I stayed in the room with my family for one night. First of all, I want to say that it was clean. Breakfast was good. Lorenza is a very friendly person. The hotel is within walking distance to the colosseum, forum and palatino hill. There is hot water, breakfast is served in the room. If I come again, I will stay again.Thank you for everything. The location was amazing the room was clean but old the interaction at the front door was zero the door bell was not being monitored maybe it was just a bad day they were having but I will give them the benefit of the doubt however if other people report the same problem with entry I would recommend that you look elsewhere

Rome has become extremely expensive (7 Euro/person/day city tax). Location very good (my opinion), I would choose a room with a courtyard window (street noise), not bad, clean, good mattress (expensive but no other choice in today's Rome if you want to be in a walkable place). Rome is great as always!

Good B&B option with great location close to main attractions and train station. Rooms are clean, comfortable. However, we had a room with window to the street and it was pretty noisy during the night, not sure if all rooms have that or the one in particular. Still can recommend.

My stay here was a 5/5 experience. No it was not a "5-star hotel" but it was better then that. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have found in all my Italian travels (7 weeks). The breakfast was amazing! I had the best chocolate crissont I have had in all of Europe here. And the breakfast was served to us in our room which was really nice and relaxed. Lorenzo was extremely accommodating and helpful our whole stay.
A couple notes : get whatsapp so Lorenzo can communicate with you! He does answer texts very quickly.
This location was fantastic with 15-20 minutes walk to most of the main attractions in Rome!
Metro stop is very close
Our bathroom was quite small ( not an issue for us but could have been for some people)
The shower was actually very spacious but the standing room in the bathroom was limited, however, not an issue.
The pillows were extremely comfortable just like the bed.
I stayed with my sister and there was plenty of room for us and 4 suitcases!
They did have ac units in the rooms.
When I inevitably arrive back to Rome in the future staying here will be a no brained! Thank you for hosting us Domus domas! We wish you the best.

Great place in stay in Central Rome. Walking to the main terminal and many attractions. Metro right outside the door. Nice breakfast and friendly staff

Lorenzo was super helpful for anything we needed and very friendly. Room was clean and the bed was so comfy! Would recommend to stay when visiting Rome!

B&B curato e pulito. Le stanze sono piccole, ma per brevi soggiorni non è un problema. Il personale è gentile e disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Il presidio è comunque estremamente limitato.

Good price/quality ratio. Clean rooms with SAT TV. Free Wi-Fi is a very good point! Breakfast is very simple and small amount. The owner is very friendly and speaks some English. The location is superb, some metres from metro, but a lot of sightseeings can be reached on foot in max. 20 minutes!
