For the 3rd morning in a row we had the most amazing breakfast experience at the Hotel Restaurant The Garden. The food is amazing. The service is beyond exceptional. The experience from the Host to the Waiters was perfect. Everyone is friendly and smiling led by Mario who I assume is the Manager!
We had 4 nights at the Hotel de Russie The hotel is stylish and well maintained Our room overlooked the garden and was well appointed Breakfast was great - good choices - friendly and efficient team led by Mario The spa - we had great massages Bar was always busy with locals - friendly service
Amazing hotel, perfect location, wonderful friendly and efficient staff, really comfortable room and bed. Breakfast a delight from the food to the staff outstanding. Lunch in the bar outside magical. Spa fabulous although did not have a treatment but again from staff to facilities amazing. Decor fabulous, flowers a wow and loved the two residents cats, very respectful. Garden an oasis and delight...
Breakfast was lovely with upto notch service from staff. They were friendly especially Mario was always there to suggest what was best. Thank you !
Breakfast was great as we had Mario looking after us. He’s a breath of fresh air. Energetic and amazing service. Thank you for taking care of us.
My stay was absolutely incredible - I can’t fault any of the service or my experience. I especially enjoyed at the breakfast in the beautiful green house restaurant. Such a lovely way to start my day

Great and family hotel a bit far from the city but it's easy to get to the city from the train station metro 15_20mins
Good location, nice rooms, good breakfast buffet, the staff is friendly too. We had issues with AC unit temperature adjustment, and even after asking 2-3 times didnt get much help, but manageable.
My parents and i absolutely loveð the aesthetics of the room, lounge and breakfast, and dinner room. We enjoyed the facility of the shuttle bus, and we thought that was very efficient. A minor drawback was the quality of the dinner food as it wasn't as good as we expected. Things occoured such as pasta was a little uncooked. However, I loved the red majito cocktail. It was refreshing as it was beautiful...
Great location, excellent service. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Facilities: Well-equipped.
Hotel facilities were very good- they even have a Thinking Room! Breakfast choices were also good. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in a very peaceful area (no crowds, just lots of apartments and condominiums around). Though the location is not near shopping or restaurant areas, they have an on-call shuttle that takes you to the nearest train and bus station...
The hotel is in quiet area, rather close to historical sights and huge shopping places: mall Euroma 2 and shopping village, cappuccino is absolutely scrumptious, they have lactose free milk for coffee, our room for 3 was big enough and clean, there is a free parking area for those who rented a car like us, the only thing we didn’t really like is the lobby of this hotel, it is to small and lights are...

Hardly 4 stars The connecting door to another room is REALLY BAD I can hear the conversation and someone snoring every night The bathroom consists smells like sewage Long wait for lift Fair breakfast Very noisy street ( but convenient) Rooms aren’t that clean
A wonderful hotel for its price range. We've stayed at 3 different hotels near Termini Station, and this one is the best. The buffet breakfast was delicious and varied. We stayed in a ground-floor room facing the street, and it was quiet. The staff was friendly, and they even let us check in early.
This hotel is close to Termini Station, about a 6-7 minute walk. **Accessibility:** It's a 6-minute walk from the station, making it easy to get to the Vatican and Colosseum. **Service:** The staff were friendly, but I had booked a twin room and was initially given a double. I had to go to the front desk to get it changed. **Cleanliness:** Everything was satisfactory, including the bed sheets. ...
Clean and strategic location, very near to the metro while the breakfast are good with lots of varieties, it was nice to having your breakfast at the outdoor area, there are nice views there
This is a high-end, star-rated hotel with spacious and clean rooms. It's fully equipped with amenities like a kettle, coffee, tea, and slippers. The breakfast spread is excellent.
Will recommend to friends for the locations

First the room was dirty. Every time we walked on the floor with slippers, it made a sticky unpleasant sound. There were even visible lip marks from a previous guest on the cups. The hardest part was the mosquitoes in Febuaray!! we spent about two hours trying to catch them and couldn’t sleep at all. The breakfast was average, and the food were bit too cold. The next day, when we told the staff that...
The facilities are a bit old, but everything else is fine. Breakfast was just okay.
I stayed here with my partner for 5 days and 4 nights. On my birthday, the hotel staff surprised me during breakfast, which was a truly beautiful and touching moment that I will cherish forever. The location is excellent, with Rome’s main train station practically at your doorstep, making it very convenient to get around the city. The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view, making me feel...
My family just stayed here for 3 nights. The room is very clean, and the service is really good! Every staff is super nice. The location is convenient. It’s next to subway station so very convenient. I highly recommend.
Very stylish hotels with great rooms and perfect cleanliness. The breakfast has a wide variety. Location in my opinion is unbeatable (Termini is not the greatest neighborhood but all of the big train stations are like this in Europe). The garden gives the hotel a serene and calm vibe away from the craziness of the city. The staff's attention to detail is admirable. They surprised my friend for her...

Great experience. I highly recommend it. Food and service was outstanding. I wish we could have stayed longer. It is wonderful time.
excelent hotel. Warmth welcoming, very well located, near piazza dèspagna. Excelent bar drinks and food no doubt i`d come back next time i visit Rome
Outstanding Classy Hotel in the heart of the city Everything is just perfect and we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough The quality and the beauty of the building speaks for itself but for sure this is matched if not surpassed by the calibre of the staff - what a great set of people - so kind so caring and amazing attention to detail All of that speaks to a brilliant and beautiful culture...
Amazing experience. Wonderful Cielo rooftop bar! The drinks were fantastic and the sharing bites as well! Salvatore, Simone, Paolo and Emanuele were incredible! The Spa has now a criosauna which is a very interesting longevity tool worth to do every day of...
Hotel de la Ville exceeded all expectations! The rooms were stylishly with a touch of elegance, and the rooftop terrace/ Bar/ Restaurant offered breathtaking views of the city. The staff were warm and attentive, and the location near the Spanish Steps was perfect for exploring Rome's highlights. A truly unforgettable stay!" 5/5 stars!
I was very well received! The staff is super friendly and helpful from check-in onward. The room is comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated — just like the photos. The space is peaceful, well-organized, and has a great atmosphere. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Great location and service staff are top notch. Property and room is a bit tired and time for refresh.

Gret hospitality, everything is clean and calm Quite far from the city center but it is good value for the money
Pineta Palace Hotel in Rome lands squarely in the “average but workable” category — the kind of place that gets the job done without ever trying to impress. It’s a practical choice if you’re looking for simple accommodations outside the city center and don’t mind trading convenience for value. The rooms are straightforward and clean, with the basic comforts you expect: a decent bed, adequate space...
Hotel in a quiet part of Rome, 15-minute taxi ride to the Vatican for €15. Large room – junior suite on the 7th floor (711) with a view of the whole of Rome. Perfect value for money! Breakfast with delicious coffee served by the staff. I recommend it.
Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I had to extend my stay at this hotel for three more nights because I had a fracture of my right elbow during sightseeing in Florence a couple of days ago which was diagnosed only in Rome. I was looked after so well by the the hotel staff particularly Antonio of the front desk during my extended stay. Unforgettable experience.
The hotel is located in a residential area, so shopping nearby is inconvenient. The environment and cleanliness are very good. There is 24-hour security, so safety is guaranteed.
Antonio at the front desk was truly an angel for my father. After my 72-year-old father had an accidental fall while on vacation in Rome, Antonio took exceptional care of him. Being so far away, we were extremely worried, as my father was all by himself, but Antonio went above and beyond his duties - he arranged the hospital visit, ensured my father was well cared for, and supported him throughout...

One thing I really appreciated was that they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in, which made traveling much easier. The location is excellent, very near to Termini station, so it’s convenient for transport and getting around the city. Overall, a comfortable stay and highly recommended.
In general a great place to stay, close to the train station and only a short walk to central Rome. There are local facilities, restaurant, bar, supermarket etc when you dont want the central Rome hustle and bustle. A very basic hotel near the termini that serves your overnight needs without the frills. Not difficult to locate the hotel. The aircon was very noisy through the night, the staff was prompt to resolve the issue but I guess it was just an old unit - the noise improved slightly but would return again.
I recently stayed at this hotel and while the location was undeniably convenient—close to Roma termini and easy to access—the overall experience left much to be desired for travel comfort and carry the travel bags. Room Comfort: The room lacked basic amenities such as air conditioning, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially during warmer nights and the room temperature was 26.5 Celsius...

Everything about this hotel was first class. Beautiful hotel, immaculate cleaning, and wonderful staff. As a Titanium Elite Lifetime member we were given a very nice upgraded room and treated very well. The locations is very good, walking distance to everything in central Rome and yet still in a quiet corner.
Our family of three stayed comfortably for five nights in the oval room, which had a wonderful balcony to enjoy. We slept very well as the area is quiet at night. The pull out bed mattress was not quite as comfortable as the bed, though it did not keep our teen daughter from resting well. I don’t understand what the bad reviews are about. Great place! You know you’re not going to spend much time in your hotel room while visiting Rome except to sleep. I’ve been to many hotels in Europe and this one, by far, was the most quiet in a big city. Rooms are a little older, but nice. Staff was great. Breakfast was amazing. Rooftop bar was better than the 5-star pantheon iconic hotel. Concierge...
We debated this hotel or the Excelsior down the block but chose here for the rooftop bar. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Allessio and Nickolas were so charming and attentive in the bar and restaurant. And Hannah was great at check-in. We love this area of Rome. Much quieter and upscale - less touristy too. We went to the rooftop almost nightly to enjoy the view and sunset. ...

There was a lot of cigarette smell in the room, the eggs in breakfast I didn’t like them .
It's a pretty old building, it has an interesting aesthetic. There isn't much to comment about the rooms, but it appears that the refrigerator doesn't work. The biggest problem is with breakfast. The omelette is freeze-dried, paestries in general are not good. The croissant, for example, is very doughy, not at all crunchy, you feel like eating a flavorless cake.
Large and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is so so.
The room was missing bed sheets & not enough towels .i requested towels & never got them .staff wasn’t to available .
Almost nobody speaks english ,which is unacceptable in a job that deals with tourists. The chicken we had for dinner was terrible. I think I would have a way better chicken if I were in a hospital. Great place! Lovely staff and it’s better in real life the pictures do not do it justice!!!
The hotel is very tired unfortunately (( I was there in 2005. I liked it, so I decided to come back. In comparison: the appearance of everything as a whole has become better, the picture is good. But in the details: cabinets, frames, furniture on the balcony - sad .. The location is VIP, but the content is disappointing. Such responsive guys work at the reception, but they also do not look respectable...
The hotel has a strategic location and a spacious beach. It's not the first time I've been to this property, but this year it's gotten worse in terms of the facilities and services. The location is a bit out of the way. While there's a bus stop right outside, Italian buses are notoriously unreliable, so you'll need to walk a bit to get to the subway station. Nice rooms but bad lightning. Some of the rooms are loud because windows to the train tracks. Breakfast is OK. But often no plates, bowls and some food not available.
it was quite far away from the central. Room was a little bit hot but it was clean in overall.
The hotel's environment and location are both great, and the food is excellent. What's even better is that they provided toiletries, which is quite rare to see in Europe. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Rome.
Clean and modern hotel a bit further away from the city itself. All the basic amenities and nice facilities.
The location is a 50-minute walk from Rome, so if you're planning to explore the city, you might want to reconsider. The hotel service is decent, and the breakfast is passable. You can also use the gym without leaving the hotel. It's suitable for business trips, but I wouldn't highly recommend it for tourism unless you're comfortable with walks of over an hour each way.

Overall, a fantastic experience! The room was clean and bright, and all the facilities were in excellent condition. The service was attentive and polite, the location was convenient, and the price was reasonable. I had a comfortable stay and highly recommend it.
Everything was great! The location is good too. It's a very comfortable hotel, I made the right choice. The service was excellent, and the hotel feels grand. For Rome, it's pretty good value for money. It's also very convenient if you're driving, as it's outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone).
The room was clean and came with disposable cups, but no toothbrushes or toothpaste. They also provided a complimentary bottle of water. The staff was extremely accommodating! Our room was pristine and cleaned everyday. Next they provided us with a place to store our luggage so we didn't need to rent a "luggage locker" in the city before we could check-in...
Well located and pretty nice staff . Unfortunately our room had a very low flow of water in the shower. Which makes showering bad. We requested assistance to the staff. And nothing happened what makes price/quality ratio pretty high.
Great restaurants like Catinola da Livio for dinner and CrunchyPI for breakfast and lunch. Numerous bus and metro stations nearby. The lifts/elevators are small but gave authentic Rome experience
