Amazing location, food, amenities and its private beach well equipped. Loved the spa, massages, pool etc. Shoutout to the incredibly helpful staff that took great care of us throughout our stay

What a wonderful place to stay, we were upgraded to room 3120, which was lovely, on the ground floor, double aspect windows with French doors opening out to a large balcony. It was spotless and the service was impeccable

The most beautiful beach I've ever seen! The food is always different every night, with typical and non-local products. Very kind staff, fabulous location. You have to go there at least once in your life!

There is a private beach that belongs to the hotel, it is a 10 min walk away or you can get a buggy which is constantly running

The sunbeds and towels at the beach are free, except for the 2 front rows and there is a café there for drinks etc

The pool area is nice and immaculate, there are no toilets by the pool either, you have to go to the spa, which was a bit inconvenient

The water is so clear that on calm days you would swear it was glass. The pool area is well organized, with separate areas of loungers if you prefer some quiet time during the day

The rooms, gardens and facilities are recently renovated and kept in immaculate condition and are stunningly beautiful! The private beach with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas is situated right in front of a separate beach bar and restaurant, which makes it convenient to spend your day there without wanting for anything

Every year we visit (this was our third), the food experience gets better and better, with an incredible variety of foods prepared by chefs that results in what feels like a truly elevated experience over many other resorts

From the moment you are greeted by the friendly reception desk, prepare for a truly enjoyable and memorable vacation at the Rocca Nettuno resort

Pasquale, Pascal, Franceso and Michaele in the dining area are the consummate professionals and I cannot forget to thank Guiseppe who made us the best lattes in the morning! There are a few changes since the property changed ownership this year but we were thrilled to see all our favourite staff are still here and that the rooms and grounds are better than ever

The hotel room was clean and the location was great, right next to the Duomo in Milan. However, the valet parking attendant seemed grumpy and there was no staff to help with luggage.

Due to a system issue that caused room overbooking, we were unable to stay at the original hotel. The staff immediately arranged accommodation at another hotel with a slight room upgrade

While there was some delay during the check-in process, the situation was handled well overall and the experience remained pleasant

It is a super expensive hotel but excellent breakfast and good services. Just take too long time to wait for my room without further notices even I left my phone number. It is over price in this room size and quality

The 'king-size' bed is actually two 1-meter mattresses pushed together, with a noticeable dip in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on

Very relaxing stay. Beautiful grounds and scenery. Room are comfortable, spacious and nicely furnished. Lovely couple massage at wellness center.

My husband and I stayed here and booked through Secret Escapes so were expecting a resort as depicted in the photographs - this was not the case! Photos must have been taken some time ago as the resort was dated and tired

Staying at the Telis standard apartments we where first pleasantly met by super service as we where picked up at after parking our car at 3 o clock in the night, by the staff that checked us in and dropped us off at our top notch room, very tired

We booked half board expecting the flexibility to eat in 3 different restaurants on the park - unfortunately the restaurants were under one roof, serving much the same food

My mum and I holidayed here for a week (24/9-1/10). When I booked it I didn’t realise how huge the resort was! It’s made up of multiple hotels and you really feel nestled into an eco friendly landscape within the hotel

The location of our room was great, a small walk to the closest restaurant and easy to find our way to the beaches and pools. The shuttle bus to the various parts was also handy

As mentioned, great location, very close to the sea, and a short and nice walk away from Cefalù. There is a hotel beach as well with sunbeds. We visited 9-14 Sept, and we never had problems finding free sunbeds

The rooms may need some modernisation, but this was not an issue. Also, there was a safe box in the room. As of the staff in general, very friendly people, they were always nice and attentive to anything we needed

Breakfast in the restaurant basic, but definitely sufficient. Dinner very good and veeeeery tasty (compliments to the chef and the staff!). There is also a bistro at the hotel, where you can buy something tasty for lunch

During the peak season it may be more challenging. Overall very positive experience. A few extra notes: There is a train track next to the hotel, but the trains are not very frequent and do not make much noise

Not a nuisance at all, but I mention for the picky ones ;) Conveniently, there is MD supermarket across the street

Its a 25 mins walk from the train station, so its not in the center of cefulu Room was big and ac worked well. Breakfast was basic and average

The room was great, and the front desk staff were very warm and responsible. There are plenty of common areas downstairs, and it's quite close to the train station. Overall, it's excellent and worth recommending.

My elderly parents were really impressed by the modern industrial design – it was a refreshing experience for them! The location is great, about a 10-minute walk from the central station

The only slight inconvenience was that neither the front desk nor the restaurant accepted cash at all, which wasn't ideal as not everyone has a credit card. It would be great if they could allow payment with legal tender

Our room was quiet and comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent, with timely and thorough housekeeping. All the public areas felt safe and easily accessible

Restaurant service was good, and the breakfast spread was plentiful with a wide variety of choices. Dinner wait times weren't long, and the food tasted great

The young lady at the front desk was learning Chinese and made a wonderful effort to communicate with us, offering practical and friendly advice and service

But is close (walking distance to the metro, that provide easy access to the city centre

We stayed 2 days in a suite with a splendid view on the Alps. Room was fantastic ! The personnel very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.

Former factory. Ceilings in the room are 3.5 meters or higher. Upon check-in, I noticed a huge amount of dust. Nice toiletries. Very good breakfast. Free private parking. Friendly staff.

Service was good, room service was also good, not too expensive (the service charge). Location wise is not central, as is on the site of the old Fiat factory

This is one of the few hotels I stayed in Italy that I was very satisfied with. The room was big enough, the surrounding area was convenient, and the price was right

Even during the Turin Winter Games, the price did not increase

One of our favorites This is an amazing resort. Beautiful beach and pool. Very nice rooms, wonderful service and an excellent breakfast buffet, beachfront lunch and three course dinner. We will be back.

Both a huge and high quality sweet selection (which we don’t appreciate but know many do) as well as made to order egg dishes, good bread, cheese, ham and even a juice station where you could make your own juice with a choice of many fruits as well ass healthy vegetables including fresh ginger

Great experience! Special mention for the Latin dance classes with Gilberto latino. Amazing energy, talent and attitude. His classes and presence were the highlight of our stay. Thank you!

The beach area is also very spacious and gives a luxurious feeling compared to the other umbrella teas along the beach. Something we really appreciated about the hotel was the breakfast

The hotel area is so big that you actually wanna call it a resort. If you like the old luxury style, then you'll love this hotel. Because it is kept in this style and it fits perfect

Fantastic coffee goes without saying, it’s Italy after all. The walk to the town is fairly simple. 20 minutes to reach most restaurants and it’s only a slight climb at the end

The evening also offers entertainment at the pool bar, doing quizzes for all nationalities and live music

The hotel,setting is beautiful,the staff very nice pool is beautiful and clean,rooms are nice and clean and nice views,cleaners very nice and in every day,beach is lovely there are big stones/pebbles but that’s they type of beach it is natural

The pool area is perfect for lounging around, also offering activities such as water gym at a couple of points through the day

You do have to pay extra for towels for outside and for the safe

Me and my partner have just had a weeks stay at this resort and from reading the reviews I was skeptical but I can honestly say it’s one of the best places we have stayed. The resort itself is absolutely stunning

The staff are attentive and friendly, some of whom you can tell really love their job. There is an onsite mini mart where you can purchase items such as cigarettes, suncream, beach wear and bags

Wonderful Stay at Hilton💕🙏🏼 I recently stayed at Hotel Hilton Ben to celebrate my birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! The room was absolutely spectacular, spacious, and offered amazing views that made every morning feel special

The hotel also offers great extras, like a boat service that conveniently connects to town at a very good price, and even a free tour to Murano, which was such a thoughtful and helpful addition to our stay

I want to give a special mention to Herlane and Anyely, who provided such warm, professional, and attentive service, they truly made us feel at home

The train station is a boat ride away from the hotel, but the airport has the hotel's own shuttle boat service, which is much more convenient

The neighborhood is peaceful and charming, yet surrounded by wonderful restaurants, making it the perfect location to relax and explore

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service throughout the hotel was exceptional

Guests are not allowed to serve themselves, which feels unusual for an all-inclusive hotel. Portions of meat are cut very small, and if you ask for more then 1 piece, the response and the side eye can feel uncomfortable

There was also one incident in the bar area that left a very negative impression: one of the bartenders was actually throwing up behind the bar while colleagues stood by laughing

On one occasion, when I tried to serve myself some soup, a member of staff even took the spoon from my hand, which I found surprising and a little off-putting

This was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant to witness. Another concern was with the lifeguards. They seemed more focused on their phones than watching the sea, even during the biggest storm

If you want to take your kids in a fun enviroment with beautiful sea and all inclusive its the right place. Good for family with teenegers up to 17. Not so good if you want to be in a more quiet swetting… Overall good

The beach is beautiful, the hotel is set in a stunning location among the mountains, and the rooms are clean and comfortable

The divide between adults and family areas while evident doesn't make you feel excluded. Some days we would drop our child in the kids club and head over to the adult pool but also happy to just around the kid's pool

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge staff in particular went above and beyond normal expectations. The property is very well situated to explore the many must see towns in Puglia

Three things to look into, the WiFi is not very strong, the beach/pool towels are old and fraying and there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom

Stunning hotel. What a beautiful hotel. Amazing efficient service. Lovely pools. Like much and dinner quite pricey but to be expected in such a high end resort.

I must say that after asking the very helpful receptionist for some conditioner, 3 little plastic bottles were delivered to the room. Having said that i can’t wait to come back, this hotel is just wonderful

Pool opens May 1 but you can sit poolside and enjoy the fresh air and greenery surrounding the pool. Terrific restaurant and attentive wait staff. Room was generously sized and super clean

You have to join Mr motivator for his poolathon, exercises in the pool, he is fab and so enjoyable to listen to. Two people stood out, Mateo and Claudia M

Great location a 15 min walk from central train station and on the waterfront. You do have to walk 10+ minutes to get to restaurants and 15+ min to the historic city center

With a heatwave hitting throughout my 3-day stay, the best decision I could have made was to choose this hotel specifically for its pool – and boy, did we enjoy it! The atmosphere was super chill, complete with a DJ, the lush surrounding garden, and the perfectly tempered water

Breakfast was fabulous, offering a wide and comprehensive variety to suit all tastes, including juices, fresh fruit, cold cuts, hot dishes, omelettes, and naturally, excellent coffee! Leo's attentiveness, and indeed that of the entire staff, was exceptional

Almost every night theres something happening- like a theater or stand up comedy and everything is in Italian, me and my family know a few languages close to Italian so we could understand a thing or two but honesty sometimes we did felt kind of left out, otherwise it was great! The food was awesome, (And everything was written in italian, english and german which was great) the people were super kind...

We were all inclusive but staff seemed to think they were doing us a favour getting us a drink. The pool bar was the only place to get drinks during the day and very limited options

The apertivo evenings were a joke and there were long queues to get a drink again very restricted options and if they ran out - tough

Staff in the restaurant tried to be helpful but seemed to be in fear of the senior staff who were openly contemptuous of guests so think the culture of the hotel needs addressing

Family friendly place, many guests are with little children

The entire staff were so helpfull and friendly!! At the beach bar, the "sports beach", the guys were so fun, Elia & Federico took especialy good care of us, we really felt special!! The park grounds are huge

Borgo Cala Moresca brings us a very joyful experience. The private beach located in a wonderful view. The ecopark fulfills with mix of mountain goats and ships

A beautiful resort staffed by delightful young students, our favourite being Diego, the lifeguard, who rushed to assist my daughter after she was stung by a wasp while in the pool

I would, however, think before taking advice to go for lunch at La Palme restaurant on the other side of the resort, as we were treated like a group of second-rate citizens, virtually turned away by the jumped up teenager, manning the entrance like a bouncer, who insisted on €100 payment to even set foot in the door

Quite frankly, I don’t think we missed much. Another person to mention is Marco the front desk manager, who arranged an airport transfer by an excellent operator and tour guide, also Marco

The wasps were plentiful, and caused quite a lot of anxiety throughout our stay, not limited to my family

A pure European old-money style hotel, a niche high-end hotel group, the restaurant is very photogenic, the rooms are large, the facilities are average, there are very few Chinese people staying here, mostly old-money Europeans and Americans, it is not far from the main attractions, very convenient, quiet in the hustle and bustle!

I liked the hotel's decor, the location was convenient, and the service was excellent. However, I was woken up by mosquito bites in the room and had to swat them away in the middle of the night, which disrupted my sleep

We were unlucky to have jacuzzi under maintenance so the swimming pool most of the time was crowded. Lastly, the breakfast quality was good but for a 5* European hotel was expecting more variety

A hotel with an old-school, vintage feel. The decor is typical of European retro style; the rooms, though small, are very elegant. The service is excellent—polite but not overly enthusiastic, striking a good balance.

The room has no fragrance, just a slight carpet smell, which caused my husband to sneeze when we walked in. At night, a cricket chirped in the air conditioning duct. The hotel apologized, and we knew we couldn't catch it

It was my first trip to Milan. The hotel was not far from the central train station and CBD. There was a Michelin restaurant on the first floor. The room was elegantly decorated and the overall experience was good.

In a group of 18 I can not fault the hotel, the staff the Resturant team and especially the animation team (entertainment) We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived and like friends by the next day The holiday has been one to remember with memories never to be forgotten

However there are a few who would benefit from a change of career, quite miserable Negatives, walls seem to be paper thin, we can here all from next door

Overall had a great time here me & my girlfriend we stayed 4 nights in Novotel. First time in Italy we went to visit Venice, front desk staff was very helpful with arranging a taxi for us to anywhere we needed to go

Novotel Venezia Mestre Castellana is a great choice for families and business travelers alike! Located near Porto Marghera, this 4-star hotel offers upscale amenities and a convenient location, just 7km from Venice

Guests praise the hotel's helpful staff, comfortable beds, and modern rooms with premium bedding and pillow menus

Food here is good and prices are reasonable. They have nice bar area that the servers are nice and polite and are able to serve whatever you like! Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable

However, overall, Novotel Venezia Mestre Castellana is a solid choice for a comfortable stay in Venice

The hotel - there are better places as a venue for conferences, great. Conference for 500 people was perfectly organized, with no queues and delays. Rooms are comfortable.

Very nice hotel as you would expect from Hilton. The people were friendly and the accomodations were 1st

Good location, just a short walk into town especially if you take the hidden ally behind the gate at the end of the street. The only minor issue was there was some noise during the day from renovations at the hotel

We loved hanging out in the bar/lounge area. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options for anyone to choose. The rooms are a little on the smaller size, but with a beautiful view if you are on the ocean side
