Great hotel in perfect location. Friendly staff couldn't be more helpful. Only problem was a leaky shower but I understand there are refurbishments going on so this will get better

The newly renovated floor of this hotel is snazzy and comfy--stay tuned, things are looking fabulous at this hotel! Our group of 36 students from the US stayed at the Gioberti Hotels (Gioberti Art, also) 12 of 16 nights in Italy over 3 stays so this became home to our group. The neighborhood is colorful and friendly with everything you need--grocery, restaurants, souveniers. The Termini station location is ideal for a quick jaunt to Florence or a trip to the Pantheon for gelato. The staff is lovely--interesting and hardworking to make your stay a success.

We visitors in rome twice a year. This time we found a new hotel. Gioberti hotel linked Roma termini close to the train station. Central of busses and the metro.
The hotel is clean all are new. The price low and worth.
The staff are amazing and director of the hotel Mr. Rocco is very kind takes care of all the little ditales with pleasure.
We were one night and retuned two night more with great pleasure.
My wife and I highly recommend on the hotel gioberti.

Higher rated for some reason, very old but roomy and right across the street from the Termini main train station in Rome. Very nice restaurants in the area, from budget to upscale all in the vicinity of prostitutes, shady men, tourists and expensive cars...bit odd for an American but normal for Europe. All in all I would stay here again, for the right price.

Station in 4 minutes this is convenient, but hotel room too small and stuffy, and the bathroom is too small and bath towel big towel two face towels... Air Conditioning performance, great air conditioning noise, even too stressful. Room Wi-Fi and a safe. Use want 30 minutes FREE is 10 Euro per day... long term stays.

The train station and close to other area to move into but there are advantages. Just in the evening near the train station and a little noisy feel.

Rooms are spacious and clean.
The Internet connection, too.
However, from the morning work had,by 8: From on the floor in a horrendous noise followed it.
In addition, the hotel using the card, but after a few days skimming the damage was to everyone, please be careful. Card returned until more than 10 minutes had changed the thought of this state is.

In A Nutshell:
-Gioberti Art Hotel is in an excellent location, close to Termini station, walkable.
-Hip decor, looks new and well-maintained.
-Situated amongst small outside street vendors, quick bites like pizza & a few markets/restaurants.
-Clean, safe & quiet rooms (stayed in a Standard room, Executive room and a Suite
-Rooms have an easy-to-use safe to lock up your valuables.
-Bathrooms are clean and the shower has 3 options: rain shower, handheld shower and bath.
-NOTE: the mini-sink next to the toilet is a bidet to thoroughly clean your bum.
-Each room obviously gets bigger and more comfortable, however, I personally enjoyed the Executive room the best. I like the large king bed vs. the round bed you'll get in the Suite.
-ANOTHER NOTE: If you A/C isn't working, check to make sure that all the windows in the room are CLOSED. Once they are closed, try turning the A/C on again.
Overall, Fabrizio & Vanessa were very nice, ESPECIALLY, Fabrizio. He rememebered us from our 1st check-in, recommended dinner at Ditta Trinchetti and continued to upgrade our rooms bc were we nice :)

Charged us 48 € for the fee for 4 nights in a double room!!! A scam. At the reception we were told wrong use of wi fi and we couldn't communicate. Breakfast gluten free good. Cleaning good. The area is comfortable but the close environment is not very pleasant.
