The price was okay and the room was clean and decent. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady did the cleaning without charging extra. There were welcoming foods and coffee for free. The only problem i feel like to mention is that the warm water was not working for 2 days and they didn't fix it.

Smell on sewer. Very noisy. The main door waa so noisy that every guest who was entering we hear it in our room even on 11-12pm which was not good for sleeping. Don't recommend it. Fins better place for sleeping

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience… We had absolutely no privacy at all in our room. The noise would wake us up many times in the morning, you felt like living in the reception and there was no possibility of changing room, even though we talked with the hostel about the issue. The shower was really bad also. I don’t think it’s worth the money for what you get. I will admit the location is good.

This was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We had ants and small flies in the room both nights we were there. Room is small. Bedsheets are thin (no real blanket given). The shower water pressure is horrible and only half the shower head had water coming out of it. We booked via third party and instructions said hotel check in before 8pm and self check in if arriving afterwards. We arrived around 9pm, called the reception person, and were received with attitude and complaints. You would be better served in a hostel than this place. Stay away unless it’s literally your only option.

Overall a good experience. You can walk from train station, close to Barberini square and metro. Trevi fountain is also in walking distance. Guesthouse is simple, however does not quite match the pictures. The room is comfortable, air-conditioning pump is right behind the window, so it is not very quiet. Room is clean and has everything you need. Unfortunately, you can hear your neighbors in other apartments. Communication, questions or info inquieries can be done via WhatsApp, answers are given quickly. A little coffee shop is next door to have breakfast. We had a small incident that internet and warm water disappeared , it was fixed quickly. Good neighborhood and great for walking.

Room is bit small for 4 person family. But overall it's a good experience and excellent services. The staff is very polite and friendly. Location is good and close to attractions. You can walk or take bus / metro. Grocery stores are on the same street.

This is not a ‘hotel’ in the typical sense of the word with multiple floors/rooms. There was someone at the desk when we checked in, but we didn’t see anyone again until the second night.
My husband’s cane went missing from the room on the second day, but there was no one to report it to!
The shower doors didn’t open very wide and you had to step up about 10” to the shower floor. You had to step up to get to the bathroom as well.
I would not recommend this room for anyone with mobility issues or of a large size.
The light over the sink did not work and the shower took forever to drain.
The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Good hotel. Room cleaning every day. The room is not big, but this is expected for a B&B hotel. There are many buses around,. But we walked everywhere, to the main attractions 15-20 minutes.

We had a fantastic stay here, the room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The mini fridge was stocked with some water and a few soft drinks which was a nice touch. The bathroom was clean if a little dated. Staff were not on site 24 hours but available for check in and check out. Location was good, only about a 15 min to Termini station. Would stay here again.

We stayed at Cicero for 3 nights (7Sept to 10Sept) and the stay has been fabulous.

The receptionist Polash is really helpful and a very good hotelier.

The room is nice and clean, spotless I would say.

Also the hotel is near Villa borghese (6 minutes walking) and in a quiet place.

You won't be disappointed by choosing this place.

Price/quality ration: excellent.

Bonus: Air conditioning, they refill your carafe every day for free and 15% discount at the bar near the hotel.
