There was food available at the pool bar all day, fruit, salad, cold meat, cheese, pizza, fries, hot dogs and burgers and also desserts. Soft all inclusive only includes wine at meal times

Balance di Conte is perfect for a wind-down holiday. Plenty of sunbeds at the private beach, the water is warm. The food is excellent, a wide choice (even salads) and friendly, efficient service

We never used the big pool during our stay, surely because of the wonderful sea, but in part also because the pool was really not in the best shape

Free parking and three meals were included. I didn't have time to see the beach. There weren't many Asians staying there. It's very close to the airport, and it seems like you can also get there by bus

We did some requests during the booking (adjacent rooms, we were 3 families, and we asked not to be on the ground floor), we did the booking in February for July, and even so basically none of our requests was granted

The hotel was satisfactory, though it did not particularly stand out. My primary reason for selecting it was the presence of a swimming pool. However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre.

Always very comfortable. Professional and overly kind staff and you feel immediately "homey". Rooms spotless, functional with "sweet dreams" beds and plenty of pillows. Never fail !!

Very good location, convenient parking at a reasonable price and excellent staff. We spent two nights and it was very comfortable.

Easy to navigate if you have a car or use the only company Taxi services in Genoa (at their mercy). 10-15 minutes to Airport by Car, minutes from the Ferry Terminal and 15 minutes from the Cruise Port

The hotel was good, outstirk of city, breakfeast is italian, so really good ! . However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre which is not great for shopping and visiting.

They speak French, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The service is efficient and clean. The only downside is that the sheets aren't changed every day

Other drinks and snacks available 'a pagamento' *Smashing pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi. *Some supermarkets dotted around eg Conad, about 5 min walk. grumpy bar staff but I'll forgive him!

We had a good time at the hotel. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning and that the rooms didn’t have enough lighting. It seems that in Italy they don’t offer air conditioning at certain time of the year

Thank God, one of the workers at our floor got us a fan. Also Mariangeles, who was cleaning the garage, was wonderful giving us great advice for the hotel and the area

Location-wise, it wasn’t great since it’s quite far from the old city — a taxi ride cost around €25–30, which was a bummer. If your main plan is to visit the old city, this may not be the best choice

A bit far from the center but the hotel provided a very efficient shuttle service, on time and super friendly. We met Mariangela, who was extremely helpful and sweet, giving us recommendations and excellent service

The location isn’t ideal, with few restaurants nearby. The parking is convenient and pleasant, but can be a bit tight for larger vehicles. Still, it’s a great hotel overall — I definitely recommend it

Amazing as usually! I stayed there more than 20 times and always happy. Reception team is friendliest ever, Antonella very cute. Room was amazing even had sunbed on balcony

Although the swimming pool was closed when I went there. The lobby bar service was a bit poor and it was also quite dirty. I was too lazy to go out so I ate at the hotel. The food was good but overall it was a bit salty

Part of the hotel has been renovated so you can insist on newer rooms with better furniture. Balconies are small but the view is nice. The promenade that leads to the city is excellent

Hotel is in a nice location, staff was very helpful. We got a room that was not renovated but even though the furniture was worn out everything was clean

The grilled fish and pasta for dinner were good, prepared in a Mediterranean style with olive oil and salt, and quite tasty

Very well located in front of central station, it will be even more perfect if I can do early check in, and hope they can prepare the water boiler in the room in order to make the tea with hot water or cook some instant noodles when you don’t want to go out in the freezing night as I tried to dial 9 to bring the water boiler but no one is answering so the phone! And the cleaning lady forgot to clean...

location of this hotel is superb which is just a walking distance to milano centrale 😍 lots of halal restaurants around the area. The hotel room was big and cozy. will definitely stay here again if we come to milan.

Extremely close to the Milano Central station to perfect for its purpose inside the central station that are various supermarkets and small shopping mall and a very nice food market and the place is very nice

Excellent location with a fantastic view! The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive, even providing recommendations for nearby shops and restaurants

We mainly booked it for the pool and view of the ocean. Our first night our room was so hot, we eventually realized the AC wasn't working at all until we asked to move rooms and it was much better in the second room

Pool and ocean access is great and if you keep walking past the pool there is a private beach club guests also have access to. Big spread for breakfast and lunch was decent too

All the healthy options one could want. Plenty of fruit, meats, breads, croissants & cakes View from our room & balcony was superb. Loved every minute of our stay

There is not a sand beach around the hotel, only a small beach with rocks but it didn't bother us

Situated close to a town with all amenities, restaurants ect & 15 minutes walk to the Tram station which took us right into the Centre of Rome almost in front of Monument a Vittorio Emanuele 2nd

There’s also a very nice happy hour — definitely worth experiencing at least once! Two small notes: the hotel restaurant is quite expensive and the portions are small, and the shuttle to the city center has only eight seats

We had a drink at the bar which included snack with our drinks, ate dinner at the resturant and had a full breakfast in the morning. Service was very good for all three

We had a one night stay in Rome before we flew back to the USA. We were very pleased with the hotel. The airport shuttle was a free service that was available 24 hours a day. The room was clean and was adequate in size

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. The only reason to book this hotel is we arrived at 2330 nighttime and to catch an early train the next morning. Very easy to find the free shuttle bus stop

Sufficient for short transit, when you have late night or early flight. Will not be good for many days sightseeing in Rome. Free shuttle service from to the airport available 24/7, every 15 minutes

Free shuttle from FCO airport. More affordable than original Hilton cheaper about 50%. So Actually worth the money.

He resolved my back pain that I was having for long time in very small amount of time. I was impressed honestly! The indoor gym unfortunately is too small. I wish the Vivosa resort hat a bigger indoor gym

We had an amazing week at Vivosa Apulia Resort! The location is absolutely stunning – surrounded by nature and just a 10-minute walk through pine trees from a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water

We went here for part of our honeymoon, wonderful stay, the garden is beautiful, pool is nice, restaurants are good, rooms are good, near the beach, near boat/kayak renting. Would definitely stay again

My only suggestion for this wonderful hotel is to create even an hour in the evening at the pool for adults only. I went to the pool to relax after a long trip

Children were screaming and diving into the pool from the edge, parents threw their children into the water playfully around me so I had water splashed in my face and so much water was splashed from the pool that my robe and slippers were wet when I exited the pool

It was anything but a relaxing experience. I understand families with children want to play, but even one hour in the evening of peaceful time would be so helpful

We had the opportunity to stay at the Cala Della Torre Resort at the beginning of the season and we could not be more satisfied! Although the resort is not the closest to other places of interest in Sardinia, it is the most convenient for a peaceful holiday with everything you need

The cuisine was a real surprise: delicious dishes with quality ingredients. Every meal was a pleasure, compliments to the chef and compliments to the pastry chef who pampered us with his excellent desserts

Thanks to all the kitchen staff, they delighted our palate with the various dishes especially with their desserts. The cleaning was also excellent, and the care of the greenery and the common areas

My daughter and I stayed 3 nights and we loved the hotel for the friendly staff, location and the room, which was excellent. Comfortable beds and nice amount of space. Nice window that opened for fresh air too.

There is few spots in front of the hotel but usually they are occupied. if you are looking for good room and location this hotel will be perfect

Very good hotel not far from the Milan’s central railway station. But I was a little confused by the lack of seats at breakfast

This hotel is a short walk away from the city center - 20 minutes to Duomo. Which makes it just quiet enough, just cozy enough and perfect for relaxing and getting rest

When you want something other than sleep, the photo worthy bar and restaurant have great prices for delicious food, and amazing staff- I had the pleasure of meeting Fabio and Giacomo last night and they even helped me grab a quick plate to go just before the kitchen closed

Rooms could do with a few tweaks… more USB sockets, particularly next to the bed; a couple of types of pillow (bit firmer would have helped); a duvet in a duvet cover not just between two huge sheets; milk (even UHT) for the travellers who like a bit of milk in their morning tea; a shower that doesn’t require gymnastic ability to get in and out of the bath tub and an extractor fan that works for those...

Spa (wellness centre) was way overpriced so we went elsewhere…plenty of decent options around. (Use of the wellness centre was an extra €35 and massage treatments started at €120 pp

My parents and i absolutely loveð the aesthetics of the room, lounge and breakfast, and dinner room. We enjoyed the facility of the shuttle bus, and we thought that was very efficient

A minor drawback was the quality of the dinner food as it wasn't as good as we expected. Things occoured such as pasta was a little uncooked. However, I loved the red majito cocktail

Good location, nice rooms, good breakfast buffet, the staff is friendly too. We had issues with AC unit temperature adjustment, and even after asking 2-3 times didnt get much help, but manageable.

It's not too far from city center but right next to main train station. Rooftop bar is excellent but expensive, but the usual kind of thing you'd expect in an upscale hotel bar. Rooms are swanky and ultra modern

This is where you must stay if you visit Milan any time of the year. Proximity to train station and location is great, everything about this hotel is top notch. Appears to be in the middle of everywhere

This is our second time staying here, and it's been wonderful! The location is hard to beat, so close to Milan Centrale and it's where most of the day trips meet in the morning

What a beautiful hotel located in the country. Very modern with a bar/coffee area inside the lobby. There is an outdoor pool and kids play area. They also have Tulli that you can rent too

(That would be awesome!) Breakfast was very good but again only one coffee machine which slowed things down

When we stayed, due to there being other tour groups all wanting to leave the hotel at a similar time, breakfast was extremely busy. There are only two coffee machines for all of the guests staying in the hotel

The only thing that was not so good was the breakfast. The selection of hot and cold foods was good. However the organisation could have been improved

I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a Saga tour. The hotel itself was fine and I had a wonderful massage in the spa

However the hotel did take care of it and apologized. If our room did not have the issue with the ants it would be 5 stars all

The food was amazing, had we gone with our children we would have struggled a bit(they are rather fussy), but the two of us enjoyed everything! Our only little annoyance, was the pool- lovely and clean but just a touch cold! Would have been better for us if it was slightly warmer, however we understand it's a naturally heated pool so it's not going to be warm all year

When I made the reservation, I wondered if breakfast and dinner were included. Was this an all-inclusive resort? I didn't quite understand, but it was. Snacks, drinks, and a dinner buffet were included

We went as a belated wedding anniversary, we were treated really well. We got a cake and fruit platter on arrival to the room!! The hotel was fantastic, really clean and looked really good

All our needs have been satisfied: individual time and transfer to the beach, the table registered for each dinner outside, shifting the time of the dinner to the latest slot because we were returning late when the kitchen was about to close, very quick service and always polite

We were almost put off staying here due to seeing some of the bad reviews. I would recommend to ignore them, we had an amazing time! We had a few massages in the spa which were some of the best we have had
