Lazio, Rome, Via Laurentina, 554, EUR 🧭 Map
The hotel was generally good. It's on the outskirts of Rome but very well connected.
My three-night stay was a terrible experience. The room maintenance was appalling. On my first night, two of the three towels were filthy (I don't know if it was blood or feces). I specifically called the front desk to have them replaced, but when I returned the next day, one of the towels was still stained. It was disgusting. The shower drain also had problems; it was repaired twice but the problem...
I expected a much better experience from a hotel advertised as 4-star, especially since it was booked through our tour company. The property is far from the city center, which we did not expect, and the surrounding area isn’t very appealing.
Two and a half plugs!!!! Are kidding?!!!! 4* hotel whose visitors are coming for the exhibition or conference. It would be fine some twenty years ago! It's such a frustration, because the rest was very good. The room itself and the bathroom are spacious. Big TV. The beds are big and very comfortable. Very good pillows as well. Good climate control. Extra pillows and warm and light blanket. Excellent...
Very good location if you want to stay in the fringes of Rome and still want to be close to public transportation. A 20 min ride from the airport . And if u choose a metro then look for a station Laurentina , it’s a short walk from the metro station to this hotel . It has a large bus terminus and a taxi parking next doors. At the reception please ask for Carolina , who is exceptional front desk associate...
Positive: 1. The room is spacious enough for 3 2. Staffs are friendly and has good English speaking skills 3. Rooms have complementary breakfast 4. Has gym with basic equipment for gym buffs 5. Location is a 5 minute walk from metro train station and bus stops

The location is excellent, within a ten-minute walk of attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The hotel is housed in an old building, but the decor is fresh and modern. There's a lovely terrace in the center, perfect for a drink, a meal, and a rest. However, the elevator was broken on our check-in day, forcing us to walk upstairs. There was a brief power outage upstairs, and the shower...
This time I booked for my colleagues. They said the double bed was uncomfortable and should be made of 2 single beds. The middle and left and right sides of the bed were concave, so he had to sleep diagonally to be better. The breakfast was average, all bread, small selection, no noodles. Other facilities were good.
it was very clean and located best place, very comport and kind staffs
Stayed in a family triple room for one night. It is two rooms. The bedroom is very good. The bathroom is clean. The facilities are a bit old. It will be better if they are updated. The front desk service is good. The hotel is a bit far from the subway. You may need a taxi to travel.
I stayed for two nights, but the towels were not replenished on the second day. There are no amenities other than body soap, so you need to bring your own. The breakfast was delicious.
Easy walk from the train station. Lots of cobblestone however. Centrally located to most of what we wanted to see. Would definitely stay there again. Great little breakfast each morning.

Perfect hotel Service: Excellent 💓 From check-in to our room, they explained all the hotel services. Luggage was delivered to the room. The suite service was also amazing, and we even received champagne. 🍾 Facilities: Perfect, the bed was very comfortable, and the water was powerful. Amenities: Fantastic
That’s was perfect stay in nice place
The hotel boasts a magnificent spiral staircase and spacious hallways. The rooms are luxurious, bright, and quiet and comfortable. The service is attentive, with complimentary champagne and fruit. The Italian breakfast is exceptional, and the restaurant even features evening performances. The doorman helpfully calls taxis, making it very convenient to reach major attractions.
Great! The hotel also provided champagne.
What we really really love is the friendliness off all the staffs. The location is great. We spent the best in Rome. Will definitely back when we have the chance
All the staff I met were very warm and friendly. My wife had some health problems during the trip. The hotel's housekeeping manager, lobby manager, lobby staff, and housekeeping staff all took the initiative to provide us with a lot of help at the first time. They provided us with a lot of security when we were helpless. I am grateful. The room service was also great.

From the moment I arrived I was greated well with receptionist Danial , Room was clean and has all the thing I need. Location of the hotel is superb, near a metro station and all other places there. It was a way from the tourist crowd so there was no noise and easily you can get from there to the city centre. I would definitely be back again to the hotel.
Overall a great hotel in a good location. Station is not far away and close to Vatican city. Very safe surrounding. I booked a twin room but surprisingly they had a bit of hard time in finding me one. At the end I got a king bed room instead. Service is alright but I did experience much better one in other NH hotels.
Very, very good. It would be even better if the hygiene were a bit better.
We stayed for 8 days from Nov 8 to Nov 16. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were cheerful and cooperative. The breakfast was a good spread. We had dinner a few times at the Antila Restaurant. While the food quality was great, we felt that there could be more items from the menu to choose from.
We had an amazing stay at the NH Collection Roma! The rooms were elegant, quiet, and super comfortable — a perfect mix of modern style and classic charm. The location was ideal for exploring the city, just steps away from everything we wanted to see. The staff was outstanding — warm, professional, and always ready with great tips. One evening they suggested we visit Makai Tiki Bar on Via Braccio da...

Shower in room very tiny. Very clean and excellent staff
The staff was very hospitable. The room was very clean. There are convenient stores that you can walk to. The poo is gorgeous! I would definitely recommend Hotel Selene.
Our stay was great. We only stayed one night as we were just passing through. Had dinner in restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast had a good selection. Everyone was very friendly. Our air conditioner was not working the greatest but with us only being there for one night it was ok. We told front desk at check out and she contacted maintenance to have a look at it. Over all great clean place and...
Well, might be the most spacious and modern hotel I have visited so far. Breakfast is good, equipment outstanding, room and bathroom are really spacious, there's even electric sun blind in the room. And there are really tall trees at the parking space to relly block out the sun, what else ca you ask for? Can be lack of some personal touch on this kind of corporate hotels, but I don't mind at all.
Don't get me wrong - at 64 euros per night I did not expect much from this hotel. The reason why we stayed there is because we needed to be closer to FCO airport for an early flight and also because it is 5 mins away from Castel Romano outlets. The area around is nothing spectacular. The hotel itself looks like it was a large, 4 solid star hotel that was used for conferences but those days are long...

The room was a good size, bright, and spotless. The linens were nice, making for a comfortable sleep. The location is convenient, close to Termini Station. The breakfast was good and tasty. Definitely worth staying here, highly recommend!
It’s our 6th time to  stay here and still the service of their staff never changed special mention to Laura at the reception . She really  did her best to give us the  corner room we requested . The breakfast  is great and all the staff  are kind . Thank you Una Hotel  Deco Roma our second home when we’re in Rome.
I stayed at this hotel during my honeymoon trip to Italy after getting married on November 1st. Staying in this hotel for the second time. Excellent location. Close to the Rome Termini train station, which take 35 minutes from the airport by Leonardo Express train. Walking distance to many popular historic places and nice restaurants.
I picked the hotel bc it was close to the train station. 5 minutes, and easy walk with our suitcases! Polite staff. The room was fairly large, and the bathroom was perfect. A nice and well-kept hotel. Bad things: The breakfast teapot was rather dirty in and out. And the staff didn't take away the used handkerchief of the former guest. 非常乾淨舒適!地點方便

The location is great; you can easily visit many attractions if you're not in the area.
Super satisfied! We forgot our valuables in the room and they kept them for us! ! ! !
The reason for the 3 stars is that it is basically at the level of a 3-star hotel... Rome is just expensive and lousy... A very good hotel in the historical city centre! Very clean, very friendly staff. Good breakfast, nice bar.
The step at this hotel goes above and beyond to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible, and that you enjoy your stay and the city in an amazing way. When we arrived, my son was very sick. They were so helpful. Next my husband became ill. Again, they did everything they could to assist us. This place gave us the best experience we’ve had staying with Marriott. I’m currently a titanium member with lifetime platinum status but I truly believe the staff treated each individual with class. Their breakfast and valet service are top notch and their turndown service is impeccable! I would highly recommend this place without hesitation!! Grazie W staff!!
I left a two night stay at the W Rome and had such a wonderful experience. The location is great and makes walking to all the stops very accessible. Walking distance from train station and attractions. Room qaa veey clean and looked exactly like what was described while booking. You are able to have a good breakfast. Very good buffet options or you can order from the menu. Spa on-site is an added bonus.
Conveniently located very close to the train station. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the service was excellent. Amenities included slippers, soap, shampoo, body wash, and body lotion, but no conditioner, toothbrush, or toothpaste. There was also a hot water kettle and tea bags.
An excellent choice if you’re planning a trip to Rome. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini and about 5 minutes from Repubblica metro station. Both the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, as well as many of Rome’s other popular attractions, are about a 15-20 minute walk away. The hotel is quite large, and the room we...
Location: The location is excellent, close to all attractions and within walking distance of the train station. Facilities: The room size is quite large for European standards, and the facilities and cleanliness are decent, meeting the expectations of a four-star hotel. The hotel's staircase and elevator have a unique honeycomb design, which is a nice touch. Would recommend to others.
The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Termini Station. It's spacious and very clean. They even gave us a small gift for Valentine's Day, which was a lovely touch. It's also quite close to all the city's attractions, making it very convenient for getting around.
Pros: For a European hotel, the room was quite spacious, and it even had a small single sofa and a desk. A nice touch was the provision of disposable slippers and bathrobes. The bathroom facilities were new and very clean. Cons: It's located near the main street, and the soundproofing isn't great. I could hear cars roaring all night, which made it hard to sleep. The single room was nice; it was small but had everything.
The Hoxton Rome shines with stylish decor, comfortable bedding, and a vibrant terrace bar in the upscale Parioli district. Great location, helpful staff, and relaxed vibe—highly recommended for a chic stay.
We spent 5 nights at the Hoxton for our first ever trip to Italy. It is a very nice hotel withe modern rooms, a nice restaurant with inside and outside seating. The neighborhood is primarily residential, so is very quiet. We enjoy walking so were fine with the location. It's maybe 10 Euros for a taxi right to the major tourist areas. The staff are outstanding. There are also a couple Conad supermarkets...
We did not stay at The Hoxton but we decided to drop into their restaurant, Elio for a late dinner after a long day site-seeing. We were greeted so warmly by this amazing staff. Staying at the Hoxton Rome--especially if you stay in one of the lovely rooms with a terrace--is like living a glamorous life in one of the best neighborhoods of the city. If you want to be in the center of it all, this is not the hotel for you. The service was outstanding and beyond my expectations of a five-star hotel. The water temperature was very stable with strong water pressure, and hot water came through quickly. We recently stayed at the Sina Bernini Bristol Hotel, Autograph Collection in Rome as Marriott members, and it was an excellent choice. Suitable for business, although the subway is not close by walking distance, but the price is good. The distance to the surrounding attractions is acceptable
If there is no taxi, it is very inconvenient. If you are a free traveler who walks a lot, it is difficult to take the subway because the area gets dark quickly in the winter and the shopping district is far away. However, there is breakfast and dinner in the hotel and the accommodation was clean. The staff seemed busy. I want to stay there again next time.

Good location. Good service and good in everything
The room is newly decorated and well-equipped.
The hotel is located near the Vatican, and it is very convenient to walk to the Vatican Basilica and the museum. The subway station is a little distance away, and it is more convenient to take the bus. Recommended!
There's nothing good to say about foreign hotels. They cost thousands a night, the rooms are small, and the facilities are outdated. The good hotels are in China!

Expect a 2 star, be happy. Room was small and dark, but perfectly functional and clean. I slept very well. No AC wasn't a problem on a cooler evening in June. Nice hotel, lovely staff, terrible WiFi! Generally OK, but WiFi in rooms was terrible - very poor to non-existent. Also, no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.
Ok hotel but could be better In Italy and flew into Rome on a late flight and this was the closest hotel for my final destination. To be honest, I wouldn’t come back here again 😔 WiFi in the bedrooms doesn’t work. You also have to pay a tax to stay in this hotel which wasn’t included in the bill.
The 3 bubbles are the average between the spa and the hotel. The former is top notch, and it’s worth all the money we spent on it. The latter is dated, almost depressing, with old furniture and rooms. Food was disappointing at best. Very nice staff tho

Disappointed trip Breakfast typical continental- very busy at times - room okay - air con worked - no bar or swimming pool ( 10 euros a day) and closes at 6 . We worked 10-4 so not ideal. Extremely run down and outside filthy, litter and weeds and broken beer bottles . No restaurants
The bath alone is worth every bit. People with many ailments come to the baths for relief.
Very comfortable hotel and dining was very good. The room had lovely views and was quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful but some more information about access to facilities would have been helpful.
Staff very helpful….delicious breakfast
Beautiful structure. Everything was exceptional. I will definitely be back.
The pictures on the website do not match the hotel! The hotel is far more run down than the website shows. That being said, the hotel was clean. The surrounding neighborhood appears run down and is about 20 minute bus ride to the center of Tivoli. Would not stay again.
