Hotel Nardizzi Americana in Rome

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Termini Station. However, as Italy's roads (including sidewalks) are quite uneven and bumpy compared to Korea's, it was a bit challenging to walk with a suitcase. Women, in particular, should consider the potential fatigue from the travel distance.

I felt no security concerns as it's located away from what are commonly known as high-crime areas. While the facilities are a bit old and dated, the cleanliness and front desk service are excellent. (The age of the facilities doesn't seem to be a major issue, as most other places appear to be quite similar in this regard.)

Even after check-out time, they were kind enough to store our bags and luggage at the front desk lobby for a few hours upon request. The room was always impeccably clean every time we returned, and the service was great, so I would definitely be willing to visit again!

Excellent service, no discrimination whatsoever. The room was perfect, modern, and spotless. The staff were all incredibly welcoming.

I booked a room a few days before my trip, so there weren't many affordable hotels to choose from. My room cost around €15,500 without breakfast; breakfast is an extra €10. I wouldn't recommend it tomorrow. The hotel is conveniently located, close to Termini, but getting there on foot with a large suitcase is difficult. The room was clean, the bed linens were clean and fresh, and there were no unpleasant odors. In the bathroom, the sink didn't drain, the toilet lid was slightly broken, the shower area has a fabric curtain, and the shower head is mounted in the wall. The shower head was broken, so the water sprayed out strongly. A huge plus for the room and hotel was the air conditioning, which can be used for heating in the fall. Book the hotel in advance to avoid overpaying.

The hotel is located at the top of the elevator. Elevators are unfamiliar to Japanese people, but the elevator is the mesh-like iron bars on the left side when you enter.
When you arrive, you open the door yourself to enter and exit.
When the elevator opens, there is a vending machine for drinks and snacks. I didn't use it. The coin was still in the slot, so it may be difficult to use depending on the time.
At the front desk, the owner immediately greeted me by name. He told me that the Japanese person had been there last month.
The room had a twin bed and was spacious enough for one person to stay in.
The room was clean.
There was also a hair dryer.
Amenities included a single use of shampoo, treatment, soap, plastic cups, and the mirror had a light on.
You hand your key to the front desk when you go out.
The owner was a nice person and sometimes gave you your room number when he returned.
The area was quiet as it was a little way off the main road.
I could hear a lot of noise from the bathroom and hallway, but it was tolerable.
Rome itself is relatively compact in terms of tourist attractions, and the hotel's location is good, so I often did sightseeing on foot.
This hotel had a good location and value for money.

I loved it here. The staff was absolutely amazing. I was well received. Convenient location. Will come back again.

Close to the metro station and Termini station, the hotel is located in a historic building.

The place is clean, interesting, loacted at the very top of the building (no worries, there is a fancy elevator too). Staff is 24/7 and amazing, always ready to serve, empathetic and willing to help ad be friendly. Rooms are spacious and always clean and the location is at a good walking distance from the major city sight seeing as well. It is in a state district where all the buildings belong to state organs (such as mnistry of defence, presidetial residence, etc.), so the neighbourhood is clean and quiet at night. In a couple minute walk, you can get to a restaurant, supermarket, bar, bus or metro. I totally recommend!
