The hotel was excellent – clean, tidy, and with great service. The surrounding area is also very convenient. My only minor complaint is that they don't provide water. Do hotels in Italy typically not offer bottled water?

Everything about this hotel is great. Great value with great breakfast buffet. Will be back if I go back Rome

A standard Holiday Inn, but very good overall. The bed was huge, and the room was very spacious, as was the hotel itself. I was really satisfied and felt it was great value for money. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Rome. It's truly excellent.

Perhaps the name Holiday Inn” should be changed to “Bed & Breakfast”, because you get close to nothing amenities in a quite secluded area with very little to do around. Located near to a dog pound with dog barks heard some hours of the night and day… nevertheless, it’s alright, I rate I average for what it is. Restaurant for breakfast is meh! You’ll survive. Rooms are equally same, not much to write home about, but again, you’ll survive.

The hotel is a bit old, and the decor and facilities show their age. The room was spacious, but the duvet was a bit thin, and even with the air conditioning on, it wasn't quite enough for winter. The service was decent; they can arrange a taxi for you, which is faster than booking one yourself. Breakfast was okay, but it seems they only offer espresso for Italian coffee, and the cups are all quite small.

The soundproofing is terrible; I could even hear people turning lights on and off in the next room. Someone was also belting out high notes for several hours, and because of the poor sound insulation, it felt like they were singing right next to my ear. I called the front desk twice. The first time, they said they couldn't find anyone singing. The second time, I told them to send someone to my room to listen with me. They said someone would be over in about ten minutes, but no one ever showed up, even by check-out.

Location is near to airport which is convenient for those who travel with a car. There is a nearby shopping mall Maximo which is around 15 minutes drive from the hotel. There is in house restaurant so can eat if arrive late at the hotel

I stayed at this Holiday Inn, and the hotel itself was what you would expect from a standard Holiday Inn — clean, comfortable, and overall good. However, the service at the hotel restaurant was really disappointing.
When we tried to order, we called a male server who completely ignored us. Thinking maybe it wasn’t his section, we tried calling a female server named Paola, but she also saw us and acted like she didn’t. We ended up waiting quite a while before anyone took our order. Surprisingly, the same male server later came over to clear our plates, which made the situation even more confusing. The lack of basic service awareness was pretty unbelievable.
Breakfast had plenty of options and was actually good, but even then there was an issue. One of the female staff told us to “move aside” while we were simply getting bread. That kind of behavior is extremely unusual in the hospitality industry.
Everything else about the hotel was fine, but the restaurant staff definitely need proper training. With better service, this hotel could offer a much better overall experience.

The room facilities are complete, comfortable, and spacious, with a large bed. It's quiet, and the breakfast is great, as is the service. It meets the standards of a Chinese four-star hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center of Rome.

Was a good experience in here. They even provide you a pick up service from the airport. The hotel is quite clean and comfortable, the location to train station is quite close.
