Good location. The hotel isn't bad either.
The location is excellent, very convenient for walking to major attractions. The hotel has been renovated in recent years, and the rooms are well-equipped. They even provide complimentary sparkling wine upon check-in, a thoughtful touch despite its low price. A sofa bed is available for families of three, which is a great feature. The only minor issue is that half of the shower stall in the bathroom...
A very nice new hotel with a great location and new facilities. Highly recommended. The restaurant downstairs, Clementino, is delicious and offers a 10% discount on reservations.
Very good hotel
Perfect location near to all attractions
The hotel very clean and new rooms
Great hotel in the center of Rome! Very nice and polite staff, arrived before check-in time, but still provided a room! The room was also very comfortable, clean, had a cool mini-bar, the windows overlooked a busy street, it was beautiful!
Next to the hotel there is a shopping center with luxury brands, also in 5-10 minutes there is the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, in the area there are many...
I stayed here for three nights in mid-November with my mother in her 60s.
The male staff at the front desk were all very service-minded, polite and kind. They also arranged for a smooth taxi pick-up and kindly explained how to use the subway. In addition, breakfast staff member MARTINA was very cheerful and kind, and provided truly impressive service.
As described below, the location is also extremely...

Excellent location - a few min walk from Roma Termini train station/airpot train and sight seeing busses.
Great value for money, room was clean, aircon was excellent, friendly staff.
Rooms as expected very small , beds hard a s a rock very eroupe. But staff super nice. Location location location. Very easy to take Bus or subway or train. Also airport drop off amazing . Area is not bad even at night . Possibly other side of tracks maybe worse lol.
It is 1 min away from the SIT bus from Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports at Termini Station. The Terravision bus stop is further away. Clean, nice staff. The hot water for making tea at reception is unreliable. There is no kettle in the room.
Convenient location. Friendly staff. Really helped us all the way.
Very small bathrooms as well as no air conditioning in the room. In summer it's very uncomfortable to stay in the room with just normal fan system which seems like air conditioning system but is not. Location wise good near to rome train station
Nice hotel, but the bathroom had a musky smell to it that has not left the entire stay
You are 2 minutes away from Termini. It was great to walk with our suitcases to get access to the train and buses. It was perfect! The good was good. The sweets were fresh and the different choices of coffee were excellent. Good variety of cold cuts and cheeses. It could not have been better. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. It was clean and spacious. I would only...

We were given the choice of this Hotel for an overnight stopover before a cruise and it certainly fulfilled the purpose. On arrival The reception staff were extremely helpful & and friendly and even helped bring our luggage up to our room.
The rooms was quite small and had very little access to light other than a window looking not the central courtyard but this was not too much of an issue for us...
Great hotel, lots of character. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Great location for all major attractions. Walked to them all from hotel. Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was lovely. Would highly recommend.
A great location hotel with 4*. Good breakfast, nice and tidy rooms. I have had only one problem, the temperature was too high and no air conditioning. Close to all major points in Rome.
Good location friendly staff. Rooms clean. Bit disappointed we had no control over air conditioning in rooms only when reaches certain temperature apparently. The rooms were humid and when fan in bathroom didn't work either was really hot
Fantastic help from wonderfully kind staff. Room exactly what's needed for a weekend in a very cool city!
Probably not a 4 star as advertised but still decent and good location too

Amazing experience. Wonderful Cielo rooftop bar! The drinks were fantastic and the sharing bites as well! Salvatore, Simone, Paolo and Emanuele were incredible! Matteo, Jairo and Jose were super kind to us! Simone also recommended a kombucha for my friend who doesn’t drink alcohol, which was thoughtful. The Spa has now a criosauna which is a very interesting longevity tool worth to do every day of...
Beautifully restored hotel with lots of lovely decorations. First night and check in was a bit rough and took a long time, but second night, we were upgraded to a lovely junior suite with a beautiful terrace and sitting area on upper floor. Breakfast was lovely and specially the attendants were amazing. Spa was phenomenal, Helena was so personable and amazing. Alessandra did my nails and was absolutely...
Hotel de la Ville exceeded all expectations! The rooms were stylishly with a touch of elegance, and the rooftop terrace/ Bar/ Restaurant offered breathtaking views of the city. The staff were warm and attentive, and the location near the Spanish Steps was perfect for exploring Rome's highlights. A truly unforgettable stay!" 5/5 stars!
We visited this property on our honeymoon and everything was top notch! We stayed in the Roma suite which was absolutely divine. Service food and everything in between was first class plus!
The hotel was amazing—every detail met my expectations. I truly enjoyed the breakfast and the coffee, and the service was incredibly friendly. I loved the thoughtful details in the room, and the spa products were exceptional. I honestly felt like I was staying in a villa rather than a hotel. Everything about this hotel was first class. Beautiful hotel, immaculate cleaning, and wonderful staff. As a Titanium Elite Lifetime member we were given a very nice upgraded room and treated very well. The locations is very good, walking distance to everything in central Rome and yet still in a quiet corner.
Our family of three stayed comfortably for five nights in the oval room, which had a wonderful balcony to enjoy. We slept very well as the area is quiet at night. The pull out bed mattress was not quite as comfortable as the bed, though it did not keep our teen daughter from resting well. Located very close to the Villa Borghese and U.S. Embassy (a good landmark for taxis), convenient to everything...
I don’t understand what the bad reviews are about. Great place! You know you’re not going to spend much time in your hotel room while visiting Rome except to sleep. I’ve been to many hotels in Europe and this one, by far, was the most quiet in a big city. Rooms are a little older, but nice. Staff was great. Breakfast was amazing. Rooftop bar was better than the 5-star pantheon iconic hotel. Concierge...
We debated this hotel or the Excelsior down the block but chose here for the rooftop bar. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Allessio and Nickolas were so charming and attentive in the bar and restaurant. And Hannah was great at check-in. We love this area of Rome. Much quieter and upscale - less touristy too. We went to the rooftop almost nightly to enjoy the view and sunset. ...
Location is nice. Hotel is clean. Front desk is professional but surprisingly not friendly. Upgraded to a suite but not worth it given size of suite. Friend stayed at Westin a few minutes away and upgraded to a beautiful large room. Breakfast adequate. Gym is below average. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
Stayed two nights in the spacious Presidential Suite at the end of our vacation. While well-appointed it was a little dated and you could see some wear and tear in the bathroom area. The view of the park however, was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. We appreciated the peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist attractions. The service is what really stood out...

The hotel service was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. One thing I really appreciated was that they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in, which made traveling much easier. The location is excellent, very near to Termini station, so it’s convenient for transport and getting around the city. Overall, a comfortable stay and highly recommended.
In general a great place to stay, close to the train station and only a short walk to central Rome. There are local facilities, restaurant, bar, supermarket etc when you dont want the central Rome hustle and bustle.
The breakfast does get a bit samey samey after a few days, and the staff in the canteen are not very helpful or friendly, always just too busy to help if you have a question !

nice hotel and friendly stuff, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting rome
A very basic hotel near the termini that serves your overnight needs without the frills. Not difficult to locate the hotel. The aircon was very noisy through the night, the staff was prompt to resolve the issue but I guess it was just an old unit - the noise improved slightly but would return again.
I recently stayed at this hotel and while the location was undeniably convenient—close to Roma termini and easy to access—the overall experience left much to be desired for travel comfort and carry the travel bags.
Room Comfort: The room lacked basic amenities such as air conditioning, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially during warmer nights and the room temperature was 26.5 Celsius...

This is my second time visiting QC Terme, it’s literally my favorite spa. We had a reservation but arrived at the wrong time, yet the staff were so kind to reschedule and immediately let us in. We basically went for stargazing, and it was such a wonderful experience ✨ I definitely want to come back 🤍
QC Terme Roma is a true oasis of relaxation.
A luxurious thermal spa surrounded by nature🍀🌿🌳🌲, offering beautifully designed pools, saunas, and tranquil relaxation areas. The perfect escape to unwind and recharge just outside Rome. Highly recommended.
The rooms were okay, but the bathrooms were gross. The bathtub was not clean, the light switches had brown/ orange dirty fingerprints all over them.
The bathtub had no shower curtain so water got everywhere. The staff at the check-in desk was great and spoke English well, however, the other staff did not and it was hard to communicate our needs. The spa area is very nice, however, there was not one...

It was far from Termini Station, so I think it would be better to travel by tram. I walked there, but the road conditions were poor and it was very difficult.
The staff were very kind and helpful.
Overall, I was very satisfied.
A magical place! A fantastic room with soaring ceilings. Everything you need is there, including a fridge and even a corkscrew inside :). Nice toiletries in the bathroom. Great breakfast, I regretted only having one. The staff is wonderful. It's best to go from the Manzoni metro station; the area near the train station and Piazza Vittorio Emanuele is not very clean and welcoming.
The hotel is a gem, beautiful exterior and interior, wonderful staff, very clean, the owner is super nice.
It is a pleasure to come back to the quiet location after the Rome crowds and noise, very relaxing.
We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be a little away from all the activity in Rome, but still accessible. The room was clean and the bed was amazing. It was surprisingly quiet as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the staff, especially Vladimir. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and take care of all of our needs. We will definitely be back!
The hotel has a good location, conveniently accessible by subway and tram, and not too far from the train station, the Colosseum, and the Pantheon. The hotel has a small courtyard. The rooms are on the smaller side but quite comfortable, with very comfortable mattresses and pillows.
I did not eat breakfast here, reason is because I was out of the hotel early and always coming late really late, :) but open 24/7

It's a pretty old building, it has an interesting aesthetic. There isn't much to comment about the rooms, but it appears that the refrigerator doesn't work. The biggest problem is with breakfast. The omelette is freeze-dried, paestries in general are not good. The croissant, for example, is very doughy, not at all crunchy, you feel like eating a flavorless cake.
Large and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is so so.
The room was missing bed sheets & not enough towels .i requested towels & never got them .staff wasn’t to available .
Almost nobody speaks english ,which is unacceptable in a job that deals with tourists.
The chicken we had for dinner was terrible. I think I would have a way better chicken if I were in a hospital. The rest of the meals were so and so.

Hello,
Following my stay at your hotel, I have numerous bites that appear to be bed bug bites.
I would therefore be grateful if you could check for bed bugs in the mattresses or elsewhere in the establishment.
Thank you in advance,
Our stay at Novotel Roma Est was overall pleasant, with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel itself looks modern and clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth.
The location is a bit outside the city center, which is something to keep in mind if you're planning to explore Rome. They have parking on site (we used the outdoor one)...
Novotel Rome Est does not offer services of 4 starts as you pay for. The pool and location are nice, but the rest of it: staff, food, cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. Nice rooms but bad lightning. Some of the rooms are loud because windows to the train tracks.
Breakfast is OK. But often no plates, bowls and some food not available.
it was quite far away from the central. Room was a little bit hot but it was clean in overall.
The hotel's environment and location are both great, and the food is excellent. What's even better is that they provided toiletries, which is quite rare to see in Europe. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Rome.
Clean and modern hotel a bit further away from the city itself. All the basic amenities and nice facilities.
The location is a 50-minute walk from Rome, so if you're planning to explore the city, you might want to reconsider. The hotel service is decent, and the breakfast is passable. The sink was very old and unstable, it looked like it could fall off at any moment. The bathroom had a constant sewage-like smell coming from the drain, which made the stay unpleasant..
The service was great, but we had a bathtub that wouldn't drain. Overall, we were pretty satisfied.
Exiting Rome's train station, I spotted the McDonald's sign, and the hotel was just down the street, very close. There's a decent Chinese restaurant nearby too. The main draw is the convenient location; I'd definitely stay here again next time.
The front desk service was poor. When we were checking in, I couldn't understand the check-in instructions due to the receptionist's accent and asked her to repeat them. She then spoke even faster and with a very impatient attitude. Come on, you're not a native English speaker, and neither am I, so why be so mean? Her attitude was absolutely terrible. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in Europe
Location is superb. Just minutes away from train station. Bus stop right in front of hotel. Reception was friendly and helpful. Gym was a tad run down and located in basement . The location is very convenient, within walking distance to major attractions, safe and sanitary, the breakfast is very good, the service is also good, I will stay here again next time.
The location is excellent, the room decoration is old, but the living is quite comfortable and the breakfast is simple.
There was nothing wrong with the room, it met the three-star standard, but I booked two rooms for four adults for two nights on Ctrip, but when I checked in, I was told that I had booked two rooms for two people, and I needed to pay 40 euros per night for a single person. So it would cost 1000+ per night for a room, which is definitely not cost-effective, it's too expensive
Very good, comfortable room with balcony, beautiful street view, quiet at night, 24-hour front desk, warm and friendly service, daily room cleaning, free luggage storage after check-out. Breakfast includes coffee, milk, various breads, ham, cheese, etc. Will stay next time
As per any European hotel the room was quite basic, but VERY clean and comfortable enough. The location was brilliant, we managed to get everywhere we wanted by walking and it as very central to everything. Easy to navigate to and from. All the front desk staff were really friendly and welcoming.

Our first time to Rome.

Great hotel. In a sea of poor Italian customer service, this was an oasis of relief. The front desk staff was very kind and engaging. They also allowed us to check in early which was a huge relief to escape the 100deg heat. If I'm ever forced to go to Rome again, then I will be sure to stay here.
This hotel is within site of the Vatican which was our goal. My husband and I landed in Rome and had only two hours before our tour of the Vatican. The hotel held our baggage while we went on the tour and put in our room when it was available. The room was clean, string a/c and good price. The best part of the property is the staff who are friendly and helpful. I would like to commend Hector, Natasha...
The best part was the staff. Each person we can in contact with was amazing. Customer experience definitely a priority here. We are a family of 4 (2 teenagers) and reserved the loft room with a king bed and 2 twin beds (pull out bed can be used as 2 twins) It is located just around the block from the Vatican and a couple blocks from the metro. The staff, especially Ricardo in the restaurant and Ettore (I hope I spelled that right? He works the front desk...
Very convenient location (1 minute walk from the Vatican Museum entrance), very kind staff, always a smiling and very helpful in the services offered and in the advices for getting around the city. The hotel has a large terrace with sauna and Jacuzzi with sun beds and chairs to relax (free and reserved for the guests 😀). We had a great time.

The hotel is not exactly easy to find for people who do not speak the language. Yet It is actually not very far from the main train station and can be reached on foot..( around 10-15 minutes) The hotel is owned by a convent ( at the back of the hotel) and run by very friendly and efficient staff. What I like most about the hotel is cleanliness and its helpful staff. They’ll recommend good neighbourhood...
For me the main thing is clean very clean, comfortable bed, hot water and excellent breakfast
Located near the train station and quick metro access. No complaints.
Hygiene: The hotel as a whole is very clean and comfortable.
Service: The aunt and uncle at the front desk are very enthusiastic and greet us enthusiastically every time they see us.
Environment: There are many subways and shops around, which is very convenient overall. The breakfast provided by the hotel is super delicious😋👍.
The room was very clean. The shower had plenty of hot water. The reception staff were polite and helpful. I would like to stay at this hotel again.
Very close to the subway station, convenient to all scenic spots, the room is very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended
