The hotel is in a decent location not far from Trastevere. I got an older room clearly not like the ones the hotel is promoting. It had a small kitchen. But had nothing for it, not even some utensils. The room was big but dated. Wouldn’t mind staying again. My room was by the road and was a bit noisy at times from the road.

The rooms on the top floor of the building appear to have been created following an expansion that wasn't very ergonomically successful. Routine maintenance work is rough, with obvious paint chips and smudges. The room was quite dirty, especially under the bed and on the floor. The electrical system needs updating.

The staff were lovely and the family room was fantastic for travelling with two toddlers. All the major sites were really easily accessible from the bus stop nearby and there was a great supermarket just around the corner. I would definitely stay at Hotel Ripa again.

This hotel was the most expensive during my trip to Italy, yet the room was small and the soundproofing was terrible – I could clearly hear noise from the hallway. It's about an 8-9 minute walk from the train station, which is its only real advantage in terms of convenience.

The hotel boasts a magnificent spiral staircase and spacious hallways. The rooms are luxurious, bright, and quiet and comfortable. The service is attentive, with complimentary champagne and fruit. The Italian breakfast is exceptional, and the restaurant even features evening performances. The doorman helpfully calls taxis, making it very convenient to reach major attractions.

All the staff I met were very warm and friendly. My wife had some health problems during the trip. The hotel's housekeeping manager, lobby manager, lobby staff, and housekeeping staff all took the initiative to provide us with a lot of help at the first time. They provided us with a lot of security when we were helpless. I am grateful. The room service was also great.

The location of the hotel is very close to Spanish steps. Just walk up the steps and it’s very close. Their service is impeccable and friendly. I love their buffet breakfast especially the thick hot chocolate serve at the buffet.

Well, might be the most spacious and modern hotel I have visited so far. Breakfast is good, equipment outstanding, room and bathroom are really spacious, there's even electric sun blind in the room. And there are really tall trees at the parking space to relly block out the sun, what else ca you ask for? The room was generally satisfactory. The lobby can get a bit crowded when the hotel is hosting tour groups, but it's good that breakfast and tour group meals are on different floors. On the first day, I mistakenly went to the tour group restaurant on the ground floor, which was crowded and had a bad experience. I stayed two separate times in a span of a week in different rooms. The first stay the room was larger but had an ant issue and made the room feel dirty. Ok hotel but could be better In Italy and flew into Rome on a late flight and this was the closest hotel for my final destination. To be honest, I wouldn’t come back here again 😔 WiFi in the bedrooms doesn’t work. You also have to pay a tax to stay in this hotel which wasn’t included in the bill.
