Adequate rooms, although they control the air temp,I liked the patio off each room! The pool area was very nice and amazing breakfast buffet! front desk and other staff very rude, they don’t like Americans and they made us feel as if we were not welcome, too bad

Amazing location, a short walk to Bardolino, where you can take the ferry. Hotel is a great compound with various places to sit. Large pool with bar and tables. Extremely convenient for families and regular tourists.

The location is great, staff generally very helpful (extra gold star for Antonio working in the pool bar/restaurant who was unfailingly cheerful, helpful and efficient) and the facilities spacious and good

The condition of many parts of the hotel is a little tired and dated but thankfully for us everything worked ok. We enjoyed the good sized indoor pool during inclement weather

Comfortable rooms, good nights sleep. We ate out every night so couldn't comment on the evening meals. One thing about the local buses. The timetable seems to be an estimation at best!

This resort advertised 3 pools One was supposed to be warm with jacuzzi The two big pools were not heated Too cold for the guests to swim The warm pool was freezing as well This resort was a bad choice My vacation was ruined

Brilliant resort lots of activities and games played daily, animation team were energetic and inclusive in particular our favourites were the fabulous Diego, Veronica & Oscar. Daily evening shows which were good

Perfect experience at this resort. We rented a car and drove around all the island from there. Located in a wilder part of the island. Right next to the hotel are some hiking paths and a mountain to climb up

Accommodation was tired but we stayed in the older version that had cooking facilities, the newer rooms looked less tired. Not a lot to do in the local area but plenty to keep you occupied in the resort

Great food in all eating facilities. Staff we excellent. Only improvement would be to provide more nut free dessert options at dinner.

I liked the gym and pool; the facilities were quite clean. I didn't get to try breakfast this time, and the price was a bit high during the New Year's Day period

The reason I only give 2 for amenities because the pool and facility for the spa were not available. It was out since February and Trip.com didn’t posted it. The reason I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool.

Cool style hotel, all new and clean. Highly recommended for a couples weekend, not so suitable for families. Very comfortable beds, large TV etc. GYM is also fine. Great rooftop and good food in the hotel restaurant.

The facilities and decor are quite new, and there were festive graffiti and activities, though we didn't participate. The New Year's Eve party was lively, making it a very welcoming hotel

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel was a little out of the way from anywhere else so having a hire car was great and it was a good base for visiting both Cagliari and Villasimius

Carry water containers because they don't have any containers in the hotel unless they are hiding those too. They do have a nice pool and a nice small beach

Some furniture outside was broken. On the positive notes, the staff were gentle and tried to support us with our complaints about the noise. The breakfast was great, and the garden and swimming pool were well-maintained

The hotel is perfectly placed on the beach and has all the amenities you would wish for: two pools, access to the beach, great fresh food. The animation/entertainment team are truly wonderful

There is always a pasta dish and a dish with fish or meat at the evening buffet, as well as a dessert and fruit to choose from. At lunchtime you can order pizza or salad. The hotel has two very nice pools

The restaurant looks directly out onto the sea and the view at breakfast alone is worth its weight in gold. At dinner there is a wide selection of delicious and healthy starters, both hot and cold

The village is situated near the beach; it is really tidy and amazing! The village is nice and well done! There is also a pool. The food and the service are not the best! The village is a little too expensive!

Excellent breakfast & extremely accommodating staff

This is a very unique hotel, it has a real 70s vibe however, don't get me wrong it also has a real charm. From the elevator down to the beach, to the tropical plants, to the hand paintings to the live music at night

I really think people don't need to crowd into the hotels directly in front of the train station; this one is genuinely excellent

The area feels like a residential neighborhood, and while it was a bit dark, there were no strange people around

I think they need some more staffing for room services , Kitchen and for housekerping in general. They are seriously understaffed , thats whats impacting the hotels overall looks and service quality and definately rating

The location is perfect for exploring Venice, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The room is well-equipped and suitable for a short stay. Breakfast was alright.

This hotel was truly the best value for money on our trip. Even though it's located in the block behind the train station, it's actually not far and is very quiet, with no train noise

service not good except t for the shuttle service which was exceptionally good , the drivers know what customer service is all about. The room cleaning was not done well. The bed was not turned for the night

2) BEWARE: the whirlpool is not free!! It costs 20 euro per person. 3) We had some issues with our ac. Although we were able to adjust the settings and to put it on, it kept on going off after 10 minutes or so

Overall, it was convenient and suitable, though a bit noisy since it's right by the road.

Cleaners probably didn't need to replace the towels quite so often in the rooms though - just to save on energy

actually by bike it might take same time downhill. By foot its around one hour but to nearest beach in Tori del Benaco is more. The pool in the hotel is indoors but has one glass wall which is open in summer

The facilities are fantastic; everything from the swimming pool to the football pitch and tennis courts. The food was varied and well-presented and the room and bathrooms were clean and comfortable

I think the should replace one of the tennis fields and build a new pool outside

The hotel is nice situated, peaceful, you have space around you, the pool verry big and clean, food can satisfy everyone, staff respectful, price/quality good.

I was there in 2017, everything was great and on high level. The special was that, there I ate the best pizza in whole Italy and world, an extra paid pizza in hotel's restaurant. Incredible

For us, walking 5 minutes from the room to the restaurant was a pleasure, since the paths have flowers and nice vegetation. The infinity pool is quite big and cleaned every evening by a robot

Downside coffee only available at breakfast, unless want to pay at pool bar!Also juice, water and wine only available at meal times,unless you pay at bar,so expect an expense at the end of your stay, even if you have paid for full board

We have stayed one week here and this is what I can say: very spacious room, cleaned every day, nice view balcony. For the rooms located a bit higher in the resort, there is a golf cart that can transfer guests etc

Some people wrote that the drinks at the bar are expensive, I guess it depends with what you compare; compared to France, it was cheap. Staff is attentive and smilling

The pool deck was relaxing and fun (still a little to cold for us to get in). This hotel was up there with the Ritz Maldives and St. Regis Dubai as one of our favorite hotels

The daily breakfast was something I looked forward to every day. a basket of flaky pastries, a great selection of unique and special breakfast entrees, coffee, fresh squeezed juices, and a lovely little fruit bowl

Staff members were all extremely friendly and helpful. Property is very new with a nice modern design. Convenient location but we heard lots of traffic noise from our room even in the middle of the night.

My favorite was the floating pool on the lake and the adjacent bar serving delicious homemade pizza. One downside is the busy road between the hotel and the lake/pool area

This property is located a short distance from town. It is lovely, quiet, and scenic. There is a gorgeous pool area and a beach. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are available at both the pool and the beach

A hotel with electric car charging! The staff's English fluency varies, so it's a bit ambiguous, but the facilities are clean and the breakfast is decent. I recommend it.

Stayed here for a week, on the whole a nice stay. Positives - Staff & Service excellent, lovely pool area with pool bar that serves good but basic bar food, rooms good, clean & tidy

This was a very good and relaxing holiday. You have to Relax and let the time go by. The Bar is small but you can find the best nibbles and good Alcohol. We came last year 2024 and this year 2025 and have just arrived

The entertainment was very focused around children with the kids disco starting as late as 10pm. And requests to play a variety of music fell on deaf ears after repeatedly asking

Evening entertainment brought the rating down - childrens disco at 10pm!! As soon as it started the adults started leaving the bar, the childrens entertainment was still playing at 10

Bed was slightly uncomfortable as it was 2 single mattresses put together but hotel room was clean and a large terrace with a good view (pictured) made it enjoyable

My family and I stayed for 11 days at this hotel complex in July in one of the self catering apartments. The walk up to the apartment definitely requires energy however the view at the top is worth it

The room we were given initially was not ideal (old furniture, not much sunlight, bathroom was a bit dingy) but the staff kindly gave us another room in the same price band which was much nicer and didn’t cost us any extra! Everything was spotless in both rooms and in the communal areas so there was no issue with cleanliness

They were very patient with me when I tried to use my very limited knowledge of Italian and they spoke fluent English with me when my Italian failed. I am quite a shy person and they made me feel at ease

I think it was just a case of some parts of the hotel needing a little bit of an update. Breakfast was self-service, but there were still plenty of staff around to help if we needed anything

I’d also like to reiterate how friendly the staff at La Limonaia are, including those at the reception desk, the bar, the restaurant, the pizzeria, housekeeping etc

We stayed for five nights and only had to walk up the hill twice because we could park our rental car so close to the block of rooms we were in

Hotel Caparena was very nice with clean rooms and great staff, we had a lovely time in Toamina! The shuttle bus was excellent we used it every day a special thank you to Salvatore, Pipo and drivers! The restaurant staff were amazing especially Nadine, Andrea, Adriano not to mention the rest of the gang! Lots of love Maria & Martin XxX

The free shuttle into town and back must be reserved in advance so if you plan to use this service on the day/evening of your check in, you should call ahead to be added to the schedule

Wish I had photos to share but it was only for two nights at the end of our vacation. The room finishes are modern and new. Everything is clean and beautiful there

Hotel staff members are attentive, helpful, and very interested in ensuring you have a wonderful time. The suite with an ocean view is everything

Unfortunately, it struggled to keep the room cool, and at times it felt quite hot, especially at night. This was a bit uncomfortable given the summer temperatures

Overall, though, the positives far outweighed this one drawback, and we would definitely consider returning, especially for the beach, the food, and the staff
