Where to stay in Naples

Overall good, the toilette need to be checked more often, and I would suggest redo the showers to make sure the water does not flow everywhere.

The staff were friendly and the location was great. The capsules and lobby were clean. There were several booths with combined toilets and showers, so you shouldn't have any trouble using them. It would have been much better if the shower booths had been a little cleaner.

Good, there is also a cafe where you can chill and enjoy

Great if you have an early flight out of Naples airport, the walk was less than 5minutes from the hotel to the airport. The other reviews about the sound from other rooms were not exaggerated, I brought earplugs with me so it was fine, if not they sell it for 2 euros. Towels have to be rented from them, I forgot how much. You need to bring your own toiletries, no soap, shampoo or toothbrush provided...

I stayed for 2 nights. The staff was kind. The room was a minimum size for a single person, but it was enough for those with an early morning flight. It was a 5-minute walk from the airport, which was very convenient. The room was clean. The shower and toilet are shared, but there are about 10 rooms, so you can use them with ease. The shower gets the toilet wet, and the shower hose is too short.

It's located just a minute's walk from the airport, which was very useful when I accidentally chose a flight that arrived late at night.

The hotel has many good points for example helpful friendly staff but feels badly managed, leading to a failure to maintain consistently good standards. We never saw anyone in charge overall.

The responses to service issues was not there on occasion

My wife and I spent to days at Montespina Park Hotel relaxing by the pool. The pool was clean and at the perfect temperature. We lounged poolside with nice cocktails and lite food. The staff at the pool and restaurant were amazing! Luca, Giuseppe, and Barbara were fantastic and always helpful! We have recently come back from Napoli and used this hotel as our base! I was worried about staying here due to the negative views and simply put the reviews are a result of those suffering to karenitus. This hotel was lovely and so peaceful! Rooms are very large & clean. The cleaning ladies are very sweet and helpful. Pillows need to be upgraded though.

The hotel is located near the railway station. Spacious room with a balcony and a window. Huge comfortable bed. The room has a small fridge, air conditioning. The price per night is adequate for this comfort.

1) the electronic lock in my room was broken; 2) the mini bar did not work; 3) the air conditioner did not work; 4) there may not be an employee at the reception and you will have to wait for him to get the key to the room. 5) the hotel does not have a clothes steamer (as stated in the description).

The only thing to recommend about the room is its location close to the central station.

Overall is nice, but the location is not really convenient if you are not driving a car, and since the traffic in Naples is so messy you may not able to get on the bus as your predicted time, so be careful. But the staff is nice and polite

We arrived at the hotel at 11.30 pm after a late flight. There was a friendly employee at reception who checked us in quickly and cheerfully. Our room was a good size, clean and comfortable. And we enjoyed the free breakfast the next morning, before moving on again.

Our room was in the annex of this hotel which is located on the 5th floor of a charming apartment building. After checking in, we located our room which is reached via some stairs, OR as we discovered on our last day, a lift! Great location! slightly outside of the busy city center of naples but still extremely accessible. Train 1 minute walk away! Staff was very helpful with helping us navigate the area and accommodating by holding our luggage prior to check in.

It’s a nice and cozy place, but it’s not close to public transportation at all like the page says . It’s convenient for travelers with cars. But someone coming with public transportation like l did will end up paying lot of taxi which is not cheap!!

I stayed here for one night and it was ok but not more than 2 star hotel. The room is pleasant enough, very simple and effective, however the bathroom was small and had missing finishing touches like broken tiles. Good location for transport to the centre and airport. The staff on duty was very friendly and helpful.

The receptionists were very kind and left a good impression. The bed was spacious and clean, but several insects flew into the room and were flying around, which was a problem. The most inconvenient thing was the lack of Wi-Fi. Even when I tried to connect to the internet from an outside line, it was only 3G and hardly worked at all, so that was disappointing. This hotel feels more like a 2-star property and is not worth the price (over €100). The staff was not particularly friendly, and the breakfast was nothing special. My biggest issue, however, was the noise — the windows are not soundproof, so the street noise was extremely loud. This seriously affected my stay and is the main reason for the lower rating.

If you want a nice small hotel in the central historic District of Naples, this is it. Service was good, room was very clean, and quiet despite being on a very busy street. Very close to Metro stop for university.

The hotel isn't in a convenient location, about 10-15 minutes in a taxi from the airport but it is excellent VFM. It's very basic but very clean and I had a brilliant night's sleep. A lovely boutique hotel. In the middle of the iconic Spanish quater yet near to the designer shops and a short walk to the marina and boat terminal.Room was small but exceptionally clean. We stayed only for 3 nights and I have to say that there were several questionable things... Non-existent shower door, toilet seat not fixed properly, defective bathroom door and the icing on the cake... sewer smell that came out of the bathroom. Pretty close to airport with 24 hours reception desk. Ok rooms but the free breakfast was a bit depressing. We had a bit of a lost in translation moment since most of the staff don’t speak English. You get what you pay for.

The hotel is rustic but well kept. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The location is awesome. We stayed two nights at the end of November in the suite. It offered a good value for money and was located just steps from Piazza del Plebiscito, Via Toledo, and the Spanish Quarter. The daily housekeeping was excellent. The owner was very kind and let us leave our luggage on the last day after we checked out. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.
