Hotel located in a quiet place, clean and very kind staff, the structure is small and not very well cared for in the details, the breakfast corner really small with little choice, the tables too close together (the breakfast did not seem at all 4 star to me)

I stayed at this hotel with a friend for a running race, and everything was perfect! Our rooms were impeccable: super clean, organized in every detail, spacious and quiet. I stayed in the room with a jacuzzi. And it is truly beautiful!!! The staff was truly exceptional: very kind, always smiling and available to help us at any time. They made us feel welcomed and pampered. Finally, breakfast was another strong point! I really liked everything. A perfect stay in every aspect! We will definitely be back.

Good experience, nice services and very professional staff. Breakfast is a typical Italian one, with many sweet pastries, some pressed ham and cheese but on request, the staff is very responsive and attentive to the preferences and wishes of the customers and can prepare eggs, vegetables and other specific products for breakfast.

I stayed at JC Hotel for a couple of nights. Good location, walking distance to public transport and shopping centre. Clean, Cable TV, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. However, the late 6:00pm check in and not having in room tea/coffee facility are disadvantages.

This was a horrible booking. The ac doesn’t work at all. There is no microwave or iron in the rooms. Bugs swarm around the room all day and night. It is NOT a four star hotel.

Cons- far from everything. The hotel is a HOT BOX. The AC is not working. The roaches love the rooms. No one speaks English well enough to communicate. The rooms are SMALL unless you get a suite. The pictures are not a true representation. This is NOT A FOUR star hotel. No restaurant, no microwave and no irons.
Don’t waste your money or your time here.

The hotel is located close to the airports, but it's rather remote from the city center and to be honest, we just didn't find the public transport convenient enough. Next time we'd rather spend more on a hotel closer to the city, as traveling would often take up to 1h 30min per direction. The breakfast choices were rather limited, but the staff is really friendly and helpful, in particular Rachel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although the bathroom window in the room is quite the peculiar design choice. They agreed to store our luggage until check-in time, as we wanted to have a stroll around town, which was nice.

Hotel ok and food very good. Staff member named Patricio (Patrick) made our stay wonderful, he went above and beyond for our requests and answered all the questions we had! His kindness and polite conversations made us feel welcome and no other member of staff compared to him. Amazing. - his English was very good as well :)
