VERY GOOD HOTEL

The hotel was ok, but nothing else .
No coffee machine or kettle no bottle of water as well in the room .

The hotel is on the 5th floor of a residential building, so you have to take the elevator up and down every time. It's inconvenient. You have to pay city taxes. We had noisy neighbors, and you could hear them very well. As a result, we had a bad night's sleep. There was no kettle or coffee maker in the room, but they offered hot water.

The staff are friendly as approachable.
They gave some useful information such as free experiences by local tour guide, delucious restaurant.

In the busiest time of breakfast, they escorted us in polite manner.

The room was very clean.
Used family room which can stay up to 4people in one room
Rome themed painting on the wall. There are bath tub with shower with partially clised glass door. Which may make wet toilet,but the warm water was always provides.
Body soap, hand soap
Face towel, hand towel, bath sheet are provided for eacj guest. Hair dryer was installed, but the electric connection wasn't perfect, so often lost power unfortunately.
A huge wardrobe has a prenty of space to store clothing.

Dresser table are so useful.

Security is solid by using room key card.The hotel is 5th floor, so used elevator only take up to 2people at once.
Good exercise to use stairs too.
Closest tube is "Vittorio Emanuele", walking for 15mins to train station "Rome termini". Italian restaurants, Chinese restaurant, bakery and cafe are nearby.

At first I’m a bit hesitant to book this place but the customer service is superb.
From the front desk at night who help us since we arrived past midnight.
We also leave our luggages for a tour and they are very helpful.
Location is walkable to colosseum and other historical places.

An old but clean hotel, with super friendly staff. We had a problem with the air conditioning and they changed our room without any issues.

I loved its location. So close to Termini station and if you'll be using the train to the airport you will go across the park and there you are as the trains to the airport depart at the end of the station. Plus, once you get of at the Vittorio Emanuele station follow Via Buonarroti and you are seconds away to the hotel.

The hotel is very well located for visiting all the sights in Rome (on foot or by metro). My mother and I were in Rome for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection. The staff is very kind and attentive, truly dedicated to the guests.

The only thing I can criticize is the slightly dated decor; a little updating wouldn't hurt.

But I 100% recommend this hotel!
