Locks on doors not as shown in pics. E-locks. Ours literally started to become loose on Wednesday and came off completely today. Tried to message and call the “owner”. No reply. Had to book emergency accommodation for last night. Location is great. Room is not in as good condition as the pictures show. Hot water is ok at best. No air con. WiFi unreliable and v slow.
Walking distance from the Vatican, dining all around, great place to stay.
We stayed in the Interno B&B for 3 nights in December . On arrival we were met by the friendly Giuseppe who gave us recommendations on local restaurants and Xmas attractions in the city. The apartment was in a fantastic location. walking distance to the Vatican City and local Metro stops. We recommend visiting the bakery opposite the local cinema and a the pizzeria next door to it too! All rooms...
The building is a bit old and dusty in the hallway, which gives the impression that it will be bad inside, but the room is great, as in the photos. What I really thought was bad was having to schedule a time to check in, I hadn't seen that in the hotel description. As I didn't know what time I would arrive, it ended up being a problem for me as he wanted this information in advance. And when I chose...
I had a really great time, very convenient as it is close to the Vatican and the center of Rome. Very welcoming room, with a clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Giuseppe and the owner were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back!
Good location near the Vatican, clean room and very nice host. I recommend it!!!

It was so clean.. spacious .. loved it
Beautifully appointed rooms, amazing location. Just around the corner from St Peter's. Will use again.
room was clean and good size but I had reserved triple room for 2 people 2 rooms because everyone wanted their own bed also I requested before our arrival and when we got there there was only one bed on each room, we asked and they did converted the sofa bed for an extra bed but this was not what I paid for
personnel was friendly but NO front desk every interaction was made via text with staff
It was easy to get into the building and the apartment. It is located very close to the Vatican, just with a few minutes walk the entrance can be reached. The metro station is also less than 5 minutes. The door of the room does not really have soundproofing, so if someone is talking a bit louder than normal in other rooms, you can hear it.
One of our rooms had signs of bed bugs. We tried to reach out to cancel our rooms, the hotel offered to move our family but after this encounter we decided it would be best to cancel and move to a different hotel. There was no offer of partial refund or any other assistance.
This location does not have a person that you access 24/7 the person that came to let our family in let them know that she would...
This hotel is nice, clean and close to Vatican City also it was quiet

A clean and a quiet place, easy to reach. It didn't have an ac in the room i stayed, but it had a fan. Bath was clean, only negative about it was the shower water pressure was low.
-We travelled as a family, arrived at early hours to find our host waiting to greet us
-Staff very welcoming,
-A very clean and quiet place to stay in,
-Very close to all amenities (airport, train station and bus stops)... Cheap tickets to get anywhere
-A bonus is a 24hr supermarket just round the corner with all your needs (as any supermarket)... including fresh baked food at anytime!! 😳
-WE HIGHLY...
Absolutely amazing costumer service of Martina she is so helpful and accommodate me in within a minute.
Highly recommend this place
An oasis in the middle of the desert.
I lost my flight and did not know what to do. I had to take the next one earlier in the morning. Once I arrived everything was prepared. The woman in charge make everything easy, and provide me direct information of how come back to the airport with the schedule of all buses.
Everything was clean, and the bed so comfortable.
Thank you so much!
Staff speaks very good english and is very kind. Breakfast was light, but it was enough and was very tasty. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well.
Best place to stay for a night near Ciampino if you want to keep it budget and don't mind the shared bathroom.
The room was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, but I appreciate that she took the time to prepare it the night before so I could leave early. My only problem was the room was hot, but that's just summer in Italy.

Rome, 7 Giuseppe Zanardelli Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The Affreschi is a suite of rooms on the second floor of an old building on Zanardelli. It was quirky and we loved it. The breakfast room with endless coffee and a balcony was a few steps away. The room wasn’t huge but the bed was and both were comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked the shower was hot, the air con was cool. The location was fabulous. We walked to many of the sites of interest. The room was...
Would definitely recommend based on many of our experiences. The location was so central it was easy to get around on foot and the rooms were pretty spacious for Rome. Most importantly, the staff were amazing. Led by Gabrielle, they were friendly, approachable and offered fabulous suggestions for restaurants and things to do. They also arranged transport and trips – nothing was too much trouble...
Location is wonderful for sightseeing, restaurants, taxi depot is 200’ away, bus #70 connects to train station.
Staff was very helpful and personable.
I really enjoyed the accommodations. Very surprising combination of beautiful, historic setting yet with bathrooms that are very modern, clean and up to date. Elevator, Fast WIFI, breakfast provided, dining room with tables inside or small tables...
Excellent position close to main squares and monuments. Very clean comfortable and quiet. Very nice staff (Maria greets guests at her best). Recommended
I'll start with the positives - great location close to the Tiber, Piazza Navona, Castel Sant Angelo ... The place has a very cute, shabby chic vibe, and the staff, especially Gabriele, were very nice. So why only 3 stars?? Our room wasn't cleaned after our second night, the micro packets of shampoo/shower gel weren't replaced after the first night, and "breakfast" is only coffee, juice and sweet pastries...
Amazing hospitality, lovely room and great breakfast. They rebooked our room for free, very accommodating.

Staying at B&B InnRome was one of the highlights of our trip. The accommodation is incredibly beautiful—tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quiet, offering a peaceful retreat after a day exploring the city. Every detail feels thoughtfully prepared, making it feel like a true home away from home.
What truly made the experience special was Manuela, the owner. She is a warm, kind...
The host Manuela went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Other things I liked: breakfast, cleanliness, flexibility in checkout (we could leave our stuff and pick it up at the end of the day)
Manuela is an amazing Host! She picked me up from the airport only at the fuel price and was very flexible about that. (I asked her just after landing and checking the buses 🙈) She bought cornettos and other pasticceria of my choice- she asked what I want. She did fresh breakfasts herself. There is a beautiful garden behind the house where you can sit and rest. All the equipment in the room works perfectly...
A very quiet place with comfortable beds, very clean rooms, great breakfast. The owner is so nice and does everything to make your stay a perfect one. I recommand that place. You are in the center of Rome in 35 min with 1 bus an then the metro. A good deal.
Quiet place, comfortable bed, very clean rooms, great breakfast. The owner, Manuela was so nice with us. She can also arrange a shuttle service from and to the airport. We can only recommand this place.
Place was beautiful and cozy. The host is very lovely a d helpful. She gave us advices on how to get around and for places to eat. The breakfast was also delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
The location is perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized.
The staff was very kind and helpful.
We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again on our next visit to Rome. Thank you very much , Aldo and Audrey !!!
The appartment is very confortable and is very well located. But the best is the owner help. He is so kind and available.
And also Audrey, the girl of "breakfast" ;). She's so nice.
And they have netflix!!
Highly recommended.
The staff is very friendly, always there to answer your questions and give you advice. The property is situated very close to the Sant’ Angelo Castle, also you can easily get to the Spanish Steps. Also it is a very secure place.
10/10 I would recommend you to stay there.
Bonus: if you have a late flight you can leave your luggage there and visit the city.
Stayed at this B&B for a few days and had a wonderful experience immersed in the local Roman way of life. The hospitality was great, as this is a family-run business. Aldo was helpful, assisting us with transportation back to the airport after we arrived by bus. Also, shared very good places to eat. The Roman-style breakfast were delightful whenever we had the chance to enjoy them, as our early exploration...
Beautiful hospitality, tasty breakfast, and wonderful location. As some other guests have mentioned, the lift is indeed tiny, and there are three flights to get to the rooms, but overall these are minor inconveniences. The room was clean and had everything to make it comfortable. Perhaps the bathroom could benefit from some TLC. Overall, we would return.
Definitely recommend. Very clean room, great breakfast, friendly staff and great proximity to a lot of sights. Lots of great restaurants and shopping right out on the street where located. Very helpful employees who give some great tips for restaurants. Will definitely visit again.

Super convenient location and nice host. Walkable to major sites like colosseum and metro right beside for Vatican City. Would stay again if visiting Rome.
The location was quite good, just in front of the subway station which was really convenient! Wfi was okay, no issues! And the host seemed friendly.
Perfect stay in Rome for train travelers.
We were greeted promptly upon check in. She was very nice and gave us a lot of information about the area. The location was at the entrance of the Metro and just a few blocks from the train station which made it super convenient. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.
The host was very helpful and the metro was right outside
Location is super-convenient for main rail station, airport bus and the Hop-on-off circular bus, restaurants, small supermarkets... Rooms very pleasant and also quiet. But there are no personnel onsite and you make your own coffee. Not a "bed and breakfast" place as I understand it. Felt more like an airbnb.
Good value hotel
Great location (it’s right in front of the metro and 10 mins from Termini). Very clean and the housekeeper came daily. The only issue was the bed - we stayed in the interior room and the bed was very old/worn out, so it was uncomfortable to sleep in. Other than that it was a great stay

You can leave your luggage before you get your room, we also left early before breakfast and they left breakfast in our room the night before.

Breakfast was a free continental breakfast. The staff were friendly and vey helpful.
The breakfast was a nice light meal for the day. The staff was friendly and flexible and the room was clean.
7 minutes walking distance to the Vatican Museum. Nice breakfast delivered daily to your room.
Great little B&B convenient to the Metro, shopping and restaurants. Stayed one night following a cruise and the staff was very helpful in taking in our luggage before check-in time so we could explore the city. Breakfast was included but we had to leave before enjoying due to our flight. Easy to work with and gave excellent directions from the port via the train & Metro.

Perfect for couples and near to neighbourhood of trastevere where you can find a lot of restaurants and bars. We stayed unfortunately only 2 night. But it was really good. Nice, friendly, and clean. The owner was really kind with us. He told where can we find the best places to eat and have a drink.
It was close to everything, in a safe enviroment.
I really recommend to stay here.
Good price for a good room.
Hello Mario y su dulce mama! Your place was just as depicted in the pictures and the breakfast area and food was perfect. My daughter Nikki and I did not have much time to spend there but I did appreciate the fruit and peanut butter for a quick take away breakfast on our checkout morning! I also appreciated the care and effort your mother put into the rooms. The green room was just what we needed...
The location is wonderful, with easy access to sightseeing spots. The room was small but comfortable and full of character. Mario's breakfasts really hit the spot and got us ready for a long day of walking and standing in long lines!

Great place in great location
It was a great stay! Great location with lots of restaurants and cafes around it. Metro station is 500m away, so you can easily go to touristic places within 10-15mins. We have been informed about everything on time. They were really attentive and kind. The room was also larger than we expected and it was super clean. Will definitely stay here again in our next Rome visit
Great stay
The owner, Diego was extremely helpful and accommodating. Provision of vouchers for breakfast in a nearby cafe was a nice touch. Diego did everything possible to assist us during our stay and was very friendly and efficient.
Diego was so friendly and helpful! The B&B is very near to stations and restaurants. Also everything was nice and clean. Thank you!
What a tremendous find! My partner was the one who found B&B Piramide Terrace so I can't take credit for that, but I am SO happy he did! The simple, yet clean and tidy room was PERFECT for our short 4-day stay and the location was just marvelous! But nothing can top the balcony and the views. Truly a wonderful spot. From the outside you are immediately struck by the vibrancy of the neighborhood....

Friendly staff, our room was on the courtyard side where there was no traffic noise at all. We hadn't ordered breakfast but there was a large café downstairs where you could also get coffee and food to go. The hotel is within walking distance of the so-called tourist centre. The Barberini metro station is also right next door. Finding a parking space can be a challenge (especially in Rome). We had...
Beautiful room and bathroom. Very quiet, great AC. Perfect location. Coffee and tea in the room. No working elevator, which might be a problem for people with mobility issues or heavy luggage.
Just not a hotel I would choose normally
I found it very impersonal, the girl on the reception didn’t catch her name or introduce herself. We had a late flight had to vacate or room by 10:30am! Told we could leave our luggage in a store room! Told it had a toilet yes but no running water!

Overall this is a 3 star hotel experience… The location of this hotel is amazing and is really easy to walk to tourist attractions like the Trevi Fountain or Pantheon, and in comparison to other hotels in the area is very reasonably priced. Perfect location! Right next to the station and within walking distance to all attractions such as the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. I honestly didn’t feel unsafe at all, unlike some of the other reviews? We came back at night two times as well. The streets were always well lit up, and there were always people around as it is a very touristy area!
The room itself was great! Very clean and perfect...
Friendly and knowledgeable greeting.
Propery is secure although a little difficult to find.
Three SMALL sets of steps to gain entry - but not overly difficult. No lift.
Quiet and would stay again.
Some rooms excellent and some bad
I stayed at the same hotel from 2-5 January and I rated excellent! However, this time I was assigned a room that was not noise proof and the couple next door kept us awake so much sexy noises they made all night. The Wi-Fi did not work at all. So the room at the right end of the corridor is not worth a good grade
Pleasant stay. However, we regret the welcome because we did not see anyone during our stay, it was difficult to get through the front door.
Excelent location! Verry close to the city center,2 minutes to the metro station and 10 minutes to Termini station. You can walk to the main tourist attractions. Host is great, also the room and breakfast... You can eat as much as you like, coffee was great also.Ciprian
Stayed here for the second time and again had fantastic service from Lucia. Breakfast was always served at the time we requested and gluten free alternatives were provided. Room in an apartment with 3 other rooms in a building from the 30-50s. Well maintained, comfortable, little light in the bathroom (a few more bulbs would not be bad), a descaler for the shower would be useful to let the water out of the 🚿 and an extra blanket. Ah, the mattress should be replaced in my opinion, it ends up rolling in the center.
)
Super cozy apartment in a very quiet area but very well located for sightseeing in the city
Great location both for walking around the city and for the distance from Termini station to 15 minutes on foot. Quiet area. Excellent value for money.
It is a shop where very special glass objects are made. You can find simple objects original windows particolari.lampadari
It is a small B&B in the heart of Rione Monti. Few meters away from the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia. Easily reacheble from Termini train station. The apartments are at the first floor with the access from an interior patio. The rooms are small but cozy, with parquet and nice furnitures. Very well located! Several buses pass nearby. I just thought there was little information about breakfast, which we tried to buy but couldn't find.
