Rome, Via dei Prefetti 19 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s a newer hotel in Rome. The room was clean, the staff were very helpful, and the cleaning lady was very thorough. I’d definitely stay here again when I return to Rome. Also, the breakfast and service were great!
Great location. Room was ‘Cosy’ shall we say but well decorated very clean with small balcony overlooking courtyard . Short walking distance to all the attractions yet quiet. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the first booking of the hotel to arranging a taxi ride to the airport. All in all a great stay if you want a more Italian experience away from the big hotels.
If you are going to Rome this is the place to stay. Location location you cannot get better than this, you are right next to everything. 5 minutes to Trvi, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Vatican is a 15 minute walk. You are in the heart and everything is around you. The hotel is absolutely amazing, the room spacious, the staff so so helpful, they go out of their way to help you with anything. If I...
The hotel has a code for access to hall and also the main entrance, they never gave me that code, I was at midnight outside waiting for someone to open me the door of the hotel
I’m truly impressed with my experience overall. The service was outstanding, with attentive and friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The cleanliness of the entire place was impeccable, which added to the comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The environment was warm and inviting, making it a pleasant place to stay. Breakfast was another highlight—there was a great variety of fresh and delicious...
Initially I was a little disappointed with the place when I got there. The entrance wasn’t anything enchanting and the reception area was also a small desk adjoining the main gate in their eating area. The hotel had claimed it had a lift but that was from the first floor upwards. To get to the first floor, there was a huge flight of steps. However, as I stayed on, the place grew on me. The staff was...

It’s about 10 mins walk to Vatican. Old elevator but works rather than staying in places which doesn’t have one. Helpful staffs.
My experience was great. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. I had a really great time there. I reccomend this hotel.
everything was fine and matched the description, satisfied
Very nice property. The area is very convenient to the Vatican and shopping. The only reservation I had was with the elevator-it’s rough having to climb 6 floors with suitcases when the elevator is stuck.
It was an excellent location for visiting the Vatican area of Rome. The only downside is you have to access the rooms via a very small elevator. If you bring large luggage it will be somewhat difficult to navigate easily. But the accommodations are excellent!!!!
The hotel is well located. The rooms are clean and tidy. Nice staff with a high sense of service. Recommended!

The staff was great, very helpful in everything. The place was very clean, bath facilities good, comfortable beds (little bit small), but there was no space to store clothing and personal belongings. We could not unpack.
Overall, a wonderful stay at this hotel. Loved the balcony, and the fact that there were different rooms/spaces. The only thing that would have made our stay better- more comfortable beds. The main bed was hard and very uncomfortable.
The location is perfect – a masterpiece of balance between centrality and calm. The service was excellent, and the receptionist was a truly wonderful woman. The room was fully furnished and beautifully decorated in elegant red tones. A charming and peaceful stay in Rome!
Had such a lovely stay! I travelled alone with my 8 year old daughter and I can say we both felt very safe staying here. The staff were soooooo friendly, welcoming and were amazing with my daughter! Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Rome :)
We loved every minute of our stay at Hotel Anahi. The warm staff that always greeted you with a smile, the authentic Roman charm of the hotel, and incredible location will stay with us forever. It is within walking distance of some of the most incredible restaurants and shopping in Rome. Thank you Hotel Anahi for making our visit to Rome unforgettable.
Nice apartment Location was excellent. The apartment had great space. Staff were lovely to deal with. I liked being in an annex but you are out of the main hotel. Only downside was noise from outside.

The room walls where damaged you should give manteinance to them more often, there's no extraction in the room bathroom or it was no working and the hotel reception smelled like sweat all the time
The location was fantastic, with a clean room and extremely helpful and courteous staff.
We stayed for 2 nights. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There are extra blankets available. Our hairdryer was not working and the front desk let us borrow one, also an iron. They were very responsive and friendly. Will highly recommend and stay again in the future. Location great, in front of scooter and bike rental and bus stop.
Very kind and professional staff, Nicola at the desk is a gentleman. It is a good hotel with a great location.
The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is continental style, it was pleasant. Nice touch was a young lady serving the coffee from machine. She remembers your preference each morning. Nice attention to detail. Room was ok, nothing glamourous but clean. Only issue i would say is our room did no way have any soundproofing. We could hear outside conversations on street or lobby very...
No number at the front door. Sign is tiny and hidden by umbrellas of the next door restaurant. Impossible to locate.

The hotel's location is indeed good, but the facilities need improvement. The elevator is too small. It's an old building that has just been renovated, but overall it's still acceptable.
They were all helpful the floor we stayed in was newly mentained
A place to sleep. There are really no amenities. Room was extremely small, very tight for two people. It was clean. The street noise was loud and the room wasn’t dark at night. Breakfast, but in your room. Staff we met were kind and friendly. It was budget friendly however probably would  not stay again.
Stayed 3 nights here , staffs are friendly, near to Spagna metro, facilities are well maintaining
Pros: located in the city center, many restaurants and shops around. Near the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps and other tourist attractions. Cons: Lift is located in level 1 which need to climb stairs. Reception is on level 0.
Location very good, I am quietly satisfied with general offered service

Outstanding staff. Lovely old building in which the hotel occupies a floor. Comfortable room. Great location.
Convenient location, close to Termini Station. Friendly staff, the room has a kettle and shower set. Some may find it difficult that there is no elevator from 0 to 1 floor (you need to go up several steps to the elevator)
Very nice place !! We loved it ! The attention is perfect and very nice location . Front desk very helpful
Perfect stay start to finish! Hotel Lilium was a wonderful place to stay. The staff was very accommodating, the location was easy to get to all of Romes highlights with ease. We highly recommend Hotel Lilium and would happily stay again in the future.
The location is good not too far from centre, the staff is nice just the room was small
Beautiful and quaint property with a kind, sweet and patient staff. The breakfast was just as you would expect in Rome. Great cappuccino, pastries, and meats and cheeses. Perfect way to start the day. Simona at the front is a gem! Loved our room with balcony!

Hotel is very conveniently located. Middle of everything but still very safe. An amazing restaurant right downstairs
Shower fixtures were not stable and streamed everywhere. Pillows were limited and uncomfortable. Lights did not all work especially by bed.
Breakfast was ok theres free tea or coffee and some cookies, theres a lady that clrans the dining. We didnt use AC becausr its already cool in Oct. Thank u Sciarra for letting us leave our bags before we go to our tours.
Overall was a good experience. Was a little confusing to find but the room was nice. A smaller more quaint hotel option but good if you just want something convenient without dropping $$$$.
The wonderful lady in charge of cleaning the rooms and making breakfast was an absolute angel on earth. My mother ended up in the hospital and we had to fly home early and she was so helpful and kind. She went above and beyond at every single opportunity. I wish I had gotten her name. She did not speak English and I did not speak Italian but we made it work and she bent over backwards to make sure...
Perfect for a short city break! Room and communal area was very clean and tidy. It was also very quiet and there was no noise from any other guests or surrounding area. We traveled to Italy from the United States after a long flight and arrived at Malka Vacanze B&B feeling quite tired. To our delight, Luigi was already outside waiting to greet us. His warm smile and kind words immediately lifted our spirits and made us feel welcome. As a very detail-oriented and selective traveler, I do not give high ratings lightly, but I confidently rate this property five stars...
Loved our host, Luigi—some minor issues with the lift, at times. Spotless, all we needed, close to our Vatican appointments. Walked to so many points in Rome—good location!
It was clean. Good location. Accesible. Very close to Vatican and there are many restaurants available walking distance. Owner is super nice. She provided a map of the city. Also, there was easy communication via text messages. Only inconvenience was check in process as nobody was there waiting for us and phone numbers on reservation were out of service. Somehow, we were able to find a working phone...
Very cozy, clean and tidy accommodation. Location was excellent - just 5min walk to reach St. Peter's Square. We spend there 3 nights. The room was well furnished - TV, air condition, hair dryer, minibar fridge. The owner provide voucher for breakfast in Cresci coffee shop. We'll definitely come back in the future. Thank you for your hospitality.
Budget accomandation and for the price I must give 4*. The place is really clean, we got a coffee and tea bags every day (cattle in the room provided). The place where this accomandation is situated is great. It's close to places you probably plan to go when visiting Rome. Unfortunately, the walls here are like a paper and you're surrounded by many flats. We had no problem with the noise from street...

Excellent location, very good service, and we were well taken care of at breakfast.
I did not know it had a balcony!! Never opened the window! The room was nicely decorated but very small as well as the bathroom. It was smaller than my cabin in the cruise ship!! The breakfast was OK and the members of the staff were fine, not friendly but not rude either. I enjoyed the area very much.
The bedroom was a bit dated and the bathroom was very tired with black mildew on the shower grouting.  Bed very comfortable and I slept well as my room was not on the front of the hotel.  Staff very nice and helpful.  Location is great.
Central location on a pedestrian street. Taxis were difficult to get, so I had to find a bus and risked missing my return train. Very small room. Breakfast was basic, with limited selection. The hotel could be rated a two-star.
Checking was not good. They didn't have our room ready I thought we weren't going to get a room at one point because they didn't have our reservation number that ******* is suppose to provide to the hotel. Simple hotel. Excellent location. Great helpfulness and kindness. Best for value.
Very satisfied. It's very close to the train station, but not as unsafe as I'd heard. There's a police station right outside, so I feel very safe. Great value for money, highly recommended!
For me it was 10/10 I changed many hotels during my trip to Italy and this was the best. Comfort, new rooms, convenient location in the center, 1 minute to the bus stop, delicious breakfast by the standards of the Roman hotels I stayed in. My recommendation.
It's neither good nor bad. If you have a chance to come here, it's worth stopping by. It's cheap and it's good value for money. It's worth coming here. I recommend it to those who come with friends... There are also quite a few convenient facilities nearby.
The room was small but clean. The elevator to the upper floor was very small and broke down from time to time, so it was on the second floor and it was acceptable.
Mini room with mini bed. There are many restaurants and shops around. After all, it is a hotel in the city, and the transportation is very convenient. Overall, it is good.

Lovely neighbourhood, very quiet in the evening so you’ll have a sweet sleep. 3 mins walk from the metro and around 10 mins walk to Colosseo. Basically it’s like a 3 star hotel but you get everything needed. Sauna needs to pay extra. But, free happy hour daily on the roof

Great location, central but suite; stylish place and super friendly service, both Marzia and the kitchen crew. Excellent breakfast around a nice table d’hôte and the delicious cakes available all day another big plus!
I have mixed feelings about Casa Fabbrini Roma. Having stayed at their property in Tuscany and for the price we paid, I expected better. We had a great stay at Casa Fabbrini. Very comfortable with a lovely, helpful team looking after us. Breakfast was a perfect way to start each day. Very well located for walking the streets of Rome!
Very mixed feelings. Lots to like - homely feel and done up with flair and style. And our room (the biggest) was great. But slightly felt like a glorified and overpriced Airbnb. And unclear who was really in charge - not helped by the property now being spread over two buildings some 80m apart and they can't staff both at same time (or indeed put on breakfast in both). Santins was very helpful with transportation from port to hotel as well as helping us the train arrangements, can’t thank her enough for all her help. Wonderful place to stay
Great location next to the Colosseum and close to the metro line. Lively area. Overall a very good stay! Also a great restaurant that provides a discount when staying at the hotel.
