Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast room is always open so one can get a coffee or pastry or fruit any time. Apin, the proprietor, is super friendly, helpful and available. We had a wonderful stay here last week, celebrating my sons' birthdays. We had 2 rooms, really spacious and clean, with air conditioning and a fridge. Walking distance to all the attractions and close to restaurants and shops Lovely host who even got a cake for the boys' birthday! Great selection for breakfast, including some of the nicest pastries I've ever had! Brilliant stay and would definitely...
The rooms are tastefully designed and although small they are functional, well maintained and clean. The owner is a Chinese who has lived in Italy for many years. He is kind and enthusiastic and can provide a lot of travel advice. The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to go to various attractions in Rome. There is a shopping avenue right outside the door, with various tasteful...
An ancient building with a history of hundreds of years is equipped with an elevator, making it easy to go up and down the stairs! The landlord is Chinese and very welcoming. The location is relatively close to the train station and within walking distance. Recommended

Lovely room in a Roman theme. The complimentary "Taste of Rome" breakfast delivered to the room was excellent.
Our stay here was excellent! The host was so so kind to us. The room was beautifully painted and the mattress was very comfy. Would definitely stay here again!
Nice place to stay. Easy commute to the touristic attractions. Elena was very helpful guide.

Good location. Maurizio was was very helpful and friendly.
We were very satisfied with everything here. There was not anything that was not considered for our comfort. We appreciated the physical check in to answer all questions. This is a smooth operation. Close to train and metro.
Good stay Very convenient and good location
We loved everything about the B&B Easy. It has everything you could wish for. Jacuzzi in the bedroom is lovely, kitchen area with great selection of breakfast goodies and the very helpful owner Maurizio. It was our Honeymoon and the place has a real romantic feel and we couldnt be happier with the stay!
Enjoyed our one night stay in the Easy neighborhood and appreciated the attentive, detailed instructions during check-in, as well as the thoughtful handling of snacks & drinks. It was easy to walk to food in the area, as well as several sights, and then train to the airport. Would be happy to stay again.

Nice rooms. The person who attends to you is very friendly.
The light is off every 10 mins, and the shower is a little leaky. Other than that, this hotel is pretty nice. The staff was waiting outside to pick up us, the room is clean and big. Good restaurants nearby, close to metro.
Excellent clean structure and convenient to public transport and metro. The only flaw is the cold water in the morning Otherwise EXCELLENT
Excellent property in a quiet and central area
Good room size for three people, and was in a good location with good transport links. Staff was very friendly and accommodating & kept the room clean during our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks so much!

My wife and I were well pleased with our stay here. Near enough to the centre of Rome to walk or the metro station. We don’t pkan to return to Rome, but would stay here again if we did.
A week in Prati Rome We really enjoyed staying here with great staff, friendly hosts with sufficient amenities. The room is clean with A/C. A short 20 min walk to Vatican City with plenty of restaurants within 2 Kms radius. There's a Metro station nearby if you need to catch a subway train to other parts of the city. Safe neighborhood to walk at night. We would stay again.
Spacious only they need to fix is the hot water, they may need a bigger hot water tank
A great location with friendly service and experience. We travel a lot and these things do make us happy when they happen. The staff members of this Hotel are amazing, they are super understanding and when we had to request an early breakfast they were very accommodating.
Location, far from noise and people. Super friendly staff
Had a really nice stay. Unfortunately there was some construction happening on the balcony of my unit which I was unaware of. The workers woke me up at 6:30 am the first night. The property owners were very accommodating and switched my room. It was a regular room with no balcony which was disappointing because I book my stays with balconies when traveling. Raving Reviews. I hope you get eleonora and her dog nina. She's funny, fashionable, witty, and kind. We had a language barrier between us but somehow the conversation just flowed with our hands and facial expressions. Word of advice... she makes the best cappuccino. Don't you dare say otherwise
Our visit in B&B Carini 58 has been wonderful - great accommodation, breakfast, location and price. The Owner was very helpful and kind. She has a very cute little dog named Nina ☺️ We’re looking forward to coming there during our next visit in Rome!
- The owner and her son Bernard were very polite, helpful and friendly. They gave us the best suggestions for restaurants, routes to take and places to visit. They made us feel like home instead of hotel. - Good vegetarian breakfast was provided to us on both days. Great location in the best city area. The street is not too crowded and it’s great for living The host was super friendly. Good quality of windows - we didn’t hear noise from the street. The shower is rather small, lamps are covered with dust.
I will definitely return to this B&B. The poet's room is delightful. Spacious bathroom. One thing, but unfortunately this applies to almost all B&Bs: what's the point of finding two small bottles of water in the room? The guest would certainly appreciate it! Otherwise, no complaints.
breakfast was a joke and i paid specifically to have a descent breakfast
Had a 2 night stay in this gem. The location is perfect in the heart of Trastevere We love to be in the center of it all, restaurants, shops, music, fun! The rooms were sufficient for our 1-night stay before heading to the airport the next morning. Conveniently located to the Termini station. For a budget hotel this was fantastic for us, close to the train station and with easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see, the rooms were clean, beds were very very comfortable and were made by the cleaner every day. I had a wonderful 4 day stay here the room was spacious and close enough to all the sights our host was very accommodating and even let us check in early to our room which was an absolute need after a red eye flight I will recommend this stay to friends and family in the future.

This was a great location to be close to the train station and restaurants. The host was very attentive and helpful. The only downside was climbing the stairs. A nice 3-night stay at Biancore B&B. The room was simple and rather small but we really did not need much more than that, walking around all day long. Very little equipment in the kitchen, no oven. Several broken things in the apartment: a bedroom window that does not close, faulty shower doors. Several small supermarkets in the neighbourhood, close to St. Peter's Basilica but very noisy street.
The room was in good condition and clean. The stuff was nice and helpful.
Nice for group budget traveler
Good bed and breakfast. Breakfast is not included. Great location, close to the bus 46 which goes directly downtown, and walking distance from the metro. Allowed to leave our luggage for the day for 10 euros. Really nice host.
The facility is located on a noisy street. The insulation installed in the room is so bad, even when closing all the windows, I still hear the transportation noise from the street, and people talking from another room. A hotel with super clean rooms equipped with various cleaning accessories. Very close to the city center and adjacent to the American Embassy. This is my fourth reservation, and I've always been greeted with a handshake and a big smile.
Bang on average, nicer hotels around for same money also not the best location, not much around. Walls are dirty and curtains have stains. The walls are so thin, can hear every toilet flush through the pipes. Room is okay size does the job but had a bad smell. 4th floor, lots of stairs and very small lift. Wouldn’t recommend
The staff are great ans they kept the room clean but it shouldn't be called 'hotel' it says inn at the reception but hotel online. The place is not easy to find, no sign on the outside. Its probably air b&b but not a hotel. Breakfast was terrible. No allergy consideration either.
