Lazio, Rome, Via Andrea Alciato, 14/16, Aurelio 🧭 Map
Convenient location, 5 minutes from the metro station. Helpful and very polite staff, and a very clean room.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options.
As a downside, there was no heating in the bathroom. However, there was hot water available 24/7.
The hotel is near the subway, but it's a bit of a walk. Even from the closest subway exit, it takes some time to reach the hotel. There's a lobby with a bar. The room isn't large. There's no heating in the room, but there is air conditioning. The bathroom has neither heating nor AC, so showering in winter could be quite cold. Some rooms have a balcony. The room comes with a safe and a mini-fridge....
Small space but not too far from the Metro Line A which is all you need to be near to visit Rome's biggest attractions. Very clean and modern as well.
The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. However, the shower door was misaligned and never fixed. The lift was not working on the first day, though a porter helped carry our luggage for free. Location is about a 9-minute walk to the bus/metro station. There was no free twin room option and the upgrade was mandatory, as split beds were not possible for the room we booked, which was disappointing...
They let me pay 30 euro extra for earlier check in as well the bathroom in the night had a strong sewage smell. The place is not connected to metro station
convenient, modern, great staff, near to attraction within 5km

A great evonomic hotel to be outside of traffic and noise
My husband and I visited this hotel Sept 2021 whilst doing the Via Francesco. We enjoyed our stay, the hotel had everything we needed. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. It was situated right next door to a big shopping centre which was very handy for topping up our supplies.
Amazing location, lovely stuff & professional management. Great value of money. You'll miss it every time you try different hotel. I'll definitely come back here again and again!Loved It!!
Nice place, in a quiet area.
The staff is really friendly and from what I've seen the food is affordable, but so worth it. Would recommend it and stay again for sure
The Property is dated, however the staff is available and qualified.
The property is located in an area in rapid development, therefore, is often used for ceremonies, meetings or events.
Good also the placement via della Bufalotta

New hotel. A bit far from city. Nice TV, Breakfast, Bed. Bath tub with movable glass screen, a bit slippery. I fell when I was bathing.
Need a 15 min walk to the train station. But hotel cleanliness is decent. Rome city hotel are too expensive. This hotel price is worth.
I wouldn't say it was exceptional, just average, and the bed was quite large.
For Rome, it's a decent value, provided you have a car or know how to get there. The location isn't great, though, being far from both the metro and train stations.
The breakfast was decent, with freshly ground coffee and real milk, which was quite good.
Everything is fine for this price.
The place is extremely well serviced with a courteous and helpful staff. My experience was very positive. The location is dependent on your purpose for visit. If for business, it is perfect but for tourism it is quite far from the city center.
We chose it because it’s close to the airport .
It’s just an average Novotel hotel . Nothing special
Little far from the turist places, so who would like to rest in a quiet place this is perfect. The internet was not working during our stay...

Hotel clean, easy on the eye, comfortable , good location, excellent breakfast, wonderful rooms, wonderful Christmas decor. Inviting
Will recommend it
The hotel’s location was ideal for our travel plans. The room was spacious, and we especially loved the large balcony with a beautiful lemon tree - a delightful touch! We only wish we had more time to enjoy this lovely space.
I appreciate that the hotel worker with me to resolve an issue. They ended up upgrading us, and were very amenable to helping us. The location and service was great, would 100% return again.
Hotel is very clean, breakfast was great with lots of variety, they do have a rooftop bar where you can get great views of the city at night. Walkable to various shops and restaurants.
We paid for the larger room but did not get it. Hotel refused to refund the difference. Our reservation was made some time ago. Not sure how they did not have the correct room.
Room was great, but street noise was a problem. Especially on Saturday night. Staff was great as was the location.

The vacation was wonderful. Nice hotel, nice rooms, absolutely loved everything. Thank you 😊
My husband and I stayed here as part of a two week anniversary trip to Italy. We booked a superior room and were very happy with it. The room had a nice view of the piazza and was a nice size, though the shower was a bit small. The location is excellent- very close to many of the major sites, and walking distance to lots of great restaurants and cafes.
Though we were pleased with the hotel, what made...
We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nazionale Roma during our short trip to Rome. The hotel is clean and beautifully decorated, and the rooms were just as comfortable and well kept. The staff were always friendly, incredibly helpful, and thoroughly professional. The only minor drawback was that street noise carried into the room more than expected, which could be a bit distracting at night. Otherwise...
The breakfast was plentiful, the room was clean, had a safe, and was elegantly decorated. However, the air conditioning system didn't heat; guests checking in after mid-November and those who are sensitive to the cold should consider this. I woke up freezing at night and had to get out of bed to put on thermal underwear/add a spare blanket to feel warmer. I stayed in room 201, which had a bad location...
Excellent service from staff member Loretta Brunetti, who was incredibly helpful and professional, went above and beyond, prompt attention, and excellent communication was greatly appreciated. I was very impressed by their dedication and the hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction. This level of service truly enhanced my overall experience. I will highly recommend your hotel to friends and family...
The atmosphere was solemn. It had a luxurious feel to it. The room was small, but I guess that's about the size you'd expect in Rome.
The breakfast was delicious.

Really nice stay, rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is small but when you there you won’t even need it because you are in the beach side. Breakfast is really nice, eggs, pancakes, fruit and everything you need for a perfect breakfast.

Best place I've stayed in Italy by a long way!! Highly recommended
Beautiful modern hotel, looks like 5 ⭐️. Amazing sauna and whirpool!
These was one of the best experiences. The personnel was super kind. Room was modern. The shuttle to the beach always on time. The food in the restaurant very well prepared. Breakfast was rich. The pool is good for children. We visited in 2022.

When I had originally read the reviews for this hotel I was nervous that I had chosen badly but, to my very pleasant surprise, this hotel is a hidden gem!
It’s incredibly located, right on the beach where you experience a beautiful sunset every night. The lifeguards, including Filippo, are so friendly and super helpful, always with a smile. The staff all the same are ready to suggest places to eat...
Location was great!!! Room was a little dated, but comfortable. Pillows, however, were very uncomfortable. Hospitality staff were friendly and offered great service. Front desk staff were not friendly or helpful.
Beautifull!
Amazing Location beautifull view, incredibile food and the staff are super professional i would racomend 100%.
Defenetly a place to visit!!
Room was plain and basic. Nothing romantic or beautiful about it.
Location was right on the beach with a pool. 20 minute walk into the historical center. Easy walk or bike. Many beach chairs were already reserved without anyone on them.
Service at the hotel was terrible, especially for drinks at the pool.
Very charming, beautiful little hotel though.
Good hotel for a relaxing beach holiday. Of the shortcomings—poor wifi, mosquitos.
The location, city and sea are nice. The hotel might be nice also if not one thing: flies. The lunch is horrible because of them and stuff don't do anything. There are tables inside but they don't want to move dinner from the outside. So flies also enjoy ur food and you every fkn day. It's a complete disaster.
Also have to notice very poor Wi-Fi, extremely small showers in rooms and weak air conditions

One of the most amazing experiences. The staff were friendly and nothing felt too much. Rooms were gorgeous and everything was so special. This is our definitive space to stay when in Rome!
The hotel has its charm due to previously being a monastery, high ceilings, large halls, marble statues. It’s very well maintained and in the heart of Trastevere. The garden is beautiful and the rooftop terrace offers a spectacular view to the central part of Rome. Had a very pleasant stay and recommend it definitely.
We were very pleased with the hotel and stayed there at both the beginning and end of our trip to Italy. We rented a car at the airport and parked it right in front of the hotel's door in a private courtyard. That was very convenient. I believe they charged us about 35 Euros each night for that perk. The hotel was luxurious, and the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. They had someone...
The building is very beautiful and the hotel is well-maintained. The breakfast buffet in the garden was wonderful. The breakfast had a wide variety and was very delicious. The staff were very kind and listened carefully to any problems I had and helped me out.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and elegant, with rooms and amenities thoughtfully designed to provide guests with an unforgettable experience. Convenient location, clean, great service.Room small, no bathtub
The rooms are okay and the service is good, but the shower was very small and we barely had Wi-Fi reception in the room
We had a family room for four, which was modern and clean, but quite small. Staff was helpful and spoke English well. Internet costs extra, is per device and pretty lousy.
Very nicely renovated with a fresh look. Staff are wonderful, very friendly. Great breakfast options. Only downside is they don't have an iron to borrow and their WiFi is terrible. You also have to pay for it. Otherwise I'm really enjoying my stay.
Great location, room was nice and modern, staff were helpful and the breakfast provided was better then expected. Came here on the last leg of travelling around Italy. Expensive for what I got but i do appreciate that Rome is a capital city and there is a price to pay for that, no breakfast included, my breakfast cost as per Trip.com was agreed at €10 but It was indicated to me at check-in that breakfast would cost €15. Airconditioning was not functioning properly.
Good hotel overall, excellent location. Small rooms but cozy.
Really easy check in, helpful staff, fantastic location by Trevi fountain with lots of choice of places to eat/drink. My room was quite small but considering it was just me that was ok, the bed was super comfortable and the room was serviced to a really good standard. We got moved to another building round the corner on a busier street but this wasn’t an issue as we were allocated a bigger room. Everything was walking distance. The only issue was that we could not turn the air con off. Every time we turned it off it would come back on so we had to sleep with the electricity off.
We were booked for the Trevi hotel but it was overbooked. They transferred us to another of their properties which was excellent and included breakfast as a courtesy. The new hotel was an upgrade from the trevi. The Al Manthia was fantastic! The rooms are just awesome.

It's probably around the level of a newer, more technologically advanced hotel in China – equipped with smart technology. The receptionist, Nicola, didn't seem very enthusiastic. The price of around 1000 RMB is acceptable normally, but 3000 RMB during peak season is definitely not worth it. The surrounding environment isn't great either.
The transportation is relatively convenient, it is also very quiet, and you can store your luggage for free. It is a great choice for a wonderful Roman holiday!
The room was clean and the food in the restaurant was better than outside.
The hotel is generally clean. The location is good, close to the Vatican. The surroundings are clean and safe, located in a residential area. You'll occasionally see police patrolling downstairs.
The room is very nice, the facilities are new and clean. However, the items used are not replenished after cleaning the next day. The place where the toiletries are placed is not easy to find, as it is under the table. The service is OK, and overall I am satisfied.
This hotel is far from the subway station, but there are many ice cream shops and steak houses next to it, and it is also close to the Vatican. It is very convenient to live here.

We stayed at the hotel 1 day before they were closing for the winter season.
The weather was beautiful. We had the whole hotel to ourselves and the service we experienced was fantastic.
The nearby restaurants are better than the hotel kitchen, but cant complain at all.
Excellent part of Italy and less crowded than further down the coast.
Excellent accommodation, great food, super friendly staff.
You are a little out of the way from any stores or a pharmacy. About 2kms. But it made for a quiet stay with nothing but the waves as background sound.
So much potential, so little effort.. The architecture of the hotel is unique, the pool and the views are very good. The cleaning every day was also perfect. But the building isn’t maintained well, the minibar in the triple room was too loud and especially the reception staff seemed unorganised. It’s a pity!
Great views. Nice and quiet location.
Gorgeous place. Only reason didn’t give 5 stars is that They should tell you it’s not accessible by public transportation. If i return (I might) I would rent a car to get there. Otherwise its train and then 75 euros for car service each way

Aside from its safety, this hotel was pretty mediocre. The interior decor, bedding, and bathroom felt like something out of a 90s motel in China.
