The hotel was generally good. It's on the outskirts of Rome but very well connected.

My three-night stay was a terrible experience. The room maintenance was appalling. On my first night, two of the three towels were filthy (I don't know if it was blood or feces). I specifically called the front desk to have them replaced, but when I returned the next day, one of the towels was still stained. It was disgusting. The shower drain also had problems; it was repaired twice but the problem...

I expected a much better experience from a hotel advertised as 4-star, especially since it was booked through our tour company. The property is far from the city center, which we did not expect, and the surrounding area isn’t very appealing.

This time I booked for my colleagues. They said the double bed was uncomfortable and should be made of 2 single beds. The middle and left and right sides of the bed were concave, so he had to sleep diagonally to be better. The breakfast was average, all bread, small selection, no noodles. Stayed in a family triple room for one night. It is two rooms. The bedroom is very good. The bathroom is clean. The facilities are a bit old. It will be better if they are updated. The front desk service is good. The hotel is a bit far from the subway. You may need a taxi to travel.

I stayed for two nights, but the towels were not replenished on the second day. There are no amenities other than body soap, so you need to bring your own. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel boasts a magnificent spiral staircase and spacious hallways. The rooms are luxurious, bright, and quiet and comfortable. The service is attentive, with complimentary champagne and fruit. The Italian breakfast is exceptional, and the restaurant even features evening performances. The doorman helpfully calls taxis, making it very convenient to reach major attractions.

All the staff I met were very warm and friendly. My wife had some health problems during the trip. The hotel's housekeeping manager, lobby manager, lobby staff, and housekeeping staff all took the initiative to provide us with a lot of help at the first time. They provided us with a lot of security when we were helpless. I am grateful. The room service was also great.

From the moment I arrived I was greated well with receptionist Danial , Room was clean and has all the thing I need. Location of the hotel is superb, near a metro station and all other places there. It was a way from the tourist crowd so there was no noise and easily you can get from there to the city centre. I would definitely be back again to the hotel.

Overall a great hotel in a good location. Station is not far away and close to Vatican city. Very safe surrounding. I booked a twin room but surprisingly they had a bit of hard time in finding me one. At the end I got a king bed room instead. Service is alright but I did experience much better one in other NH hotels.

Well, might be the most spacious and modern hotel I have visited so far. Breakfast is good, equipment outstanding, room and bathroom are really spacious, there's even electric sun blind in the room. And there are really tall trees at the parking space to relly block out the sun, what else ca you ask for? If there is no taxi, it is very inconvenient. If you are a free traveler who walks a lot, it is difficult to take the subway because the area gets dark quickly in the winter and the shopping district is far away. Ok hotel but could be better In Italy and flew into Rome on a late flight and this was the closest hotel for my final destination. To be honest, I wouldn’t come back here again 😔 WiFi in the bedrooms doesn’t work. You also have to pay a tax to stay in this hotel which wasn’t included in the bill.
