It was okay, though the air conditioning only had heating and no cooling, but it wasn't a big issue.
Arrived late at 3am but the key system did not work at all, the hotel gave me a room key instead. The rooms are also very old.
The room was not able to be cooled and was like sleeping in an oven.
Well located hotel close to the Fiumicino airport with convenient (extra cost) shuttle service. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, but only one working plug in the room. Decent and well priced breakfast (paid at time of booking), which very conveniently starts at 6:00 AM, which is great if you are traveling early that day. On the negative side, there was no way you can bypass the steps going to the elevators...
The staff at the reception were extremely kind, always smiling and ready to help. The room itself was very cozy, with a large comfortable bed. Everything was clean, and the room had a hair dryer, plenty of towels, tea, coffee, a kettle, and even small complimentary sets with a toothbrush, makeup remover pads, cotton swabs, and other useful items, which was a very nice touch. The breakfasts were delicious...
I want to give it 4 stars, but I can't. The staff is proficient, kind and welcoming everywhere and the breakfast is pretty good, but rooms need further improvement and modernization. My most significant issues were with the heating and the window blinds. Now, in late December, I have found myself shaking from cold in the morning under the thin blanket, even though I set the heating to the maximum temperature...

Absolute gem of a place only 300 metres from the railway station. I arrived very early for a two day stay (around 9:30 am) and the super friendly reception gave me an early check-in which on a rainy day in Rome was fantastic… the hotel has large rooms which are very quite, excellent bed and fantastic shower in both pressure and temperature which is hard to find in Rome centre. A true 4 star hotel...
Very close to train station, location is perfect! Room space is bigger than expected and clean will come back next time !
Reasonably priced hotel close to train station and transport hub which was a bonus. Our room was clean but the en- suite was tiny. We were on the second floor and street noise was a bit annoying. Breakfast was pleasant enough with plenty of choice, although there wasn't much hot food if that's your preference. Staff were friendly and service was good
We stayed here for 3 nights in September. We had a large pretty room with a large closet and bathroom. Service was awesome, from the front desk - thanks Francesca! - to the doormen! The hotel restaurant had good food and exceptional service.
Enjoyed my stay at this 4 star hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Single room was spacious enough. Clean. Very close to the termini station for trains/metro/buses. I slept well and would stay again, thank you.
The room was decent. Its location very close to the train station was extremely convenient.

Breakfast was awesome, staff was extremely helpful in getting me a taxi to airport,
The staff has been. Very friendly and helpful. Beautiful views from the balcony. Spacious rooms. Great AC after a long, hot day in Rome!
The place is a bit off side. The rooms are a bit old, but working fine. The most important thing in summer is the AC and that is working well
Clean, comfortable. Used it as our last stop in Italy, about 30 mins from Fiumicino airport
Temiz, şehrin birazcık dışında iyi bir hotel
The rooms were clean and well kept. Dinners consisted of 2 dishes and dessert and all food was well prepared and tasty. Service overall was good and friendly, but the waitress with blonde hair and glasses was the best. She spoke multiple languages, which made it easy to talk to her and she was smiling throughout the service. Breakfast could be a bit bigger if there’s a group coming to it. Overall I...

Our second stay at Miramare Formia The hotel is located on the beach with breathtaking views from our balcony. Our breakfast was included which was delicious and an abundance. We were greeted each morning with heartwarming staff like Pepe and Flamigna who went over and above to serve us and included warm conversations. Silvio also deserves recognition for his work.
Highly recommend staying here What an amazing place. Private beach and pool. The restaurant was exceptional every night we went. The staff is so friendly and ready to help wherever they can. The grounds are very clean. I will definitely be returning here soon.
The property consists of few small buildings within a lovely courtyard full of plants and trees. The hotel has a very nice patio area looking towards the sea, although sadly the view is reduced by the trees. The atmosphere is great, and certainly the perfect setting for a party. However, the facilities are really not good, as the beach has very little facilities and it is the most expensive in the...
We stayed here about 30 years ago and enjoyed it. No change this time !!!! Room was classic (not modern). Beds a little firm. Balcony view was beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful and staff very pleasant. Does have a lift so that was very helpful with our luggage. Overall a great stay and value.
Fantastic views from your room if you have a balcony and sea view.

We have recently visited the H10 Roma Città and were delighted with the outcome and had to report it. I used to visit Rome for business and staying near the Colosseo, but we booked this place as it was included in an Air Canada flight+hotel package. While not central, we were able to walk, take the bus, metro, taxis, and reach all destinations without any issue. The proximity to Trastevere allows...
This is our third stay at H10 Roma Città and again it has been a wonderful stay. The staff have been consistently polite, welcoming, and so helpful. That goes for the staff at any section; reception, restaurant etc - they are all wonderful. The breakfast is great - enough food to cater for all types, both cold and hot food - there is plenty of choice. The cleaning staff do a great job, room was replenished...
Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Although not that centrally located but it well connected with public transport!
Clean, modern hotel. We found staff to be very helpful and friendly. Location is quite far from main attractions, this isn’t the fault of the hotel. Around a 15 min walk to the nearest train station to get to attractions. Paid extra for breakfast each morning which was more covenient than going out. Selection was fine, more gluten free options would have been good. Items running out sometimes and some...
We had a great stay at the H10 Roma Citta recently. The staff were really friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. We had a few drinks in the bar, and again, the staff were really friendly (the cocktails were also good). They were able to offer umbrellas on days that rained and were very knowledgable on public transport. It may seem like this is far from the main sights, but it isn't. It's...

Hotel is only few minutes walk from this incredible viewpoint. Highly recommend if you favour good location.
The rooms are very small, like a chicken coop. The windows don't let in fresh air. The staff are not helpful. There aren't even slippers in the room. The hotel has no other advantage besides being close to the Colosseum.
Overall the hotel is good. Breakfast a bit crowded if you go about 9am but if go earlier is better coz lacking of tables. One thing not really good is their sink water drain out is very slow. Others so far ok.
Amazing location, just a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum. The price reflects the location, so don’t expect too much in terms of luxury, it’s simple and nothing fancy. Breakfast was quite good and included in my stay. I highly recommend checking out the rooftop bar, which offers a stunning view of the Colosseum at night. Parking is available, but only use it if your car isn’t too big, the old underground...

We stayed at the hotel 1 day before they were closing for the winter season. The weather was beautiful. We had the whole hotel to ourselves and the service we experienced was fantastic. The nearby restaurants are better than the hotel kitchen, but cant complain at all. Excellent part of Italy and less crowded than further down the coast.
Excellent accommodation, great food, super friendly staff.
You are a little out of the way from any stores or a pharmacy. About 2kms. But it made for a quiet stay with nothing but the waves as background sound.
So much potential, so little effort.. The architecture of the hotel is unique, the pool and the views are very good. The cleaning every day was also perfect. But the building isn’t maintained well, the minibar in the triple room was too loud and especially the reception staff seemed unorganised. It’s a pity!
Great views. Nice and quiet location.
Gorgeous place. Only reason didn’t give 5 stars is that They should tell you it’s not accessible by public transportation. If i return (I might) I would rent a car to get there. Otherwise its train and then 75 euros for car service each way

When I had originally read the reviews for this hotel I was nervous that I had chosen badly but, to my very pleasant surprise, this hotel is a hidden gem! The staff all the same are ready to suggest places to eat...
Rooms little outdated very small shower very poor wifi
The hotel staff was very polite as usual (we have stayed in this hotel several times in the past). However the facility could benefit from an upgrade on the rooms, finishes and furnishings. The beach and the location are fantastic. The life guard, Filippo, deserves special credit for his high professional and capable performance of his work. We will probably return to this hotel.
Location was great!!! Room was a little dated, but comfortable. Pillows, however, were very uncomfortable. Hospitality staff were friendly and offered great service. Front desk staff were not friendly or helpful.
They let us check in early and helped us get a 2 hour taxi when the trains went on strike. Everyone was great. Dinner starts later so be prepared for most restaurants to open at 8 pm
This property is situated in a gorgeous area… beautiful beach. The reason for my low rating is the staff. They were not helpful, not friendly.

Disappointed trip Breakfast typical continental- very busy at times - room okay - air con worked - no bar or swimming pool ( 10 euros a day) and closes at 6 . We worked 10-4 so not ideal. Extremely run down and outside filthy, litter and weeds and broken beer bottles . No restaurants
The bath alone is worth every bit. People with many ailments come to the baths for relief.

This was our first stay at an NH hotel, and we were very happy. It's only about 3 kilometers from the Colosseum, which we could easily walk there. The surrounding area is safe, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the service was also very good...
Fresh breakfast and comfortable room, very good location close to top attractions
Overall it's not bad, the location is good, walking distance to the Vatican, normal business hotel services, all in all it's not bad!
The balcony view room is very good. We upgraded to the highest floor, where you can see the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the attractions. The breakfast is good with a wide variety. The hotel service is also very good. The overall feeling is very good.
The room is a bit old, but the location is quite good. The front desk is very enthusiastic and proactive in communicating. The hotel's own underground parking lot is closed and quite safe.
The room is spacious, it is a small suite, and the bathroom is also very large, which is unexpected in Europe, especially in the old town. The location is also good, within walking distance to Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. The breakfast is not bad, compared with other European hotels, the variety is relatively rich. The croissant is very crispy and it falls apart when touched. The customer service...

I feel I was staying there just as the place was changing ownership. Unfortunately because of schedule issues( I had to check out and back in again ) I unfortunately left an expensive shirt in the one room that was never retrieved. This put a damper on things however the staff at dinner and breakfast made up for any grievance that I may have had. It was a pleasure to eat there. I will return and I...
Comfortable rooms, great food and drink and service. Only drawback was the noise from other rooms. Many people seem to leave between 04:00 and 05:00 and despite warning in English and Chinese to be quiet during nighttime hours, unfortunately it’s the Italian guests who don’t know how to behave. Not the hotel’s fault so 5/5 from me.
Its good for European standards. Don't expect too many extras. Swimming pool was amazing. Do your best in Italian at front desk to ask to adjust the central air conditioning. When checking in your push the red button and take a photo of the wifi.
Very nice accommodtion in fiuggi, anagni!! Friendly staff and spacious lobby, roooms, restaurants

During my Spring Festival trip and business trip to Rome, I stayed in Ostia because it's close to both the airport and Rome, and it's right by the sea, perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. It's a pretty old building, it has an interesting aesthetic. There isn't much to comment about the rooms, but it appears that the refrigerator doesn't work. The biggest problem is with breakfast.
