Overall a good experience. You can walk from train station, close to Barberini square and metro. Trevi fountain is also in walking distance. Guesthouse is simple, however does not quite match the pictures. The room is comfortable, air-conditioning pump is right behind the window, so it is not very quiet. Room is clean and has everything you need. Unfortunately, you can hear your neighbors in other apartments. Communication, questions or info inquieries can be done via WhatsApp, answers are given quickly. A little coffee shop is next door to have breakfast. We had a small incident that internet and warm water disappeared , it was fixed quickly. Good neighborhood and great for walking.

This is not a ‘hotel’ in the typical sense of the word with multiple floors/rooms. There was someone at the desk when we checked in, but we didn’t see anyone again until the second night.
My husband’s cane went missing from the room on the second day, but there was no one to report it to!
The shower doors didn’t open very wide and you had to step up about 10” to the shower floor. You had to step up to get to the bathroom as well.
I would not recommend this room for anyone with mobility issues or of a large size.
The light over the sink did not work and the shower took forever to drain.
The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Good hotel. Room cleaning every day. The room is not big, but this is expected for a B&B hotel. There are many buses around,. But we walked everywhere, to the main attractions 15-20 minutes.

We had a fantastic stay here, the room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The mini fridge was stocked with some water and a few soft drinks which was a nice touch. The bathroom was clean if a little dated. Staff were not on site 24 hours but available for check in and check out. Location was good, only about a 15 min to Termini station. Would stay here again.

We stayed at Cicero for 3 nights (7Sept to 10Sept) and the stay has been fabulous.

The receptionist Polash is really helpful and a very good hotelier.

The room is nice and clean, spotless I would say.

Also the hotel is near Villa borghese (6 minutes walking) and in a quiet place.

You won't be disappointed by choosing this place.

Price/quality ration: excellent.

Bonus: Air conditioning, they refill your carafe every day for free and 15% discount at the bar near the hotel.

Always spotlessly clean and the hallway always smelled lovely. The owner was very kind and helpful. Only downside was the WiFi didn't work.

Cicero Rome Center is a bed and breakfast located on 5th floor of a building near the Japanese and American Embassies, Porta Pinciana (Villa Borghese) and Piazza Barberini. Although there is an elevator, it is not adapted for people with disabilities. It has six rooms equipped with air conditioning and queen beds. No frills but the rooms are clean. Unfortunately, I had an impression that someone smoked in mine. The bathroom was not completely fresh owing to the smell from the pipes. For the breakfast you get a coupon for a nearby bar, where you may select between a few typed of croissant and coffee. The wi-fi works well and is included. The check in is at 12.00 pm and the check out is at 10.30 am. From 9 am till 7 pm there is a receptionists who speaks English and Italian.

If you manage to book a room for a reasonable rate and don't expect much you may give this place a try. If for the same price there is a hotel, I wouldn't book at Cicero Rome Center. Note that the location is not as central as the name suggests and that to the rate you have to add EUR3.50 of the city tax.

Good location. AC leaked and was very loud. Couldn't use it for two nights. There's nobody in the reception in the afternoon. Expensive for the quality of the room

One of the most comfortable stay I had in this place! The staff/ person In-charge is just awesome, reliable and a go to person for anything! The place is located near tourist places giving you the flexibility to walk and see true Rome beauty!

Very Very nice!

It is an inexpensive hotel but in the center.
The bus stand is very near (2 minutes of walking)

The receptionist 'polas' is a very good and generous person.

Anyway the main fact is that the room I was in was very fresh and clean.
They changed the bed covers and pillows, along with other items in the second day.

I recommend this because of the position!
