One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s a newer hotel in Rome. The room was clean, the staff were very helpful, and the cleaning lady was very thorough. I’d definitely stay here again when I return to Rome. Also, the breakfast and service were great!

Great location. Room was ‘Cosy’ shall we say but well decorated very clean with small balcony overlooking courtyard . Short walking distance to all the attractions yet quiet. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the first booking of the hotel to arranging a taxi ride to the airport. All in all a great stay if you want a more Italian experience away from the big hotels.

Initially I was a little disappointed with the place when I got there. Very nice property. The area is very convenient to the Vatican and shopping. The only reservation I had was with the elevator-it’s rough having to climb 6 floors with suitcases when the elevator is stuck.

It was an excellent location for visiting the Vatican area of Rome. The only downside is you have to access the rooms via a very small elevator. If you bring large luggage it will be somewhat difficult to navigate easily. But the accommodations are excellent!!!!

The staff was great, very helpful in everything. The place was very clean, bath facilities good, comfortable beds (little bit small), but there was no space to store clothing and personal belongings. We could not unpack.

Overall, a wonderful stay at this hotel. Loved the balcony, and the fact that there were different rooms/spaces. The only thing that would have made our stay better- more comfortable beds. The main bed was hard and very uncomfortable.

Had such a lovely stay! I travelled alone with my 8 year old daughter and I can say we both felt very safe staying here. The staff were soooooo friendly, welcoming and were amazing with my daughter! Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Rome :)

Nice apartment Location was excellent. The apartment had great space. Staff were lovely to deal with. I liked being in an annex but you are out of the main hotel. Only downside was noise from outside.

The room walls where damaged you should give manteinance to them more often, there's no extraction in the room bathroom or it was no working and the hotel reception smelled like sweat all the time

We stayed for 2 nights. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There are extra blankets available. Our hairdryer was not working and the front desk let us borrow one, also an iron. The hotel's location is indeed good, but the facilities need improvement. The elevator is too small. It's an old building that has just been renovated, but overall it's still acceptable.

A place to sleep. There are really no amenities. Room was extremely small, very tight for two people. It was clean. The street noise was loud and the room wasn’t dark at night. Breakfast, but in your room. Staff we met were kind and friendly. It was budget friendly however probably would  not stay again.

Pros: located in the city center, many restaurants and shops around. Near the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps and other tourist attractions. Cons: Lift is located in level 1 which need to climb stairs. Reception is on level 0.

Shower fixtures were not stable and streamed everywhere. Pillows were limited and uncomfortable. Lights did not all work especially by bed.

Very cozy, clean and tidy accommodation. Location was excellent - just 5min walk to reach St. Peter's Square. We spend there 3 nights. I did not know it had a balcony!! Never opened the window! The room was nicely decorated but very small as well as the bathroom. It was smaller than my cabin in the cruise ship!! Very satisfied. It's very close to the train station, but not as unsafe as I'd heard. There's a police station right outside, so I feel very safe. Great value for money, highly recommended!

For me it was 10/10 I changed many hotels during my trip to Italy and this was the best. Comfort, new rooms, convenient location in the center, 1 minute to the bus stop, delicious breakfast by the standards of the Roman hotels I stayed in. My recommendation.

Our rooms were so comfortable and clean. The staff greeted us at the door and clearly walked us through everything we needed to know. We got a room with a balcony which was beautiful and nice to sit on with a cup of gelato. The location was conveniently located close to the pantheon and piazza Navona. It was also very close to many bus stops making it easy to navigate the city.

Lovely neighbourhood, very quiet in the evening so you’ll have a sweet sleep. 3 mins walk from the metro and around 10 mins walk to Colosseo. Basically it’s like a 3 star hotel but you get everything needed. Sauna needs to pay extra. But, free happy hour daily on the roof

Great location next to the Colosseum and close to the metro line. Lively area. Room is better insulated than previous hotels I have stayed at around Italy but there are a couple of bars at the street level so it might be a bit loud for some that are looking for a quiet night sleep. It's a nice and cozy apartment with 5 separate bedrooms. Each one has its own private bathroom. The main area also serves as a kitchen (although there's no sink nor tap). I liked the room. It was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had 10 room rooms only for guests. It was a charming place. It had no amenities, breakfast was not included.

The room was very nice and well-kept. Breakfast was extensive. The check-in instructions were very clear, thanks to Federica and Mattia's helpfulness. The property is just steps from Piazza del Popolo and the Olympic Stadium. There are several restaurants in the area. But if the noise bothers you, no problem; earplugs are available.

Lovely place and beautiful view over the land of the owners. They are very nice and help you with everything, really amazing. If you like to relax after a long day in the city, it is perfect. If you don't mind the fuss of the city, then you might prefer a place closer to the city. The bus connection is good, but it is over half an hour ride to get to the centre of Rome.

The location is very beautiful. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is delicious. But the best part is the family that owns the place. They are very nice and kind people. And they prepared dinner for us in some nights. We will come back for sure. Also, our kid loved there. They offered baby chair and baby cot.

Friendly host, not very expensive stay. It was nice not to have crowded street nearby with mass traffic. Brakfast was personalized and delivered on time. Host took care to clean place frequently even it was not necessary.
