Words are useless. To see. Obviously this can be combined with a visit to Castelsardo, and 10 km away is Sedini with its Domus de Janas, which is not to be missed.

The location was perfect and the hotel restaurant very delicious

Loved the pool and had a great view of the ocean, a bit out of the way but we didn’t mind walking into town. The hotel is a bit older, so the interiors aren’t as modern as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel.

Such an amazing experience! First - as I am pregnant, asked for an early check in - no problem! Second, the pool is so clean that even in my state I was able to swim

Wonderful grounds, beautifully kept. I had a deluxe room with a balcony. The room was slightly outdated but the bath was updated. Service was fine, especially the bartenders who were friendly, kind, and spoke English

The desk people were also kind, some more patient that others. The highlight was the spa where the services were reasonable and wonderful. They were just as good if not better than Elizabeth Arden in the US

The hotel is in a great location. A minute grom the hotel is a beautiful beach,with free sun loungers. There is a swimming pool in the hotel. The stuff is very friendly and available at all times

This hotel is outstanding, all the staff are absolutely amazing they went above and beyond to help out, hotel clean and food was great, I for one can’t see why people have to put a bad review because what you are saying is not true, I suggest you stay in the city and try being nicer to the staff before you say they are rude, they are 100% professional loved my time at this hotel

We appreciated the helpfulness of staff when we had booking issues. They worked hard to accommodate our family of 6 on a very difficult night (new years eve). They were friendly, helpful and spoke good English

The rooms are quite basic but very clean. Beds made up daily with fresh towels. We ate a couple of nights there and the food was very good. The staff are very helpful and polite. The pool is clean and not that busy

the bathrooms are clean and the shower is relaxing. it makes me want to get clean. the lobby is great and it has a bar. besides the bar there is a pool table as well as a ping pong and foosball table outside

This hotel is very far from city center (line C work only to 21:00 evening, we have to go on the bus MC - 1,5h from center) the room looked like as photo, but all was really old and need to rennovation :( this hotel have nice balcony’s , pool, breakfast, and nice price 😜

Things to do in the hotel well Limited, however it was well priced and the Metro into a Rome itself was pretty close.

Food is homemade, service is superior, eco friendly gardens are amazing with roses and herb gardens, pool and event space is spectacular, private in room spa is unique and upscale, location to tuscany experience especially the town of Cortona is amazing and overall you could not have a better local tuscan experience

Exceptional compound and amenities on site.  Rare for a hotel in Rome to occupy such large grounds and amenities like outdoor and indoor pools + sizable gym.

If you are seeking the typical branded 5 star experience as defined by the hotel association then this is not for you! If you are expecting a 5 star typical traditional Tuscan experience complete with a private vineyard then this is the place like no other in tuscany

Our room was beautiful! Highly recommend room #143 with 2 balconies overlooking the pool and garden, beautiful view of the Mediterranean in the distance and direct access to the lemon garden, pool and restaurant

The dinner options were not appealing to us given the amazing food we had nearby. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room when requested so we had dirty towels, unmade beds foe 2 days

The include breakfast buffet has everything (even for picky American eaters like my spouse) and it’s around the corner from the main shopping street in sorrento with all the stores and restaurants

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Do yourself a favor and get a room with a balcony, the view is incredible

It’s in the original villa and are two rooms combined into a guest suite. Generously sized bedroom and living room with a dining table that could accommodate 6 easily. The armoires and fireplace were a beautiful touch

Rooms are clean and towels and sheets changed daily. Breakfast is fruit, croissants, cheese, meats, get down before 9am. Dinner has four courses, starter which is fabulous, pasta, meat, or fish, then desert

If you use the hotel as a base, the surroundings eg the waterfront, the views and the villages close by are a real treat and very convenient. The hotel has the advantage of all the local amenities and views of the Lake

The restaurant team are just the best. Especially Sami, Jaouhar, Carlos, Mohammad, Christian, and Mustpha. They work so hard and I hardly hear any customers say thank you, I don't know where people's manners are gone

The ladies at the front desk arranged excursions and organized a private boat tour of the island for our family. Pina kept the indoor thermal pool area clean and well stocked with towels

What made our stay at this hotel outstanding was the staff. They made us feel welcome and looked after us throughout our entire stay

I have just returned from a week stay in this hotel and I just like to highly reccommend this hotel. The location is absolutely great , private beach opposite hotel with free towels, sunbeds and umbrellas

The hotel has also pool and plenty of sunbeds but we rarely used it. We went half board , breakfast is buffet style with plenty of food, cereals , cakes, hot food, ham , cheese, etc

Excellent two weeks at this hotel, staff were all friendly and helpful. Excellent menus for breakfast and dinner and restaurant staff were a treat. Private beach just across the road and an great pool at the hotel.

Cleaners are very good, every day changing towels and cleaning room. We had one night of entertainment on a Friday night. Well done to waiters and all staff. Highly recommend this hotel for couples and families

Excellent parking facilities, nice swimming pool with a diving board, gym would have been nicer, authentic Italian coffee would have been nice for breakfast

The hotel is also conveniently placed for the path of the lemons. It is very nice gentle hike and on the way you can stop in farmhouses selling lemonade and lemon sorbets. We had a great time and we will be back

This place is so nice and luxurious. Staff is so kind and efficient. We were put here after out flight got delayed for 4-5 hours and with a whole plane coming into your hotel you'd expect there to be a shit ton of staff

I give full marks to LUCA in the lobby bar. She is tall and handsome and provides good service. The room is relatively large in Europe and the decoration is also the standard of Hilton hotels

The hotel was a bit far from the city but we had shuttle services that would drop us off and picked us up every day for 10 euros each way per person, cheaper than booking a taxi

They have support us since we arrived until the day we left. Beautiful gardens with  very comfy furniture as well

If you have a car this hotel is good, Have a EV charging . Hotel is big and clean

The resort is very close to the sea, about a 3-4 minute walk away. Unfortunately, the food leaves a bit to be desired in terms of quality and staff efficiency (perhaps because it's understaffed for the busy season)

The location is lovely, has great potential, and could be top-notch with some updates to the various accommodations, such as the wooden villas, which are very cute but in need of renovation due to their age

She's chosen excellent people who are meticulous in ensuring a top-notch holiday full of fun for the little ones with the mini club, where Elena and her group ensure maximum enjoyment for the kids

Angelo and all the other staff (Davide, Edoardo, etc. ) are super efficient in organizing games and events for young and old, leaving nothing to chance

We'll definitely be back because the best thing they offer is the entertainment provided by the SAMARCANDA staff, managed by Federica

We stayed at the resort the first two weeks of August

Fantastic room , quality and luxurious throughout the hotel , happy helpful staff. Only let down was breakfast ( expensive for what was offered) poor hot food selection and quality, unusual for Hilton so disappointing

Stayed here with my 3 siblings for 1 night. We booked a quad room and the front desk kindly upgraded us to a suite which was so lovely of them. Breakfast was continental style but they made cooked breakfast upon request

Eat out ! spoilt for choice would be the advice

When we finished checking in, the reception desk called a staff member from nowhere to help push the luggage, but the staff member seemed unwilling to help me push the luggage, because he even wanted to push all the suitcases into the elevator where I was and turn around and leave, but he did not succeed because the elevator could not accommodate him

As a result, when we came back in the afternoon, we found that the room was not cleaned, so we had to go to the front desk to ask please help me clean the room

Every day change towels and every third day the bad linen. Good breakfast and delicious meals for dinner. Location is remote, but in the national park close to the coast and shuttle to the beach

Firstly you need a car to stay in there because is far away from everything(shops restaurants) but nice quiet location. Closest beach 20 min walk Nice pool with all sports around

The Resort: There’s a huge pool with a bar and lots of sun loungers. The volleyball court had a hose to cool the sand, which was a nice touch. The tennis courts didn’t seem to be used

The waves were too strong to swim during my visit, and lifeguards asked us to stay out of the water. Accessibility: Not ideal if you want to explore nearby towns. A taxi costs around €70, and walking would take 2–3 hours

The resort is large, so finding my room on the first day was a bit confusing. The Staff: Reception was very helpful, especially one woman who spoke excellent English. The entertainment team was energetic and friendly

Restaurant staff were generally nice, but the head waiter (in a black shirt) was quite rude, which put me off. I paid €25 for dinner the first night but didn’t return due to the unfriendly service

We also spent time at the hotel’s bar, where we enjoyed some entertainment by Carmelo. He made sure everyone was having a good time. Fabio and Alessio, the bartenders, made fantastic drinks and were very friendly

We had a great time at Bougainvillea with virtuous pianist Mino. My family and I went for drinks at the bar and little did we know we ended up singing along with him

Breakfast was extensive and everything you want. Ate one night at restaurant and unfortunately we were still too full from lunch. The kitchen happily made us minestrone soup that was delicious and perfect

He made me feel like we played together for the longest time!  After a while he welcomed some new guests that arrived and we sang in English for them

At the suggestion of our friends, we decided to visit the Masseria and spend an evening there. The property is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and filled with a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere

In the context of charming, rustic Puglia, this property is one of the few truly elevated options and, in my view, the best luxurious option that still manages to capture the authenticity of the region

The rooms are elegantly appointed, with luxurious finishes and outstanding showers! The bed and pillows were of exceptional quality and we slep well! Go for the breakfast - it is exceptional value with a lot of choices

The hotel is totally remodeled and modern, staff is professional and kind, private beach is fabulous,the water is crystal clear and area has so much but surrounding area needs work

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious although the bed was quite firm. The AC struggled but it was very hot outside! The beach area was great…chairs and umbrellas to rent

There was a lack of open restaurants in the area, this may be due to the time of year? Adjoining area appeared quite run down with a lot of trash which is unfortunate

Food not great, the pool is far from ideal and the rooms on the ground floor are a night mare as you can hear everything happening in the corridor / other rooms

Everything else is good except the parking issue. Advertised as free parking but has only a handful of parking spaces available whilst there is a huge parking lot that is paid parking

Collecting my checked-in from the locker room takes a century because there is only one person manning the front desk who also handles guests' luggage

Do note that the air-cons do not work during cold season so everyone have to open their windows for natural air-con :)

I came to Milan mainly to visit lake como so it was only a 3 day trip but one thing about me I need a good bed to sleep in so i don’t feel, and the bed was really comfy

Very good restaurant, the chef and staff are there to take care of you. We had a good stay, with a friendly team. We were able to enjoy the bar and the indoor swimming pool

Terrible service and facilities. The air conditioner broke, but they didn't fix it and kept saying it was fine. It was too hot to sleep, so I switched to a cheaper room

This is my favourite hotel in Rome. Its old world charm and architecture, gr8 service and our room was stylish and spotless. The bars r devine and at Christmas the decorations and tree really beautiful

We had three rooms however all varied in size and Facilities The rooms are generally clean and have traditional furniture and the rooms have been modified for air-conditioning The bathroom also are fairly large yet need more thought into the design
