The location is good, but it's noisy and drafty outside, making it cold. The amenities are basic: just shampoo, soap, and body wash. There aren't even slippers. Not all rooms in the hotel overlook the Trevi Fountain; my room was on the opposite side. I don't even know why I stayed here.

This room is what I would expect Chungking Mansion in HK would look like. I paid almost US$500 gir one night for the worst room I've ever lived in, in my entire life and that is no joke. From the moment I checked in and with the guy's attitude I knew it would be absolutely rubbish. The card won't open the room door and I had to go down to re register it. Then once inside the lights flickered on/off with a buzzing sound from the electricity. I dare not turn it on. Then the bed, it was 150cm wide while Trip.com advertised it as 180cm. The towel had dried blood marks. The room floor tiles were missing. The windows were boarded up. The a/c had no control. I had to go to the reception to ask him to turn it down as the phone did not work. The a/c was blasting directly at the bed. The toilet floor tiles were yellow stained, possibly urine. The shower curtain was moldy. I understand it's an old building but this was dilapidated! I asked  the guy to change the room and he said he couldn't understand English. But I know he spoke it as he gave it away several times. The curtains and bed skirting material must have been from the 1970s and never washed. The bed linen was off white. The pillows had been used for years and were flat as pancake. My girlfriend and I had checked in late at 10.30pm and he gave us the worst room ever. We didn't sleep and sat up all night and left immediately in the morning forgoing breakfast. Oh and initially he said we could only pay in cash for the city tax of €12 but after all night communicating with Trip.com (which was probably an AI) somehow they convinced the hotel to accept credit card for this tax as they were ok in the morning. This room is 104. I am not joking about all this. Trip is giving me a 100% refund. This totally ruined our holiday in room!! Avoid this place at all cost!
