We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Veronica and Silvia at the reception — they were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. Their attitude truly made us...
The service was outstanding and beyond my expectations of a five-star hotel. The water temperature was very stable with strong water pressure, and hot water came through quickly. Even when multiple taps were used at the same time, there was no drop in pressure or temperature.
The hotel provided more than enough towels, and the heated towel rack warmed up quickly. Soundproofing was excellent, making...
Really a terrific location and wonderful service! The floors and access are a little odd with stairs, etc. on the higher floors - but it's very quiet with nice clean rooms, huge shower and a comfy bed after a day of exploring. Do not miss having dinner or at least a cocktail on the rooftop! Terrific sushi and service. The views are spectacular overlooking the Vatican, Pantheon, etc. Only stayed...
Amazing staff service and beautiful room
We recently stayed at the Sina Bernini Bristol Hotel, Autograph Collection in Rome as Marriott members, and it was an excellent choice. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out—the bell staff and front desk were not only professional but also very friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel welcome right away.
The hotel itself has a historic charm but has been thoughtfully renovated. Our one...
Very very nice hotel. Interior is modern and unique. Got a one bedroom suite and the room was a great size and nice bathroom. Since we are loyal Marriott members each person got a free drink from the bar and free breakfast. They have a decent gym and Turkish bath. Never tried the bath but seemed cool! Great location and there is a taxi stand right in front of the hotel. Workers were kind and even the...

We love going to Silva Hotel Splendid. Over the years, we think it has gone from strength to strength. The re-furbished rooms are lovely. The Spa is excellent. Breakfast is very good. The staff are nearly all very helpful and friendly.
Nice atmospheric hotel. Rooms a bit more than basic.. Great breakfast buffet. Shame the gym and spa was being renovated, so we couldn’t visit it.
The stay here far exceeded my expectations as a traveler from the US. With Fiuggi being a smaller town I didn’t expect the staff to know English that well but the in fact did!! They were more than happy to help me out, answer any questions I had, and meet all my accommodations. The hotel is easily the best 4 star hotel in the region, and the spa was the perfect cherry on top. I’ve never been to a spa...
My stay exceeded expectations! Hotel staff was very accommodating, meals were wonderful. The purpose of my stay was the group cycling. The ride leaders were fantastic! They safely guided us through the countryside to scenic and historical sights. The spa and pool facilities were great after a day of cycling. I highly recommend, and I would do this trip again!
A two night stay as a group of 17 business colleagues. Sadly no chance to use any wellness but the facilities look good. Outdoor pool not open before breakfast if you want to start your day with a swim. Excellent breakfast selection. Something to suit everyone. The rooms are large, spacious and airy. The area is quiet and with blinds for the window you will get a good nights sleep. I would stay...
From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. The staff went above and beyond at every turn warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. Their professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression. The food was absolutely amazing —every meal was a delight, with a perfect blend of local flavors and international flair. Good hotel, allowed early check in. Room is really spacious as well and clean. Just a bit old
We had been staying here 30 years ago for our honeymoon and came again to celebrate our 30th Wedding anniversary here again. The hotel has its long history and being well decorated. We had a very good time staying here and we look forward to having my 40th anniversary here again. The train station is just around the corner. We can go to most of the attractions on foot in 15 to 30 minutes.
Good location, but a bit expensive room rate. Average breakfast, small shower room.
Beautiful and historical hotel. Nice staying there.
500m from Roma Termini and all Roman sights are walking distance 20 mins. Room size was reasonable , service was good.
i will list down the good, the average and the bad.
Good: Location is good. Near to bus station and train station. Easily access to any tourist attractions. And the cleaning staff did their job, the room is clean and towels are changed.
Average: Breakfast was quite normal without much selection to choose from. Same food for the buffet.
Bad: The internet is unusable or pretty slow. The lift broke down...

I am giving five star to the restaurant service, they were amazing every time we were there for breakfast and dinner. I will not write names because I do not want to miss anyone, everyone was nice and police, they always had a nice smile and accomodated me with my special diet. Five star to the housekeeping ladies, they did an amazing job cleaning our rooms. The front desk staff is not very friendly...
Located within a few minutes walk from a local supermarket, take aways and restaurants. The cakes and fresh fruits at breakfast were very nice. There is a coffee machine in the reception area before breakfast starts. Rooms were very well cleaned every day. Only down side was the air conditioner which did not seem to cool down the room enough.
Room and bathroom are too small. I can't even bending to washing my feet.
Location is not bad. Nearby bus station to Vatican (32) and takes only 25min and use subway to other places.
The room was simple but nice. The bathroom had everything, even intimate soap and shampoo. The breakfast was plentiful.
Excellent structure, very kind staff.
Excellent location to move easily around the city of Rome.
However, it is worth mentioning the certainly improvable cleanliness and in particular the bathroom ceiling... Also, there was no hot water and we had to fiddle a bit with the shower knob.
Everything else was normal.

Receptionists need to be more client oriented to be able to level up to higher standards. Otherwise, worth its price. Great location, good artistic direction. Breakfast is disappointing for the space that they have !
The hotel is new and in a great location, with a bus stop just a few steps away. The room also had good quality slippers (European hotels usually don't provide disposable ones). The only thing that was unsatisfactory was when I asked the front desk for two bottles of water around 10 PM one night because my throat was very sore. They said that water is only provided once per stay and refused to give...

I miss the staff at Le Meridien Visconti Rome.
The location is nestled in a cute neighborhood in the heart of Rome. You are a 5-minute walk from the Vatican Piazza Cavour, a 15-minute walk from Vatican City, and maybe a 20-minute walk from Piazza Navona, to name a few. Our family had a truly enjoyable stay at the Rome Le Meridian Visconti Hotel from February 22 to 27.

Very nice hotel. Good location to both Vatican City and Spanish steps. Nearby supermarket and eateries. Everything within walking distance. Highly recommended. Room is spacious and very modern with free flow of ice and water. My second stay there.
Le Méridien is a gem of a hotel in every sense of the word. Located in the core center of Rome.
When you're staying here, you're within walking distance to the Vatican Museum, Vatican City, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and so many more major sites - plus shopping!

We stayed here for 3 nights and whilst the hotel was very good it doesn't quite warrant 5 stars in any area.
The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable but the noise from the road, and from the corridors is too loud. They did change our room from the second floor to the sixth and this eliminated the external problem.
The service at breakfast was poor and they actually ran out of crockery -...
So first off I want to start with the positive, the rooms are beautifully furnished and clean, the soundproofing as far as outside sound is great and the staff is very friendly. However for me, the negatives are pretty hard to get over. Every single morning at 8:00 a.m. I would start being woken up by housekeeping slamming doors, unfortunately the soundproofing through the doors of the room leaves...
The Radisson Hotel GHR in Rome truly made our two-night stay wonderful. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and having a balcony was a lovely bonus, letting us relax with views over the city. Staff throughout the hotel showed a fantastic work ethic and genuine warmth, especially Alessandro, who was so helpful and kind when we arrived.
Breakfast was superb, with a wide selection to suit every taste...
The rooms were comfortable, but small…. Wet little space to move about. However, our AC worked really well! The staff was friendly and helped us when needed. It is not in the heart of historic Rome, but my daughter and I found our way through the bus system and we did just fine.
This hotel was absolutely wonderful, one of the nicest places I've ever stayed at. I arrived late because my flight was delayed, and the staff were really kind and understanding when I called them to let them know. We stayed four nights and it was wonderful.
The room was quite spacious for Rome, and there was a beautiful church across from the window.

We would also like to thank the wonderful hotel, the attentive staff, and the little surprise they made for our wedding.
This is a hotel with a very, very low price-performance ratio. Chinese people should try to avoid it. My family said it is not as good as the Sofitel next door, which is one-third cheaper. The breakfast is at the level of a domestic three-star hotel. The tea bags used are Twinings. This is a hotel that costs nearly 10,000 RMB a night! There are only three small bottles of water in the room and no toothbrushes...
A very charming hotel, very good location and excellent staff. Very spacious room with views of the park, no noise. Very good breakfast also with views of the park. The only detail that I didn't like is that when paying the rates they ask you if you want to include a tip. I think it's an uncomfortable situation since tips to the staff (who deserve them) should always be voluntary.

The hotel itself is very nice. Although for the price, I’m not sure. The maintenance staff are lovely. However, I got mislead by the reception team — I directly asked them whether the drinks in my Mini fridge are free, they said yes. Then I got hit with a €127 fee at the end of my stay. Rooms are very small. I booked executive room and it's no bigger than an average hotel room.
The service was much appreciated, with a great deal of kindness, availability, and helpfulness. The front desk was excellent, and the restaurant service was even better, both for dinner and breakfast.

The room was generally satisfactory. The lobby can get a bit crowded when the hotel is hosting tour groups, but it's good that breakfast and tour group meals are on different floors. On the first day, I mistakenly went to the tour group restaurant on the ground floor, which was crowded and had a bad experience. The second day, I went to the restaurant on the ground floor, which was much quieter.

Customer service is good and the hotels close proximity to FCO is great for late arriving flights or early departures. Rooms were a little outdated however perfect for an overnight stay. The hotel shuttle is easy to use at a cost of €7 per person.
It does cost additional to use the fitness and wellness facilities.
Staying at Hotel Tiber was a genuinely great experience.
The location is excellent, especially if you want to be close to the sea and still well connected to Rome and the airport. The views are amazing, particularly from the upper floors and rooftop, and they really add something special to the stay.
The rooms are large, comfortable, and very well laid out, which is not always easy to find in Rome...
We loved this hotel! The airport shuttle was easy and extremely punctual. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the view (and the service) at the rooftop bar. I booked this hotel to due to its proximity to the airport, but we really enjoyed the neighborhood it was in too. We stayed in 4 different lodgings during our time in Italy and this one was our favorite.
The location is excellent, right in the T3 arrival area of the airport. The hotel shuttle bus stop is right by Gate 4. I didn't know the shuttle schedule before, and it got really cold later, so I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel which cost 35 Euros. So, it's a good idea to check the shuttle schedule beforehand for convenience.
Good for an overnight airport connection hotel. My gripe was that there was no coffee maker or electric kettle, one had to go to the lobby and figure it out. And 2 pillows on the big bed. Both are pretty minor, really. Their shuttle at the airport is on a big lane with other hotels, stand at the #3 spot. They arrange a departure shuttle for you at check in.
Hotel Tiber is our go-to last night in Italy stop. It has always been clean, comfortable and convenient with excellent airport shuttle service.
Can always count on great service from the staff.
We appreciate the excellent choice of restaurants in the area and the rooftop bar to savor our last Italian sunsets.
Looking forward to our next vacation. Best, Daniel and Linda Shanks
