This hotel is in a bad area of Naples. Graffiti and trash everywhere, non Italian men staring you down, don't go out at night. Military and police patrolling everywhere all the time. We stayed in the suites at the property which isnt in the hotel proper but in the building attached. The rooms were great, the beds were a mix of comfy and stiff. The room was clean, the staff very friendly and courteous. Pretty good breakfast to start the day. The hotel location is ideal because is close to the historic center and in the middle of a lot of attractions, bars, and restaurants.

The room was clean and tidy, except the chairs were worn out, looking like they would fall over if you sat on them. Also, bottled water in the refrigerator was chargeable.

Excellent place to stay, we stayed for one night! Great air conditioning, everything was spotless! Shampoo, soap, linens, TV, and Wi-Fi were excellent! I recommend it and would return again and again! The service at check-in and check-out was fantastic!

Great area, hotel itself is meh.

The building and room were rather charming. The fact that the building we stayed in was an extension of the main facility and located a quarter mile up a hill. We had to roll our bags up the hill and then up the marble steps to our room. After an eleven hour plus plane ride we were exhausted.

The listing on ******* mentioned “Parking available” - there is none. We wasted an hour trying to find the one indicated by the reception, but our GPS brought us to a tunnel quite far from the hotel. We gave up and found parking near the hotel but it wasn’t cheap!

The room itself was really nice and spacious but the shower was tedious as the drainage was not working properly and you could only leave the water running for a minute and then wait for the water to drain in order to not completely flood the bath. Need to check in from the hotel downstairs, no one is on the second floor. The location is very good, close to the train station, close to Chinese food and snacks, good desserts, comfortable mattress, fast Wi-Fi, quiet at night, but the room facilities are relatively old, suitable for transit but not for long-term stay. Breakfast was provided the next morning.

If you take the price-quality option is good. 5 minutes walk to the station, you can travel around the neighborhoods. You can walk to the farthest parts of the old city in 25 minutes, and so it starts in a few hundred meters. The room was quite large, although it may not always be comfortable. Overall, I am happy with the 6-day stay.

The bathroom shower is not waterproof and splashes easily. Hot water for shower is good, there are disposable shampoo + shower gel, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no slippers. The Hotel is in the Hospital District and does take quite a while to get to. The accommodation is OK, but a bit difficult to reach on foot. Metro L1, 14 stops to Polyclinico, then a 15-minute walk. There's a neighborhood restaurant called "Fermata Obrigata" 10 minutes away towards the hospital.

I stayed two nights at this hotel and was greeted with warmth and hospitality from the reception staff upon check-in. The rooms were cleaned every morning and the breakfast buffet was generous, with everything you could want, from sweet to savory. This is a decent hotel for the traveller who wants to experience the real Naples. Convenient location close to main train station and circumvesuviana regional train station to Pompeii and Sorrento. Plenty of dining options nearby. Staff ranges from OK to great. Unfortunately they do not have a safe in the rooms which I found very inconvenient.

Very nice large room with friendly staff. The breakfast was sub par. You were given 1 small cup of coffee, 1 4oz juice, and a croissant. This was the worse breakfast on a 14 day trip.

We stayed here one Saturday night. My 20 yr old daughter and I. Even after a room key mix up that was totally my fault, the host was kind and helpful. We had a lovely stay. The area feels safer than others and was much quieter. The street is super accessible with a grocery right across the street, the harbor down the street and the famous square only a few minutes walk. Location: Near the small train station, convenient for downtown Naples. Two stops in the opposite direction takes you to the seaside pier, which offers beautiful views. Room: Compact and small, making it difficult to unpack. The noise from passing trains is noticeable during the day.

This is a nice and cosy hotel, even though does not look like from the outside. It was comfy, quiet and fullfilled our needs but breakfast was dissapointing with some packed toasts and packed small marmalades, we took a coffee and went to a cafeteria on the main street.

'A decent B&B rather than a hotel. Basic room, not even a small table and, as in the bathroom where there isn't even a shelf, you don't know where to put things. Average breakfast for a B&B, some problems with the lift and the price a little too high for what it offers.
