The location is a 50-minute walk from Rome, so if you're planning to explore the city, you might want to reconsider. The hotel service is decent, and the breakfast is passable. You can also use the gym without leaving the hotel. It's suitable for business trips, but I wouldn't highly recommend it for tourism unless you're comfortable with walks of over an hour each way.

This was an absolutely lovely hotel with great staff. There was an issue with our beds upon arrival and we were upgraded to a larger suite with no hassle. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms have amazing views. The on-site breakfast was also of high quality. Highly recommended. This was a trip with friends but I will be returning with family as well.

Good hotel and next to the trainstation. Many restaurants near by and easy to walk to all the main attractions in the city. The rooms are not big but they have good invironment, cosy and romantic. The hotel boasts a great location, within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants. The location is quite good, and it's suitable for those driving as free parking is available, so you don't have to worry about your car being stolen or damaged. The hotel is pretty good, and the room was clean and tidy. My only minor complaint is that they don't provide bottled water, which I noticed many guests bringing back from the supermarket themselves. It’s not the newest hotel but give you the experience of it. Excellent ubication not in the center and fantastic well comunicate by buses to diffent points of the city. Positive stay experience and very kind and qualified staff

The front reception was not too nice and they also did not mark down that we already paid the city tax upon checking out. The roof was also leaking water when it rained that night and woke me up. It was not the best experience.

Even just visiting, the Hassler hotel feels legendary. You can feel its elegance everywhere. The real treat is the 7th floor rooftop, *mozzafiato* views of Rome’s rooftops and domes that make you stop and just stare. It is the perfect spot to soak in the city and imagine its history unfolding below.

Had a very nice stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating such as when we asked for extra pillows. Rooms were nice however would have liked a kettle in the room and plug or usb sockets closer to the bed. Overall was a nice stay. Breakfast was very nice with a large selection of continental however some bacon and actual sausages (rather than frankfurters) for British guests would have been nice.

This hotel is amazing. It comes with a shuttle to the airport. Please make sure you download the map and ask how to locate the shuttle. Check in was very easy. The room is wonderful and comfortable. Even though we were staying on Christmas Eve, everything was functioning and the staff was very helpful. We checked in at around 2 pm at no additional cost. Moreover, we were leaving at 3 am and they were kind enough to offer us a box breakfast to take away. Unfortunately, there was no shuttle service at this time and it was not easy to get a taxi.  Personally I find 7€ per person for a 5 minute shuttle...

Beautiful property. Cleaning was lacking. Found a butt print on the mirror, a hair in the bed and a bug (not bed bug) in the sheet. The sheets looked clean and we checked thoroughly for bed bugs but it really wasn't that bad. It was the nicest one on the beach. Had a private beach and some better room options we should have chosen for the beautiful view. Restaurant staff was very kind.
