The hotel was great! Hotel staff are all friendly and accommodating! It was right in front of the beach and a few steps from a marina where there are several shops and restaurants! It’s quite near to the Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci) Airport. We’re satisfied with our choice of the hotel!
I enjoyed my stat here. The breakfast was superb. Front desk was very helpful and the housekeeping staff was as well.
A wonderful hotel. Four stars. Service is top-notch. We stayed for three nights. The room was clean and the furniture was decent. But keep in mind that there are houses next to the hotel, practically balcony to balcony. Locals look in on you, and you look at them. There's also some construction going on in Ostia, but the builders are working quietly. They didn't disturb our sleep in the mornings. There...
We were served by Papi, a worker, on Friday night, and he treated us wonderfully, helping us at all times and making everything easy for us. He is a very good worker and a great person. If Papi could be given 100 stars, he would.
Great location with nice views of the ocean. The service is OKAY but the electricity went off suddenly.
Expect a 2 star, be happy. Room was small and dark, but perfectly functional and clean. I slept very well. No AC wasn't a problem on a cooler evening in June. I'm glad I didn't get a beach view, the music at the beach across the street was quite loud late, but didn't keep me up. Front desk was pleasant and competent. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's a great deal. Don't expect a resort
I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport. I also decided to celebrate my birthday in this place and chose this hotel. On my birthday there was no compliment from the hotel. In addition, the girl at the reception did not even say the basic words happy birthday, On the same day, they didn’t have time to clean the room when I returned from the beach (5 pm), then the cleaning service...

I'm really glad I chose this hotel. It's a beautiful hotel. They're clean, helpful, friendly, and cheerful. The hotel is located 15 minutes from Rome. There's a shuttle bus in the morning to drop you off near Rome. They also pick you up at a designated location. A taxi from the city to the hotel costs 20 euros before 8:30 PM. After 9:00 PM, the fare is around 40 euros. The people in Rome themselves...
The location is a bit far from the city center, but there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is nice. I don't recommend the food at the hotel restaurant. The pool water is too cold, and there's a separate daily fee for its use.
The environment was fantastic and very clean, plus there's a swimming pool! A complimentary bottle of water was provided in the room. However, security needs serious attention as my door was opened twice during my stay – once by a staff member and another time by an unknown person. On a positive note, the front desk attendant was excellent; his English was good, and he was able to help me arrange a...
The facilities were fully equipped and luxurious. Upon stepping into the room, I was immediately struck by its spaciousness and brightness. The decor was modern and chic, yet maintained a warm and welcoming ambiance. The bedding was incredibly soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress offered the perfect balance of firmness and comfort, guaranteeing a high-quality sleep every night. The bathroom...

Lovely hotel, polite staff and clean rooms. If you don’t mind walking it’s great, as you’ll have to do quite a bit! Around 15-20 minute walk from Termini station. Around 15 minute walk to the nearest Metro station. The Colosseum is around a 20-25 minute walk, and most other sights further than this. Going somewhere like Rome, walking is always expected though! A short walk from the hotel you can...
spacious room but 8-10 mins walk from Metro or bus The room was spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to place luggage, which was a big plus. Room is generally quiet. - The only downside is the location, as it takes about 8–10 minutes to walk to the nearest metro or bus stop. - There was a small fridge but was not cold
Clean. About 15-20mins walk to Roma Termini station. We stayed there for 3 nights, room service everyday with all the sheets and towels changed. The only problem that we had but didn’t trouble us too much was the shower door can’t stay closed while having a shower
First and foremost, if you value peace and quiet, definitely avoid this place. There are what look like large fans or blowers between the buildings, and from what I observed, every room except those facing the street is affected – and even those are noisy. On the upside, the cleanliness is good with daily sanitization, the price is decent, and the service attitude is also quite good. It’s a 7-minute...

Great property. Amazing rooms and service, very friendly and responsive staff, the included breakfast could be better with more options but apart from that all good, will be going back for sure.
Great hotel and kind staff. The location is not central, but it is not bad either. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable, and the option of booking the private spa is encouraging for any couple that would like to book. Overall, it is a 4-star to 5-star hotel.

Nice hotel, lovely staff, terrible WiFi! Generally OK, but WiFi in rooms was terrible - very poor to non-existent. Also, no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.
Ok hotel but could be better In Italy and flew into Rome on a late flight and this was the closest hotel for my final destination. To be honest, I wouldn’t come back here again 😔 WiFi in the bedrooms doesn’t work. You also have to pay a tax to stay in this hotel which wasn’t included in the bill.
The 3 bubbles are the average between the spa and the hotel. The former is top notch, and it’s worth all the money we spent on it. The latter is dated, almost depressing, with old furniture and rooms. Food was disappointing at best. Very nice staff tho
A group of us stayed four nights here. It was breakfast and evenings meal included and the food was very good and generous portions. Wine choice was very good and good value People working here are very helpful and bedroom was made up to a very high standard. I used public transport a bit and from Rome. The building is old. Most accommodations in Rome seem to need remodeling.

Had a very nice stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating such as when we asked for extra pillows. Rooms were nice however would have liked a kettle in the room and plug or usb sockets closer to the bed. Overall was a nice stay. Breakfast was very nice with a large selection of continental however some bacon and actual sausages (rather than frankfurters) for British guests would have been nice.

I definitely wouldn’t call this a 5 star hotel. The gentleman at the front desk and door men were lovely but all of the female employees were incredibly rude. We just stayed for a night before our cruise and the Aleph hotel is simply gorgeous. We were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious and had all the amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop bar, pool, and spa. The room was also very clean and spacious. Overall, I was satisfied.
Stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the rooms and great service. I was upgraded to a larger room, not sure why but did not complain. Overall our stay was amazing, made even more special by the people working in this hotel. Very convenient location. But there are areas for improvement. Rooftop bar was closed during our stay although it was promoted as a special feature of the hotel on the booking page. 3 stars earned by location and breakfast (really good!). My room was not nice: Behind the bed was a thick layer of dust, also in parts of the closet. The curtain was full of stains (inclusive a huge red stain). The bathroom ist very old. In total it's bearable if you just sleep there 2-3 nights. Service was okay, the toilet wouldn't stop running water and they fixed it during a day.
We stayed here and enjoyed our stay! The staff were very friendly and fun. We enjoyed there breakfast, it was only a few steps away from the trevi fountain and a good walking distance to everywhere else. My only complaint was the rooms were smaller and there was no view but that is very likely in Rome
Highly recommended – excellent location, beautiful design, good breakfast, great air conditioning, and very good value for money. This hotel is relatively new with a unique and stylish decor. I had a very comfortable two-night stay. Although it's not in the city center, Metro Line 1 makes it very convenient to get to the airport, train station, and city center! I didn't have breakfast, but it was probably quite good. I might stay here again next time I'm in Rome!
This is a very standard hotel. The facilities and decor are quite new, and there were festive graffiti and activities, though we didn't participate. The New Year's Eve party was lively, making it a very welcoming hotel. I liked the gym and pool; the facilities were quite clean. I didn't get to try breakfast this time, and the price was a bit high during the New Year's Day period.
I recommend staying here if you're visiting the Vatican area; it's a 12-minute walk to the museums. The rooms are decent, the bedding is nice, but the soundproofing isn't great, and there's no kettle or coffee maker in the room. There's a swimming pool and gym downstairs. Overall, I'd recommend it; its location and value for money are its strengths.
The rooms aren't as big as they say they are, and the hotel's divided into two buildings, and the bathrooms are pretty big, so for one night, they're barely average.
Very nice hotel with super service. Location is a bit out of the Centre, but accessible via Metro
The reason I only give 2 for amenities because the pool and facility for the spa were not available. It was out since February and Trip.com didn’t posted it. The reason I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool.

We had a great experience here. We booked a last minute room and due to a late flight into Rome, we had to check in at 2am. A staff member was at the desk at that time to greet us and check us in.
