Discrete cosy boutique hotel tucked away behind the Via Condotti. Superb service and rooms with delightful staff. This is a hotel that becomes your " home" , intimate and personal with the staff anticipating your every need. Refreshing relief from the many other hotels around the area that have busy lobbies and reception areas. A real gem in Rome..... don't miss it!
We had an exceptional stay and could not be more pleased with every aspect of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making check-in seamless and stress-free. The accommodations were immaculate, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable, with thoughtful details that made the stay feel both luxurious and relaxing. The amenities were...
Today I enjoyed a site inspection at JK Roma, hosted by Anna and lovely hotel manager Maria. This LHW (Leading Hotels of the World) property captures the essence of Roman sophistication with 27 boutique rooms, including 2 suites across 11 room categories. The intimate reception, stylish restaurant and bar, and thoughtful touches like an included minibar make it feel like a chic private home. The spaghetti...
Perfect in every aspect, location, staff, accommodation and food. The manager is authentic and is proud of his staff with good reason. Everyone we met was polite and genuinely helpful
Everything about JK Place is special. I read a review that stated it was like staying in someone’s private home and that’s exactly how you feel. We very much enjoyed our stay. The attention to detail is meticulous. Thank you JK Place for arranging our tours. We will return when we next visit Rome. We had a perfect stay!
It's terrible! We arrived at the hotel for check-in, and we made the payment through the booking.com app, as we had done in the past, but the hotel didn't see the payment and refused to check us in! The management said that we had been deceived through a fake website! However, we hadn't used the website; we had only used the app, which we had been using for 10years. Booking has a terrible service;...

Very pleasant stay!! A perfect location to roam around Rome, very close to all attractions. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno eccellente all’Hotel Genio. La posizione è perfetta: molto centrale, comoda per visitare le principali attrazioni di Roma a piedi, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e sicura. La camera era pulita, confortevole e ben curata. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile, professionale e...
Very nice Hotel but in first day the reception guy seems a little bit not so easygoing.
Very nice Hotel but in first day the reception guy seems a little bit not so easygoing.
The location is excellent. The noise level is probably the same as throughout Italy. On our second day, an organized group of tourists arrived for breakfast, and everyone showed up at once. So we had to wait for a table to become available and for food to be restocked. You can leave your luggage before check-in. The room is large. And the bathroom is absolutely enormous, compared to other hotels...
Excellent location, dated but clean. Breakfast could be improved.
This place is super close to everything ! But what I loved the most is their receptionist were top notch!!! Super nice and helpful and very attentive.

Lazio, Rome, Via Gioberti 23 🧭 Map
The hotel is very close to the station, and there's a big supermarket right in front. The facilities are clean, and the staff are all very friendly. If I go to Rome again, this hotel is definitely my first choice.
Nice hotel and clean modern rooms. We chose it because of it proximity to the train station and the hop on buses. Breakfast is nice and has enough variety to fill you up. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. 4 star for location because it is a bit noisy due to the rail station across the road.
This stay was unpleasant. The facilities were extremely poor, completely different from the hotel photos I booked. After showering, the shower curtain soaked into my skin, and even pushing it off didn't help; I felt even dirtier afterward. I had to leave the shower curtain off and try to direct the water towards the wall. Showering left me feeling exhausted. The toilet flush was also broken; water...
The hotel was clean and the staff helped us with all of our needs and was super easy to locating the metro, train, and buses very good spot to public transit and was super easy to locate pretty good food spots and wasn’t too far from the Colosseum! A tad far to walk to other tourist spots but after getting the hang of public transit, it can be easier just time consuming! As for the hotel itself it...
Nice hotel located only 100m from the Termini, although not on a nice street, lots of weird people wondering around at any hour, specially at night can get heavy. The rooms are neat and clean, spacious and just about right. The bathroom very clean, AC works like a charm. Breakfast was always the same, eggs, ham and some pastries. Coffee was horrible as in most hotels. Staff is friendly.
we had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel for our two night stay in Rome. The room itself was massive & had everything we needed. The bathroom was also massive which was great. Breakfast was great aswell & the staff were super friendly. We were a little apprehensive about the area based on other reviews but we had no issues at all! There was lots of police around due to termini being so close so...

We wished we had stayed here instead of the small boutique hotel nearby. We ate dinner in the upstairs garden restaurant and Philipo was a spectacular waiter. Food was SO much better than Gio next door!
What can I say…WOW!! This hotel is so luxurious and we were treated like royalty as soon as we walked in. Ece at reception helped with all my questions before and during the stay and she made sure we had the best Anniversary ever! I had the most wonderful weekend in Rome, and staying at the Roma Luxus Hotel in Largo Angelicum made it truly unforgettable. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located right in the heart of Rome — you can step outside and immediately feel the magic of the city. Omg I really love Roma Luxus Hotel! It makes me feels like home! 1. The room is spacious, clean and high ceilings 2. Service is excellent! We have read so many reviews about this hotel some good some not that great. At the end I would like to say that forvthe money value and the location the hotel is great. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel inside is very antique I would say. The rooms are clean yes there are some imperfections but you dont come to Rome to stay all day in the room but to see the city. So my opinion its with...
Great location, only 200 meters from the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore.
Very close to Termini station and just a few steps from Santa Maria Maggiore. The single room was not too small. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. I had nothing to shower with and had to ask reception for a tiny piece of soap. The TV had no channels installed, so it was basically useless. There is no complementary water in the room which would have been great after a long flight. Seeing it...
The rooms and decor are quite refined and very photogenic. Although the room is small, it's fully equipped. It's very close to Termini Station and not far from the main attractions. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Good location, close to transport links and walking distance from main attractions. Great value for a weekend break

I was traveling for business and needed to catch an early train from Central Station, so they thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for me! The room is very spacious and conveniently located near the central train station, within walking distance. There are also good restaurants nearby.
The location was good and it was clean. The air conditioning and drainage were a bit disappointing, but it didn't seem to be a major issue. I would like to stay here again!
The room is quite spacious and very close to Termini train station. The bathroom facilities are a bit old, but the large showerhead was very comfortable to use. They strictly enforce the 2 PM check-in policy, so you can't get into your room earlier even if you arrive ahead of time.

The room is very close to the Vatican Museums, about a 5-minute walk away. There's also a metro station within a 5-minute walk, so transportation is quite convenient. However, the air conditioner in the room was quite noisy, though it might have been because we weren't familiar with it and didn't adjust it properly. Compared to the price, it's a decent value.
For a 4* boutique hotel, it’s not up to standard. Location is ok if you want to be outside of Roma in a safe area and close to the Vatican. There’s not much to do at night.
Fantastic hotel, staff are lovely and very accommodating. Breakfast is very good value for the price. Location is perfect, few minutes walk from Vatican City right in the center of Rome. Rooms very clean and cosy, would recommend this place to anyone!
Right next to St. Peter's Square, about a 15-minute walk away. If you're visiting the Vatican, this hotel has the biggest advantage. It's clean, safe, and the staff were friendly.
Wonderful hotel if you’re looking specifically to stay near Vatican City. It’s a little far from the other attractions in Rome (especially the main city centre) but there is a train station within 3 minutes and from there you can get to other areas easily. Service staff were friendly and helpful too.
The location is perfect, very close to the Vatican Museums. We could easily walk there after breakfast.

Noisy in the morning. barely any storage for clothes. Only 1 plug socket, not by bed Only 1 chair to sit Location is near a station, but not one that really takes you to any of the main spots in Rome, so plenty of walking to and from.

The room was nice and cozy. It was about a 10-minute walk from the metro station, which was very convenient. It was located in a quiet neighborhood in Rome and quite close to the Vatican.
Beautiful property located on the Lungotevere, a 10-minute walk from the Lepanto metro station, which provides easy access to all the city's attractions. The bathroom could be cleaned better, but otherwise, the receptionist was very friendly and the staff were helpful. We will definitely be back.

Customer service is good and the hotels close proximity to FCO is great for late arriving flights or early departures. Rooms were a little outdated however perfect for an overnight stay. The hotel shuttle is easy to use at a cost of €7 per person. It does cost additional to use the fitness and wellness facilities.
Staying at Hotel Tiber was a genuinely great experience. The location is excellent, especially if you want to be close to the sea and still well connected to Rome and the airport. The views are amazing, particularly from the upper floors and rooftop, and they really add something special to the stay. The rooms are large, comfortable, and very well laid out, which is not always easy to find in Rome...
We loved this hotel! The airport shuttle was easy and extremely punctual. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the view (and the service) at the rooftop bar. I booked this hotel to due to its proximity to the airport, but we really enjoyed the neighborhood it was in too. We stayed in 4 different lodgings during our time in Italy and this one was our favorite.
The location is excellent, right in the T3 arrival area of the airport. The hotel shuttle bus stop is right by Gate 4. I didn't know the shuttle schedule before, and it got really cold later, so I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel which cost 35 Euros. So, it's a good idea to check the shuttle schedule beforehand for convenience.
Good for an overnight airport connection hotel. My gripe was that there was no coffee maker or electric kettle, one had to go to the lobby and figure it out. And 2 pillows on the big bed. Both are pretty minor, really. Their shuttle at the airport is on a big lane with other hotels, stand at the #3 spot. They arrange a departure shuttle for you at check in.
Hotel Tiber is our go-to last night in Italy stop. It has always been clean, comfortable and convenient with excellent airport shuttle service. Can always count on great service from the staff. We appreciate the excellent choice of restaurants in the area and the rooftop bar to savor our last Italian sunsets. Looking forward to our next vacation. Best, Daniel and Linda Shanks

The room itself was fine for a solo traveler, clean and comfortable enough, but the overall service left a lot to be desired. The hotel is near the Vatican and you can walk to St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museum. It is very convenient to queue up early in the morning. The room has a bathtub to relieve the fatigue of the journey.

They also upgraded us to a Suite with a Spa area. Absolutely beautiful space. The rooftop restaurant was exceptional with great views and very attentive staff. Perfect place for breakfast or dinner. Thanks you so much for a great stay
Upgraded to a suite, very good
We had the most lovely stay at The First Roma Arte! Perfect location, incredible staff, lovely rooms... it couldnt have been better. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so at home. We cant wait to come back!
We stayed here for 2 nights on our Italy vacation this summer we loved it! It was an excellent location and the staff was wonderful. Its a beautifully thought out and designed boutique hotel. Our room was absolutely stunning, we had a private sun deck and our room was spacious - even had a pillow menu! It was a lovely 10/15 min walk to the Spanish steps and all the main events/shopping. Room was neat and fine for our stay. Breakfast was good and glad there is a restaurant there as most restaurants are a drive away. No shampoo/conditioner and towel was different
This was just a super easy experience for a solo tourist, English speaking, driving a car and check in was super easy, everything I needed for a short trip to and around Roma was perfect, couldn't fault a thing, super freindly an easy service
Hotel rooms could be a bit better as rooms require improvement. Housekeeping service is good. Gentleman at hotel reception was super helpful. Free parking is useful. Well connected by public transport to Central Rome and Vatican by bus and metro.
Lovely hotel, nice and clean with old furniture what gives a travel back in time feeling. Very good breakfast buffet and easy to commute to Rome centre and Ciampino airport. Very friendly staff. Nice cheap and cheerful 😊. Grazie
Perfect as usual Always staying here while in Rome for business. Definitely recommend
