Very good hotel swiming pool and good great. But dispite 5 reminder for invoice in advances They failed to provide invoice. Really poor reception services. Staff is not qualified enough to provide You the invoice
I do not put more than three stars, I think I have never put, but here you can put yourself in the hands of this guy and not think about anything else. Kudos to the management for finding him
I was in this structure, I have to congratulate the staff, and unfortunately I can not give 10stelle. Master Arturo with kindness, ability and competence is very rare now
This is quite annoying because they can call you at any time that the person is in the wrong place with their car
So please be prepared for horror 🙃 Expect this hotel is really reccomended to stay !
It was absolutely amazing I just have 2 thing the rooms where a bit small and the Wi-Fi didn't work and the food got a bit ropetative and there was a lot of fish and as a family we don't eat much fish but the pool was so pretty and you could spend hours in there and the water in the sea is so clear and there's a lot to do in the resort we went for my aunt's wedding and they made it the best they could...
However the location is somewhat remote and the season doesn't start until June for adequate bus service so you really need a car to get about
Showers were extremely powerful, great water pressure. Pool is very nice and hotel in general is lovely. Was very quiet when we went, never saw more than 3 or 4 groups of people around the main pool at any one time
Lovely setting and great pool and bar area. Ideally situated next to the beach. What let's the resort down is the poor breakfast and attitude of some of the staff. Seem reluctant to replenish food and juices
This isnt what i expect from a 4 star hotel. The villas are rather small but the cleaners are efficient and changed our towels made thr beds and cleaned room daily
Rooms were nice, although our Aircon didn't work, was told system was changing over from 23rd May but nothing changed, it was blowing out air which I'm fairly confident was hotter than the outside temp, was always colder outside the room than inside
You don't even have a discount as a client of the hotel (price for 2 sunbeds and a parasol is 32€ per day)
The other point is the fitness room, which can really not be considered to be at the level of a 4* hotel! Very few machines, max weights at 8 kg etc
When we first arrived, the shower gel was empty, and the next day the maid didn’t replace it—we had to ask. On the second day, she forgot to leave towels, and on the third day the hand soap ran out
This was my first time in Rimini. The sea is quite dirty but warm, while the beach itself is clean. Prices for an umbrella and two sunbeds range from €24 to €30 per day
I deeply appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff — a special thank you to Stefano Paraniac, who went above and beyond to assist me during my business trip
A perfect hotel for business or holidays! Nice rooms, excelent location, frendly staff. Breakfast with many options. Few steps from the sea!
I was only there less than 24 hours and they made sure we were taken care of including the take away breakfast 5stars
The location gave us options for relaxing, restaurants, and walking distance to shopping. Outdoor pool/bar, breakfast, atmosphere was great made better by the staff who are super friendly and helpful
Just spent three nights in this beautiful hotel, visually stunning with lovely gardens and a pool. 4 minute stroll into Stresa town centre for lots of bars and restaurants
You can catch a ferry to the Borromean Islands just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was awesome, lots of choice and a beautiful setting
Room well appointed and super clean. Good amenities. Upgraded to lake view which is lovely. Staff very friendly.
Excellent hotel in Stresa. Palace life for a few hours.
Romantic breakfast.
Super comfortable room.
The Regina Palace is a hotel from bygone days of classic architecture with huge imposing rooms with lots of style. The service from the staff in all areas was exceptional, friendly and professional
The pool area and view are lovely. Great service at the pool too with towels already on the loungers and service to your lounger. The pool food menu is very limited however
This hotel is fantastic! The room was so clean, has in room tea facilities and quality toiletries. There’s many towels, slippers and dressing gowns
Great hotel in a fantastic location. Staff very helpful.Beautiful pool with great views.
The Clou restaurant serves delicious food and has a large wine list with roof top dining and lovely ambience. Parking is difficult as it’s a restricted zone but the hotel offer valet parking for €50 per night
First time in Syracuse and this hotel perfectly met our needs in terms of facilities and location. It’s expensive - especially for the sea view rooms, but they are very nice and the view is lovely from them
The breakfast buffet selection is vast and had quality items with gluten free and dairy free options. Cooked items are also available to order. Staff service was outstanding and they are incredibly helpful

Also the coffee machine wasn’t working well but the staff there were always ready to prepare some strong coffee for us which was really kind. The amenities were also sufficient
The room is clean, the location is near halte bus but need walk around 10 minute from hotel.
Nice and clean hotel with very friendly staff. You can go to Venice with bus number 6 and bus station is few meters away. We really liked this hotel and price was convenient comparing to the rest of Venice hotels.
A very nice hotel 30 minutes from Venice's old town. We had the opportunity to stay three nights with breakfast included. The room was very large, and despite its proximity to the highway, it was very quiet
A truly excellent guy, a 10 out of 10! The New Year's dinner was very good and special, and the same goes for the breakfast—a very varied and delicious buffet. The rooms were very comfortable and modern
The location is good in 5 min walking you can take the bus number 6 and you can be in Venice in half an hour. The Hotel staff are very friendly and they will help you with any information you need
The most spectacular views , wonderful staff , 2 pools at upper cliff level and one at sea level , and elevator to their private sun chairs on the water , water taxis for a fee to Positano
Float pool noodles provided to swim in the sea
A delicious breakfast included as well. Note : Water access however not at a sandy area - must jump into the water from a ladder. Small beach one can swim to easily but it’s somewhat rocky like most Amalfi beaches
5 Star experience - will be back!
WOW! what an experience, not just a hotel, they have it covered from every detail to make this a 5 star vacation! Loved staying in Praiano instead of Positano
I’m not saying make it an adult only hotel, but I certainly would not complain at all. Also not having a shuttle to Positano and only to the center of Praiano was slightly inconvenient
This is the greatest hotel I have ever stayed at. My wife and I spent two incredible weeks at GHT for our honeymoon. The staff, views, and amenities are just out of this world

Hotel was located about a 30 min walk from the city centre so if you're wanting to be closer to restaurant etc, take that into consideration. Parking was included in the rate which was good
The indoor pool is only available as part of the spa package and required booking, so that wasn't ideal. The tower is served by 2 elevators, 1 of which was broken for 3 days so that led to some queues at the elevators
Stayed for 8 nights in mid-August. Room itself was quite small for that length of time. Staff were quite good, spoke English and were fairly accommodating
Tap water was discoloured (brown-ish) for a couple of days too which wasn't great
Noisy room at night, due to music coming from the window, and noisy aircon system. The gym is very small, too warm, loud music. Breakfast not dairy allergy friendly. Some gluten free option but not 5 stars hotel level
Booking through WhatsApp was not very clear—no one asked how many people were staying, and when I arrived with two adults and two small kids, I was told the room booked wasn’t suitable

There was no lunch available when we enquired even though we were told it was available, The pool was so cold it was empty thd whole time. Around the pool area there was ants everywhere
The breakfast buffet is good, there is a pool and a small private beach (but no sand) just across the street
I cant really add anything to the reviews which are marked Good or Excellent. Its a long time since i have felt such service by every single member of staff, most places have one bad apple but defiantly not this place
The anti pasta - three items served on the same plate, not ideal if the choice wasn’t to your taste, there was a choice on the second and third course, although portions on the main course tended to be small with a lack of vegetables
The next morning both of us were covered in mosquito bites. The last day we were there ,we had no hot water at all. We did complain to management and we received a small discount off our bill
Fairly average but clean hotel but a good location between two small, but charming villages. Lovely restaurants in Santa Maria Al Bagno and the promenade walk to Santa Caterina was lovely too
Swimming pool - salty water ( see water ) , out of date , no safety walking around swimming pool , loose cheap plastic around swimming pool caused my husband to have a big fall and injured his knees and hands, luckily he didn’t break a bone
The hotel is set down a quiet road so a car is needed as there is no real supermarket in walking distance. Apartment was lovely and spacious and pool area was nice. Couple of restaurants on site too
The pool area is nice and clean. We went to the bar every night, the one with a DJ. The breakfast was very common. We had a nice room with balcony
Nearest beach 20 minute walk and two free sunbeds and umbrella. Lovely views and peaceful location
I highly recommend the mini club. Our daughter loved the staff and the mini disco in the evenings. Ester, Mattia, and Enrico made this event very enjoyable. They are very professional, friendly, and funny
Restaurants are nice, 40 min to Olbia and 2 hours to Cala Gonone. The beach hotel is ok, but no so beautiful as other beaches of Sardinia. The good thing is that beach is almost private for hotel guest
They were extremely entertaining, fun, skilled artists and moreover, incredibly warm hearted and genuinely interested in the children. Their work ethics was one of a kind and would make us return to this hotel any day
If you go to Gardaland then this hotel is must. They offer good deals with free Gardaland tickets. Rooms are really nice, big, bathroom are perfect, beds were cozy. Food was rally nice, you have a choice for everyone
The bed was super comfortable and the room well-kept. The staff was kind and always very helpful. An experience to repeat for sure but with breakfast outside the structure as it was too expensive
Hotel was amazing, friendly staff and very clean! Highly recommend
Spacious room, nice ambience, good enough breakfast. The pool is a plus.
The pool was large and cool, perfect for after a hot day at the park. We did have to buy the swim caps for €7 at the pool cafe
Beautiful newly renovated resort with spectacular rooms and amenities. Pool, gym, and bar all exceptional. Similar to other reviews written around this time, the hotel does feel just slightly understaffed
We had a 5 days stay at this resort. Very good customer service, friendly and helpful staff, good atmosphere. Buffet for dinner well overpriced which made us go out every night for food to Santa Teresa
Amazing hotel, staying in it feels like being in a charming Italian palace. You can see that it has been renovated with great attention to detail. The rooms are versatile, each with a terrace
They are clean and very comfortably furnished. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The hotel staff is always smiling and polite. The view of the bay is breathtaking
I absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place for a successful luxury vacation at a reasonable price
I enjoyed everything! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The sea is amazing and from my room I had a beautiful view
I have been visiting Letojanni for 10 years and have never been disappointed by this hotel, its staff or its services. Its the end of November over 18 degrees....life looks fab from here.
Great hotel and view from the mountain, but not practical to enter or leave the hotel.
The breakfast was very boring and tasteless (except the croissants). There were also not much information about the opening hours of the facilities. The pool closed at 18:00, which is very early in my opinion
Website says it has three bars one was shut all the time which led to us sat in the pool bar listening to a very poor singer and his piano. Entertainment team really could do with sorting out
All drinks had to be in a plastic cup which led to guests taking glasses out of restaurant up to the pool bar
How fortunate you are to have him as an employee!! The waiter who served us a delicious lunch & wine was also lovely as was the food. Even though we didn’t stay at the hotel, based on our experience, we will recommend it
The view from our hotel balcony was worth the price of the room. Very convenient to walk up to the Palace/fortress of Taormina, down to the main shopping street and across to the Roman amphitheater
Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and had 2 balconies to overlook the town and view of the Greek Roman Theatre. There’s an outdoor pool above the lobby and spa services available. I can’t wait to stay here again
The manager Alberto took care of everything we needed and asked for! Angelo, who is everything, everywhere, all at once, also assisted with suggestions, recommendations and just great conversation about family and life
Even the doorman was a familiar face, as we were coming and going from the hotel at all hours. The breakfast here is wonderful with plenty of options from classic Italian to ala carte eggs, pancakes etc
Hotel is well appointed with fabulous views, excellent location and very friendly and helpfull staff. it was very tranquil during my stay.
The main pool is quite small so would be very busy in high season, although there is a smaller partly enclosed jacuzzi pool and of course, the indoor spa area at extra cost
Very good hotels, excellent mixed drinks from world champion Ettore Diana. Clean environment, breakfast with sea view, Good servis, nice staff, Good Kitchen, Swiming pool with sea view
The bar staff are excellent along with reception, waiters, owners and chambermaids. Went with Saga holidays and was well looked after. Many thanks and the weather is superb thank you for a memorable time
Lovely hotel in peaceful Gabicce Mare. Rooms have a good sea view, the suites have a full sea view. Breakfast is very good, dinner and I assume lunch are also top. I highly recommend this 4 star hotel
Great choice of main course, and desserts were magnificent. Lovely views from the dining room of the sea
I would love to return to this hotel, which is family run and friendly, not like the standard Corporate hotel which is the same no matter where you are in the world

We recently stayed for 2 nights at this hotel as a big family with two kids. Hotel staff was very attentive specially Francis in the lobby, he treated us like a family since day 1
The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the sanitation is very thorough. The staff are warm and attentive, which makes people feel very comfortable
Parking is convenient at 12 euros a day. The pool hasn't been fixed in the three days I've been here, and I still can't go for a swim
· **Comfortable Room**: The room was clean and spacious, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – so I slept really well. The soundproofing was good; I wasn't disturbed by any hallway noise
We chose the InterContinental outside Milan due to driving, and it met the usual international chain standards. Free parking was a big plus, and it was convenient to get to the city center by bus
Excellent! The hotel breakfast is especially delicious. This is truly the best and most comfortable hotel in Milan, very suitable for Chinese travelers. The rooms are also incredibly spacious
I recommend a shuttle service to the beaches, the boboi do not reach those areas
This is a resort that is separated from any community it is in. Assuming you drive there, you are then separated from your car by a 15 minute walk - getting away during your stay is tough
But altogethet the whole experience the sorrounding the pools, the friendly staff the lots of programs for the kids made it a wonderful holiday. Our 3 kids (7&5) and us loved it
The rooms are actually small separate houses like a holiday village and are very nice. Mine had a view of the stunning coast we were on. The place is enormous and has many places to eat
The paint is peeling etc bit it just makes it seem authentic. Our kids also absolutely loved the resident rabbits that can be spotted around the grounds. In summary, this place could be amazing, but it's not
We have been here in 2021 in June. It is a great location for families with kids, since the ocean access is limited (no sharks ;) ) and there is the park & zoo in walking distance
Fabulous holiday at this hotel
Amazing location with spectacular views. Clean, basic room cleaned daily. Wonderful pools. Food was fine and value for money. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
Snacks avaliable in the lobby all day (cakes, crisp etc) Ice cream avaliable all day and ice lollys when the pool area was open. Food - overall it wasnt great, pizza and chips were avaliable every lunchtime
Hotel was is a great location, lots of parking avaliable. Rooms were dated but it was clean. Pools were good, never any issues getting a sun lounger, life guards at pools and lake
They were quite strict with no jumping into the pool allowed. Lots of sun loungers at the lake. Drinks although only a small selection of spirits were all self service
Fabulous stay very welcoming and great good and facilities .
We got a free upgrade to the villas on the beach ( there is 8 of these) which was a lovely surprise, as it was my daughters/son in laws 30 th birthdays and this also gave us access to the vip restaurant for breakfast (which costs €30 each )
We found that the staff were Friendly BUT couldn’t speak basic English so trying to ask questions were very difficult and frustrating

Nice hotel, hearty breakfast, comfortable bed, good plumbing, helpful staff. Near the hotel there is the metro (lilac line) and two shopping centers and a Lidl store. The red metro line is within walking distance
Cleanliness: Very good, no issues. Environment: Great, it's an old hotel but the ambiance is nice. Service: We originally booked a twin room, but there was a mistake when we arrived
The front desk immediately waived our parking fee and switched us back
Great location. Within walking distance to subway station, a major grocery store and a mall. Rooms are quiet and squeaky clean. Hotel staff is friendly and responsive. I got my stuff for the bathroom, like, right away.
Every time I come to Italy, I book this hotel. It's conveniently located near a metro station, with a large supermarket and a decent-sized shopping mall with a cinema nearby. The area also feels relatively safe
The bathroom was exceptionally large, and I'd highly recommend this hotel if you're traveling with elderly companions. It's equipped with grab bars everywhere and a shower stool, making it very senior-friendly
My experience was very positive: Rooms were clean (even slightly before check-in time), breakfast was good, SPA was great (we experienced massage, pedicure, sauna, pool, etc. Noise in the room was not an issue
Stayed for a week with 3 friends. Our rooms were lovely and clean and we were supplied with clean towels everyday. The reception desk always very helpful
The only remark I have is that for breakfast, the option to have scrambled eggs would be great! And I feel like the bacon they had was not really bacon, but another time of ham. All in all, I will recommend this hotel!
I needed a Dr and was promptly recommended to many in the Taormina area. Breakfast had a great selection, plenty to eat. This hotel is not the Ritz but location is great and budget friendly
Close to the water if you are interested. Great location to drive into/out of Taormina and Mtn Etna. Asked the front desk to chill a special bottle of wine and the graciously did so
"The hotel has an excellent location. The rooms are spacious, nice, and clean, and the restaurant is the same. The food is plentiful, varied, and delicious
