We stayed there as a famely of 4. The children's bed was bad ! the room was not clean (full of dust), we complained several times and did not receive any treatment for the problem

Satisfied!!
We were( unfortunately) in Rome for only two days, on the occasion of our anniversary. We stayed at Gravina suite frattina. Location!!!! A few steps from the metro, from piazza di Spagna, via dei condotti and via del corso. It is easy to reach any place from there!! Shame that the reception is attended 24-hour but only up to the 19,30! In any case, we are of the num to whom you can turn to in case of problems. The staff , from reception to the cleaning staff, exquisite. Room new and clean . There is no breakfast but there is a mini fridge in the room, served by a water( free of charge)and drinks for a fee. Also a kettle. The girls at the reception are very kind. They welcomed us well and suggested places to visit and local. We also had the possibility to leave our luggage in the place until 19,30 we leave the room at 11 in the morning... at no extra cost!! I will return and recommend!!!

B n B splendid in the centre of Rome, BOOKED ON BOOKING 60 EUROS,double room . Only flaw is the windows old that giving on the street let a little too much noise .

The location is great, everything is close and the street very well,the only thing maybe the noise,should be better sound-proofed.

Comfortable room. Appalling customer service. Made us wait thirty minutes outside the room. Couldn't open the door due to old locks.

Very nice Hotel and very well located. The entrance is notice very hidden, therefore, necessarily the number of the house :-)
Otherwise, a very nice and modern Hotel.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. It’s a shame that this hotel is allowed to exists. Shower head would not work at all. Hotel said that they would “call someone but it would be a few days”. We ran into another person in the lobby, and they said it was awful as well. Our sheets were stained and the room was overall dirty. I wouldn’t wish this hotel on my worst enemy.

Awful! I couldn't arrive on time mentioned for check in due to being stuck in malta...my friend was already in rome and we were originally keeping the 2 night booking and he would stay instead...however after 2 colleagues from this bnb bombarding me at the same time with wats app and trying to call me( I was unavailable to take the call) they then started calling me a liar and when I tired to call them declined my call...at this time we decided I wouldn't want anyone staying at a hotel to be spoken to and treated so badly. Refused to even return part of my 2 night stay. Have never experienced this kind of treatment and not one apology. Came from them...booking.com apologised on their behalf after reading the messages sent to me but could do nothing to return or even part refund what I paid to stay here and just received abuse instead...do not stay here unless you want to be treated horribly.

I do not know where to start from, only the furniture is luxurious and the location is good. everything else is pretty bad. keys that don't work, the owner who is rude and arrogant and if you complain he will tell you to leave the apartment. I took my daughter and mother, I booked a triple bed. I got a double bed and a couch on which there was no bedding or pillow. breakfast brings you to the plate and it’s so miserable I have no words. if I could I would give him a zero rating, he only got one star because of the location.
