A very artistically decorated hotel that leaves a lasting impression. The breakfast was excellent and varied, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel truly makes it memorable.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door

My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer

The hotel is located right on the edge of the Old Town, making it super convenient and close for walking there (about 10-15 minutes on foot to get into the Old Town). I think the location is really good

Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour

The hotel is also within walking distance to all the attractions. I recommend it because the hotel facilities are new, the surroundings are quiet, and it's convenient for getting around

A special thank you to the staff for their help in a difficult situation – they found and returned my lost wedding ring. We’re incredibly grateful and will definitely come back! 💛

On the bright side, the outdoor gym was incredible, never crowded and with all machines and equipment we liked and use. Staff was being attentive , professional, and available to assist with our needs

We stayed in Grandserena at the end of September (10 to 24th). Our stay was really pleasant and enjoyable, especially before September 15. It was time for the great entertainment and sport activities

Also I would like to mention some areas for improvement: The inconsistency in food seasoning and the assortment in the buffet; The information about the seasonal/monthly set of activities

Mornings begin with the scent of coffee and sea breeze; evenings end in quiet luxury. The staff are attentive yet discreet, making you feel both cared for and independent

We were assume some water sport activities, but was not have any. We prefer to know when and what types of sport activities are available for the visitors

In the room we found a lovely surprise from the Guest Experience team for our anniversary,such a thoughtful detail! The room was spotless during our entire stay, housekeeping was perfect, and all amenities were always refilled

The room was nice and well kept, and the complimentary breakfast was varied and delicious. Right around the corner there was a metro station, so it was very easy to get anywhere we wanted to go while exploring Milan.

The hotel often hosts conferences or large gatherings, given its extensive range of meeting rooms, but the spaces are generous and there is no sense of disturbance from the coexistence of guests and hotel activities

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. I am always well taken care of and made to feel truly welcome. The staff is attentive and kind, and the waitress in particular was very sweet and friendly

Very nice hotel the room was clean and renovated. The hotel is very closed to the metro. The only problem that we had was the heater it was very hot (personal feeling) The room was very well decorated and have space

The restaurant is an excellent option. The bar also offers dishes suitable for a quicker meal if needed. The rooms are very spacious and quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is functional

Bizarre system of being required to buy credit in advance for bar/ food with any unspent surplus retained by the hotel. Beach and pool towels available for hire! Felt generally ripped off

First of all the rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. Fresh linen and towel provided each day. The pool areas are clean, tidy and family friendly. There is entertainment on around throughout the day

The worst thing for me are the beds. It would have been more comfortable sleeping outside by the pool. I have one night left here and I am genuinely dreading going to bed tonight

The entertainment team were exceptional, always ready to meet you with a smile and friendly face. Great food and drinks and in a beautiful setting, with easy access to cefalu. I will definitely be back again

We had an incredible time at the hotel! Everything was perfect, from our spacious, modern seafront room with breathtaking views to the fantastic amenities that truly made it feel like a home away from home

An amazing hotel, so friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean. It is no trouble for any of the staff to do anything for you. The bar staff are all excellent, especially bar manager Rosario

The second room wasn’t as nice. The walls were peeling outside our room and there was mold on the ceiling on the bathroom. The pool area is very beautiful but against a very busy street so lots of traffic noise

But they make you wear a pool cap to be able to swim, and the staff is not so friendly. Also, they close the pool and lounge chair area of the pool at 6:30 which is way to early imo

Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and high-quality service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to return here again in the future

Perfect hotel! We stayed here for 5 days. Great location, just in front of the hotel there is a bus stop and the metro station. 2 mins away, there are also tram lines! On the same street, there is a nice cafe

He recommended food delivery apps (as the restaurant & bar had closed and I hadn’t eaten) and checked me in as fast as he could. He even knew my name before I could say it due to how late I was checking in

The hotel was lovely and conveniently located on a lovely picturesque street, the room clean and quiet, and the mini bar was a lovely addition - a lot cheaper than most hotels too

Beautiful facility with amazing views from the balcony of Lago Maggiore and the mountains beyond. Convenient to the ferry stop and local restaurants

The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever seen, quite luxurious

However, here comes the criticism. There was a huge garden party taking place on Saturday which was probably the main reason for "moving" us. It would have been appropriate to get that information when checking in

The location with a private beach is perfect and in early September it was almost empty! Service was flawless and we even had an upgrade to a slightly bigger Junior suite with a fantastic lake view

A nice stay with a disappointing check out. Me and my girlfriend spent the weekend in this hotel. Worth mentioning, this is a conference hotel and probably works best for bigger groups

Even though we were staying at the other side of the hotel we could hear the bass until the party stopped at 2am and my girlfriend didn't get a proper sleep

Staffs looked cold at first but we encountered some emergency on the last night of our stay and they offered the best help! We really appreciated for the kindness of the front desk staffs

The cable machine and dumbbells are enough for me. At the weekend a lot of football related events take place. If you are a fan of certain football clubs you might be lucky to meet the players in the gym or in the lounge

We drove there so transportation is not a concern for us. Theres carpark in the basement and charge is reasonable! But we drove back on a Sunday night and there’s a football match

Roads were blocked and heavy traffic to drive back to hotel. Room is ok but poor sound insulation. I could hear the sound next door at night and able to hear the sounds inside otherrooms when I walked in the corridor

Milano must play at home of course. Unfortunately they occupied the whole lounge and I couldn’t use it as usual

The cleanliness of the rooms, the provision of in-room amenities, and the checking of bar shortages, hot drinks, and water were all inadequate, especially by the staff on the fourth floor

Beautiful huge swimming pool at the hotel

The hotel was excellent – clean, tidy, and with great service. The surrounding area is also very convenient. My only minor complaint is that they don't provide water. Do hotels in Italy typically not offer bottled water?

Everything about this hotel is great. Great value with great breakfast buffet. Will be back if I go back Rome

A standard Holiday Inn, but very good overall. The bed was huge, and the room was very spacious, as was the hotel itself. I was really satisfied and felt it was great value for money

Located near to a dog pound with dog barks heard some hours of the night and day… nevertheless, it’s alright, I rate I average for what it is. Restaurant for breakfast is meh! You’ll survive

I stayed at this Holiday Inn, and the hotel itself was what you would expect from a standard Holiday Inn — clean, comfortable, and overall good. However, the service at the hotel restaurant was really disappointing

Breakfast was also very rich! We really appreciated the pool area and the private beach, reachable in a few minutes

A bit disappointed on arrival. Big plus: magnificent view from the bar and restaurant. The pool is very deep, with few areas suitable for young children. As for the food, there are always good dishes

Increasingly disappointed with Club Marmara. The sea is nearby with a free shuttle train. This is the first hotel where the cleaning staff and restaurant staff don't say hello

An experience that was almost an A+

The evening entertainment was engaging but never intrusive, perfect for those who, like us, were looking for a mix of relaxation and fun. A special thanks goes to the staff for making our holiday so special

As for the restaurant, it's repetitive, tasteless, and there's always less meat when you arrive. Beware! Don't listen too much to the Marmara representative who tries to sell you expensive and pointless excursions

Good food, beautiful decor, pools were great, the main pool could have been a little warmer and the hot tub hotter, so the hot tub was full all the time. Would visit again in the future

The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning

Even though the hotel is a little far away from the center, it was perfect for us and our needs. Bikes were available for free, very easy to rent

The rooms are spacious and well designed, the restaurant offers a great variety of tasty dishes, and the staff is professional and kind

I must highlight the “sauna world” and the panoramic sauna, it was a blessing on a rainy day

They offered us a suite but we were happy with a junior room with a nice view of the sea

It’s important to know that most people drive and when you arrive they ask you to empty your car by reception, the staff label it, and then golf carts come to collect everything with your name and bring to your room

Kind lady on the phone was exceptionally attentive to our request as well as the parking lady of the hotel greeted us with

The air conditioning works well and we had a lot of space in our room and balcony to relax. The room service every day is excellent, very fast and they do a good job. If you are not ground floor, the only way up is steps

There is a lot of healthy food choices as well as mountains of pasta, pizza, cakes, and other delicious treats. Many nights have a theme, like seafood night, and the choices leave nothing to be desired

Hotel and SPA team was just awesome! Sauna, Hammam, massages, baubles bath, little snacks and tea offered. We are very grateful, you made our day so relaxed and resourceful

The hotel is spread across many buildings, but nothing is too far to walk, it is a very nice design like a small village. Everyday the children’s entertainment is excellent

Tennis closes at 7:00 PM, but if you want, instructor Jacopo is available for private lessons even after closing time. Spinning classes end at 8:00 PM. I found the sports area well-structured and organized

Kudos to all the entertainment staff. My least favorite thing were the prices at the bar and on excursions, which were perhaps a bit overpriced, like everything else in Sardinia

This place is a true paradise! Stunning views, fantastic wine, and delicious food – diverse and suited to every taste. There are plenty of activities both at the resort and on the beach

I just returned from Santa Giusta, a great holiday resort in Sardinia. My family and I had a wonderful holiday. Good food, clean rooms, and good organization

I don't understand the reviews that say sports activities stop at 6:00 PM. The gym is outdoors, so you can go whenever you want

I spent a lovely weekend at the seaside with my friends. We had a great time. Gabicce and the surrounding area were beautiful. As for the hotel... everything was beautiful and very pleasant.

Very much an art deco period building with very little having been updated since the initial construction. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The kosher programme on half board, is very mixed

The variety of jams is good, but there is only salted butter - non a good combination. Fresh fruit was mediocre and the cut up varieties were full of fruit flies. The dinners were altogether different

Our room had an amazing sea view, and a huge balcony which we really loved. Cleanliness is average and we needed to ask for toilet and facial tissues to be replenished twice during our week long stay

Close to train station and port area and was very convenient. Front office staff were very friendly. I Room was very comfortable, had a beautiful view.

Beautiful ocean view from the room terrace! The room was spacious and clean. The sound of the waves was relaxing at night. It is walking distance to the marina where we took the ferry going to Amalfi

We came here especially for the spa/pool that is advertised on several booking sites, but there is no such a thing. The rooms are spacious, if a little outdated

This was incredibly helpful and allowed us to enjoy our last day in Salerno without any stress. Overall, I’m happy to give 4 stars — with a bit of improvement in breakfast variety, it could easily reach 5!

A few more high-quality options would elevate the experience. Excellent Luggage Storage Service One of the best features of this hotel is the free luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out

Excellent hotel with top quality services. Food was excellent at every meal. Pool and proximity to beach was fantastic. To see more of Sardinia, you need to hire a car. Local cycle hire was great to see immediate area

The entire complex was impeccably clean at all times, I never saw so much as a speck of dust. We did each have a day where towels were taken but not replaced, but Reception replaced them immediately

We are having a wonderful time. Our room has got a stunning view, so after breakfast we talk at our balcony and admire mountains and garden. The swimming pool is lovely and it has got a jacuzzi too

Even the coffee, though from a machine, was fantastic! The pool is massive and we never struggled for loungers (although the time of year helped), and we ventured to the clean, private beach, too

I did get put in an accessible room for some reason, but it was super comfortable - great bed! Although it did keep making me laugh that because the accessible toilet was higher, my feet didn’t touch the ground when I went for a wee! The food - oh my God, the food was impeccable

We had a wonderful stay at Orosei Beach Sentido Hotel! After a long flight, we arrived late around midnight, and we were so grateful to be warmly welcomed by the amazing staff, who kindly served us food and drinks even at night — such incredible hospitality

Everyone, pool, bar and waiters! Maitre Bruno, who always welcomes you and makes you want to come back, is very good! Thank you everyone for making our holiday unforgettable

Staff very helpful and very friendly, first room was small but lovely we moved to another room which was bigger but a bit noisy as near a stair case leading to outside, we then moved up to room 508 and this really made a massive difference, highly recommend this hotel great location, rooms cleaned everyday and clean towels provided, can't really say a negative, will definitely be going back

Just back from a wonderful week at Hotel Le Soleil. We had a fantastic fifth floor room with full sea & pool view, the room was spotless & very well serviced each day

Beatrice was very kind to me ,arranged my early flight home after a domestic. Male receptionist was unhelpful. Bruno and tizhiano very good. No iron or kettle,had to borrow a special plug, my adapter wasn't right

Great day at this hotel, rooms were very clean and comfortable. They offer affordable shuttles to different city center destinations. Or they would help us call a taxi and it was always fast

and the housekeeper is doing good cleaning and refilling coffees and toiletries. The deli store were friendly and their shuttle service are always on time and affordable

Great hotel, great staff, I went for a premium room and they restocked the mini bar every day without fail. Reception staff so helpful, hotel has its own shuttle but and taxi service both at a charge

It’s nice to have a quiet and relaxing place to retreat to after spending the day in Venice. The rooftop bar and pool are a great place to watch the sunset and end the day. Will definitely stay there again

We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott in Venice. The property itself is absolutely stunning — it’s located on its own private island, which makes it feel like you’ve stepped into a completely different part of Italy

What really stood out to us was the impeccable service. I actually left my other phone in the room and didn’t realize it until I was already at the train station with my train leaving in about 30 minutes

The grounds are vast and peaceful, offering beautiful views and a real sense of escape from the busy city. The spa was lovely — a bit on the smaller side, but still a great experience overall

The team at JW Marriott handled everything so quickly and professionally — they found the phone and sent it to me on the next shuttle boat. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience

The JW in Venice is an amazing property. The staff was great and the amenities are fantastic. The shuttles are always on time, you just need to plan on them but it’s no big deal
