding hotel, more like a b and b. Convenient location and the main street is safe but some of the side streets felt sketchy at night. We used this as a quick weekend away to visit Rome and Naples and so didn't use all the facilities. The hotel was good. We did not expect it to be so far out and taxis were expensive. The place was clean, but the breakfast was quite average as the croissants were burnt and there was no milk or bread, which are very basic breakfast items. There is parking available inside, but it fills up quickly. Another downside for me was that the pool closes too early in the afternoon.

Its a bit far from the center but the hotel offers free shuttle to the nearest metro station. It was all ,good staff was amazing and friendly. It was close to the station and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was served at the cafe next door, and when I went there first thing in the morning there was almost nothing left. It was not far from the main tourist attractions and near several foreign embassies, so it felt safe!! It was a little old, but it had its own charm, and the owner, Claudia, was very friendly!! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

There is a bug in living in this location. I heard the sound of racing cars all night. Also, it may be because the floor height is too high or the house is too old, I always feel a little cold and humid at night, but there is no air conditioning here. So I was noisy all night and felt a little cold, so I didn't sleep well. In addition, the check-out at 10 o'clock felt too rushed.

Very busy downtown traffic location. The most important thing is to mention that the lobby is on the 4th floor! This is inconvenient with luggage. The staff is pleasant, but it should also be mentioned that they are not open 24/7. Also the nearest parking is blocks away.

It was fairly easy to get to by bus and Metro. But I only had one small bag, I wouldn't recommend doing this with big luggage. It cost 5 euro for the bus to the train station/metro station then 1.20 euro for the Metro. It's a 2-3 minute walk from the station. The guy downstairs of the building is rude, but managed to get him to tell me where to go. This place is on the 4th floor and it's confusing...

Good location, lots of shops and restaurants within the area. Buses, metro also close by. If you book a room, make sure it doesn't face the busy road (towards the sea), as it is very noisy, even with the doors closed. There is no 24/7 reception, and the WiFi didn't work during our stay. A charming spot with a courtyard, located right by Naples' main cathedral, it genuinely felt like a Roman apartment! Excellent service and a good breakfast. It's a small, family-run guesthouse right in the heart of the historic district.

Very welcoming staff, helpful with introducing upon arrival and storing luggage when checking out. Location is good in general but unfortunately now the coastal way is under maintenance/construction so sea view is obstructed when you walk along. Also a bit disconnected if you take public transport.
