The rooms were surprisingly large; the pictures on ******* do not do the property justice. We were only there for one night, but if you are going to book a shuttle to the airport with the front desk, make sure you confirm 1000x, get it all in writing and then confirm when you arrive because they will forget, and then you are left scrambling. Other than that, it was a nice one night stay.

The hotel is furnished with old furniture. This is especially true for the cabinets. The cleaning is very average, there is dust in the corners, the dishes were generally dirty. Great hotel in a nice location near the pizzia navona. It’s right across from a bus station making transportation easy and has lots of restaurants nearby. We had an excellent view from our room of the city, which was quiet at night. My only complaint is that there was no hot water for one shower, but otherwise it was excellent!

We enjoyed our stay here. it was fairly central to everything. About 30 min walk though, walk able to colloseum & Vaticano city. I probably would stay here again.

Just ok There was no counter space in the bathroom, the room was really dark with only a few lights, the pillows were flat and the hair dryer only blew warm air. The location however was excellent.

This was an odd place. It was okay, however, there were some difficulties. I never talked to or had communication with management, despite sending emails and messages. Check in was conducted through trying to communicate with the doorman, who spoke only Italian, who called management and then let us in. We stayed two nights in Rome. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and had everything you need. The host was very kind and available to provide any information you might need. We were very satisfied. The only reason I deducted a star was the somewhat firm bed. It's very centrally located, and many restaurants are within walking distance. It took me 10 minutes to reach the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. All in all, great! 👌

We had a super stay here for 3 nights. Apartment felt luxurious and was super clean. Staff were brilliant and text us when the room was ready. Location is great near the Spanish Steps, and plenty of bars and restaurants. Metro station is also 1 minute from the door if you want to use public transport. We will definitely use this as our first choice on our next visit.

We stayed two nights at this property and were greeted by Giovanni and Emanuela in an excellent way. We found the room very clean and supplied with towels. I was very surprised by the tidying up of the room where I even found folded pajamas. The only flaw is the road to reach the subway, not very convenient.

Is a good place to stay in Rome in a safe area. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only downsides are the road from the metro station to the hotel in the night time, is better to avoid walking alone, and the walls of the rooms are super thin, so if you have a sensitive sleep, you'd better bring some earplugs with you. Very clean and helpful people. But we had a late check in and had to pay extra. Which us funny, considering check-in starts from 12noon onwards. Room and bathroom was very clean, close to bus stop 46 and 49. However the exit signal in the room is soo bright and way above the bed, very disturbing. And the wifi was horrible.

The staff is amazing and really careful! My room was pristine. Very close to the train station and to the bus stop. Actually, the bus 46 leaves you almost in front of the hotel. Nice bed and bathroom with a great shower. TV, free WiFi and air conditioning are also offered. They also give coffee at the reception.

We liked it here. It is accessible to the train station, walking distance to Vatican city, and tourist spots in Rome too. Near shopping centers and supermarkets and restaurants. And most important, there is a lift so you will not worry how to bring your luggages in your rooms. And bonus, one of their staff is a Filipino.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's comfortable and within walking distance to the Tiber River and some of the most iconic places in Rome. There are also several supermarkets close by.

Good budget stay! Small but clean room, very small shower/toilet room. A perfect location - close to most everything. We managed to check in in time, but good to know is that if you arrive after 21.00 hrs at nigth they will charge 40 € extra, it is only manned a few hrs a day. I would only recomend a stay here as s budget alternative for 2-3 days, longer would be ”to stay too squized” in my opinion

The front desk staff were very friendly, and we were very satisfied. The hotel's location is right near the old city walls, and you can see the train station from the back. The daily cleaning service was excellent; everything was spotless.

Shame about the mattress cover!! A lovelly stay. The only criticism would be the mattress cover which was plastic, meaning every time you moved it was really noisy. We got an interior room and it was so quiet, clean, no chemical smells that you sometimes find due to strong cleaning products, high ceiling, super comfortable bed, pillows etc and a tea kettle & coffee machine plus mini fridge.
