Perfect location tucked away on a street not far away from the Spanish steps with awesome eats nearby at Da Edy & All Antico!

The front desk service was poor, and the decor was dated.

The hotel is located in the city center, which is excellent! It's convenient and quick to get to various attractions. The hotel breakfast is also good, and the staff are warm and attentive. The hotel facilities are rather basic and old. The photos I saw when booking on Ctrip showed the main building, but the hotel actually arranged for us to stay in the annex across the street. This should have been made clear to customers on the website beforehand! Another unpleasant thing is that, as you can see in the fourth photo, there are dirty clothes and smelly socks left by the previous guests in two drawers.

Excellent and large room, service and location. Separate closet, large bathroom with tub and separate shower and separate toilet. Hotel is clean, well maintained with friendly staff.

This boutique hotel boasts an exceptionally convenient location, just steps from People's Square and nearby Plaza de España! Crucially, you can easily access Metro Line A just across People's Square. Everything is incredibly convenient.

We stayed with our 4-year-old child. The hotel was wonderful, clean, and the location was fantastic! Breakfasts were delicious, and there was plenty to satisfy the child. Right across the street was a pizzeria and gelato place.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Great attention to detail, we really liked everything. I recommend it.
I just wish they would change the curtains in the room.

I stayed here for three days. The breakfast was delicious, and the terrace dining atmosphere was fantastic! The service was also very warm and attentive! A perfect score! There are several good Western restaurants and pizzerias nearby, and it's also close by for sightseeing in Apple Hill.

Only issue encountered were with maintenance service. We feed back about the bathtub draining very slowly (no separate shower) and that the electric towel dryer is not working.

Both time service personnel came and supposedly fixed the issue but did not get them working.

Wished the room we had was brighter as well.
