Locks on doors not as shown in pics. E-locks. Ours literally started to become loose on Wednesday and came off completely today. Tried to message and call the “owner”. No reply. Had to book emergency accommodation for last night. Location is great. Room is not in as good condition as the pictures show. Hot water is ok at best. No air con. WiFi unreliable and v slow.

The building is a bit old and dusty in the hallway, which gives the impression that it will be bad inside, but the room is great, as in the photos. I had a really great time, very convenient as it is close to the Vatican and the center of Rome. Very welcoming room, with a clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Giuseppe and the owner were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

room was clean and good size but I had reserved triple room for 2 people 2 rooms because everyone wanted their own bed also I requested before our arrival and when we got there there was only one bed on each room, we asked and they did converted the sofa bed for an extra bed but this was not what I paid for personnel was friendly but NO front desk every interaction was made via text with staff

It was easy to get into the building and the apartment. It is located very close to the Vatican, just with a few minutes walk the entrance can be reached. The metro station is also less than 5 minutes. The door of the room does not really have soundproofing, so if someone is talking a bit louder than normal in other rooms, you can hear it.

One of our rooms had signs of bed bugs. We tried to reach out to cancel our rooms, the hotel offered to move our family but after this encounter we decided it would be best to cancel and move to a different hotel. A clean and a quiet place, easy to reach. It didn't have an ac in the room i stayed, but it had a fan. Bath was clean, only negative about it was the shower water pressure was low.

An oasis in the middle of the desert. I lost my flight and did not know what to do. I had to take the next one earlier in the morning. Once I arrived everything was prepared. The woman in charge make everything easy, and provide me direct information of how come back to the airport with the schedule of all buses. Everything was clean, and the bed so comfortable. Staff speaks very good english and is very kind. Breakfast was light, but it was enough and was very tasty. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Best place to stay for a night near Ciampino if you want to keep it budget and don't mind the shared bathroom.

Would definitely recommend based on many of our experiences. The location was so central it was easy to get around on foot and the rooms were pretty spacious for Rome. Most importantly, the staff were amazing. Led by Gabrielle, they were friendly, approachable and offered fabulous suggestions for restaurants and things to do. I'll start with the positives - great location close to the Tiber, Piazza Navona, Castel Sant Angelo ... The place has a very cute, shabby chic vibe, and the staff, especially Gabriele, were very nice. So why only 3 stars?? Our room wasn't cleaned after our second night, the micro packets of shampoo/shower gel weren't replaced after the first night, and "breakfast" is only coffee, juice and sweet pastries...

Manuela is an amazing Host! She picked me up from the airport only at the fuel price and was very flexible about that. The appartment is very confortable and is very well located. But the best is the owner help. He is so kind and available. And also Audrey, the girl of "breakfast" ;). She's so nice. And they have netflix!! Highly recommended.

The staff is very friendly, always there to answer your questions and give you advice. The property is situated very close to the Sant’ Angelo Castle, also you can easily get to the Spanish Steps. Also it is a very secure place. 10/10 I would recommend you to stay there. Bonus: if you have a late flight you can leave your luggage there and visit the city.

Beautiful hospitality, tasty breakfast, and wonderful location. As some other guests have mentioned, the lift is indeed tiny, and there are three flights to get to the rooms, but overall these are minor inconveniences. The room was clean and had everything to make it comfortable. Perhaps the bathroom could benefit from some TLC. Overall, we would return.

The location was quite good, just in front of the subway station which was really convenient! Wfi was okay, no issues! And the host seemed friendly.

Perfect stay in Rome for train travelers. We were greeted promptly upon check in. She was very nice and gave us a lot of information about the area. The location was at the entrance of the Metro and just a few blocks from the train station which made it super convenient. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Location is super-convenient for main rail station, airport bus and the Hop-on-off circular bus, restaurants, small supermarkets... Rooms very pleasant and also quiet. But there are no personnel onsite and you make your own coffee. Not a "bed and breakfast" place as I understand it. Felt more like an airbnb.

Good value hotel Great location (it’s right in front of the metro and 10 mins from Termini). Very clean and the housekeeper came daily. The only issue was the bed - we stayed in the interior room and the bed was very old/worn out, so it was uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than that it was a great stay

Great little B&B convenient to the Metro, shopping and restaurants. Stayed one night following a cruise and the staff was very helpful in taking in our luggage before check-in time so we could explore the city. Breakfast was included but we had to leave before enjoying due to our flight. Easy to work with and gave excellent directions from the port via the train & Metro.

The location is wonderful, with easy access to sightseeing spots. The room was small but comfortable and full of character. Mario's breakfasts really hit the spot and got us ready for a long day of walking and standing in long lines!

Great place in great location It was a great stay! Great location with lots of restaurants and cafes around it. Metro station is 500m away, so you can easily go to touristic places within 10-15mins. We have been informed about everything on time. They were really attentive and kind. The room was also larger than we expected and it was super clean. What a tremendous find! My partner was the one who found B&B Piramide Terrace so I can't take credit for that, but I am SO happy he did! Some rooms excellent and some bad I stayed at the same hotel from 2-5 January and I rated excellent! However, this time I was assigned a room that was not noise proof and the couple next door kept us awake so much sexy noises they made all night. The Wi-Fi did not work at all. Room in an apartment with 3 other rooms in a building from the 30-50s. Well maintained, comfortable, little light in the bathroom (a few more bulbs would not be bad), a descaler for the shower would be useful to let the water out of the 🚿 and an extra blanket. Ah, the mattress should be replaced in my opinion, it ends up rolling in the center. )

It is a small B&B in the heart of Rione Monti. Few meters away from the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia. Easily reacheble from Termini train station. The apartments are at the first floor with the access from an interior patio. The rooms are small but cozy, with parquet and nice furnitures. However, some of them have only a smallo window to the internal patio. Price vs quality is very good.

Very well located! Several buses pass nearby. I just thought there was little information about breakfast, which we tried to buy but couldn't find. Other than that: very good! The shared bathrooms may bother some travelers, but for us it wasn't a problem!

A day ago I needed to book a double room for two people, the apartment is well maintained and offers five bedrooms, one single and one triple, it has two bathrooms and one is dedicated to a room that is booked in this sense, therefore the the rest of the bathroom is shared, however both bathrooms are outside the rooms, so obviously you have to adapt to the shared use of a bathroom unless you are able...

What can I say .. exceptional! Giovanni and Raffaella are really two very good people, they make you feel at home! As for the room, everything is really perfect and clean, even the bathroom (outside the room but personal) sparkled!
