The hotel is located near the Vatican, and it is very convenient to walk to the Vatican Basilica and the museum. The subway station is a little distance away, and it is more convenient to take the bus. Recommended!
The room is of a decent size, with average facilities. The location is close to the Vatican, a 6-7 minute walk to the Cathedral, but it is quite far from the Vatican Museums, so you need to take a taxi or a car
Very nice hotel, A+ location just a few minutes walk from the Vatican. Very nice staff, nice clean room. Neighborhood was also very nice with lots of great restaurant options. Would definitely come back
Book it before your trip. The price is relatively cost-effective in the local area.
The room is newly decorated and well-equipped.
There's nothing good to say about foreign hotels. They cost thousands a night, the rooms are small, and the facilities are outdated. The good hotels are in China!
To top it off the breakfast was fresh and delicious. tip, don’t use the coffee machines. ask for a dress made cappuccino etc from the waitresses
Wonderful! I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Rome. Love the service, cleanliness and location.Strongly recommended!
Absolute gem of a place only 300 metres from the railway station
I arrived very early for a two day stay (around 9:30 am) and the super friendly reception gave me an early check-in which on a rainy day in Rome was fantastic… the hotel has large rooms which are very quite, excellent bed and fantastic shower in both pressure and temperature which is hard to find in Rome centre
Enjoyed my stay at this 4 star hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Single room was spacious enough. Clean. Very close to the termini station for trains/metro/buses.
I slept well and would stay again, thank you.
Breakfast was pleasant enough with plenty of choice, although there wasn't much hot food if that's your preference. Staff were friendly and service was good

The only negative thing to report is that since we arrived early from an overseas flight the room was not ready (fully expected), but the staff was primarily focused on selling us an upgrade to a Deluxe room (25 Euros more per day) which is the exact same room we had except the minibar comes free of charge
While not central, we were able to walk, take the bus, metro, taxis, and reach all destinations without any issue. The proximity to Trastevere allows easy connection with many bus lines and the regional train
That goes for the staff at any section; reception, restaurant etc - they are all wonderful. The breakfast is great - enough food to cater for all types, both cold and hot food - there is plenty of choice
This being said, they offered to secure the bags for us free of charge while we roamed the city. They offered a map and guidance for local attractions and transportation
We opted to wait for our room, which wasn't made available until 3pm sharp *and* following another request that they fulfill their guarantee now that we reached 3pm
The included breakfast offer a great variety of food to choose from, one of our favorite being the pistachio croissant. Room service is happening everyday

The room is a bit old, but the location is quite good. The front desk is very enthusiastic and proactive in communicating. The hotel's own underground parking lot is closed and quite safe.
It's only about 3 kilometers from the Colosseum, which we could easily walk there. The surrounding area is safe, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the service was also very good
The balcony view room is very good. We upgraded to the highest floor, where you can see the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the attractions
The location is also good, within walking distance to Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. The breakfast is not bad, compared with other European hotels, the variety is relatively rich
The room is spacious, it is a small suite, and the bathroom is also very large, which is unexpected in Europe, especially in the old town
Overall it's not bad, the location is good, walking distance to the Vatican, normal business hotel services, all in all it's not bad!
We had 4 nights at the Hotel de Russie The hotel is stylish and well maintained Our room overlooked the garden and was well appointed Breakfast was great - good choices - friendly and efficient team led by Mario The spa - we had great massages Bar was always busy with locals - friendly service
Davide at the restaurant holding the upmost professionalism and care of his staff. All around one of the most amazing hotels we have stayed at
For the 3rd morning in a row we had the most amazing breakfast experience at the Hotel Restaurant The Garden. The service is beyond exceptional. The experience from the Host to the Waiters was perfect
Amazing hotel, perfect location, wonderful friendly and efficient staff, really comfortable room and bed. Breakfast a delight from the food to the staff outstanding. Lunch in the bar outside magical
Spa fabulous although did not have a treatment but again from staff to facilities amazing. Decor fabulous, flowers a wow and loved the two residents cats, very respectful
Breakfast was great as we had Mario looking after us. He’s a breath of fresh air. Energetic and amazing service. Thank you for taking care of us.

My parents and i absolutely loveð the aesthetics of the room, lounge and breakfast, and dinner room. We enjoyed the facility of the shuttle bus, and we thought that was very efficient
A minor drawback was the quality of the dinner food as it wasn't as good as we expected. Things occoured such as pasta was a little uncooked. However, I loved the red majito cocktail
It is a decent hotel. Location is fine if u have a car. Cleanliness is okay too. Breakfast food was average.
Great and family hotel a bit far from the city but it's easy to get to the city from the train station metro 15_20mins
The hotel is in quiet area, rather close to historical sights and huge shopping places: mall Euroma 2 and shopping village, cappuccino is absolutely scrumptious, they have lactose free milk for coffee, our room for 3 was big enough and clean, there is a free parking area for those who rented a car like us, the only thing we didn’t really like is the lobby of this hotel, it is to small and lights are...
Our deluxe room, being a corner unit, had somewhat weak signal. The service was superb, the on-site parking was very secure, and they offered a shuttle service to the metro station

Access card that allows access into the room was not working, had to keep coming back to the front desk to get it fixed. Everything seems old- more like a motel rather than a hotel.
I'm really glad I chose this hotel. They're clean, helpful, friendly, and cheerful. The hotel is located 15 minutes from Rome. There's a shuttle bus in the morning to drop you off near Rome
They also pick you up at a designated location. A taxi from the city to the hotel costs 20 euros before 8:30 PM. After 9:00 PM, the fare is around 40 euros. The people in Rome themselves are grumpy and surly
During I stay in this hotel I enjoyed it. room was no problem. It was very quiet. but if you plan to stay here you will be very useful vehicle...
But the hotel and the people are great. If you're leaving, have the hotel book a taxi to the airport. They always have a standard price
It is quite far away from city. Hotel has a shuttle service for its guests in morning and evening to nearby metro station. It is economical than other hotels. Lots of parking place available
Outstanding Classy Hotel in the heart of the city Everything is just perfect and we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough The quality and the beauty of the building speaks for itself but for sure this is matched if not surpassed by the calibre of the staff - what a great set of people - so kind so caring and amazing attention to detail All of that speaks to a brilliant and beautiful culture...
Wonderful Cielo rooftop bar! The drinks were fantastic and the sharing bites as well! Salvatore, Simone, Paolo and Emanuele were incredible! Matteo, Jairo and Jose were super kind to us! Simone also recommended a kombucha for my friend who doesn’t drink alcohol, which was thoughtful
The Spa has now a criosauna which is a very interesting longevity tool worth to do every day of tour stay! Giulia was very patient and professional in explaining us all the benefits and assisting us with the procedure
Café Ginori was intimate, cozy, and food was fantastic! great recommendations by Francesco and Ana Maria. The off menu pasta was to die for! Alessandro recommended us an exquisite wine to accompany the meal
The breakfast spread is a wide selection of the freshest fruit, breads, pastries, meats, eggs made to order and array of drinks and herbal tea. The fine rooftop dining is elegant and romantic
Hotel de la Ville exceeded all expectations! The rooms were stylishly with a touch of elegance, and the rooftop terrace/ Bar/ Restaurant offered breathtaking views of the city

The best service ever💯
They make your experience so special with care and attention. The restaurant on the ground floor also worth a try in my opinion. Definitely will go back again
Highly recommend!
Not only are the rooms beautifully appointed, the food so delicious, a heavenly harp playing at brunch, the staff with impeccable, customer, service, and professionalism, everything about this hotel screams Luxury and comfort! I will definitely be back!
We loved the hotel amenities. The breakfast which was included was so good with many different options. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!
The room smells like urine and the carpets and fixtures are old.
The room we stayed in was a deluxe room. The room size was 410, which was a little small, but everything else was satisfactory. We will stay here again next time, and hope that we will be upgraded to a more spacious room
The bar offered excellent service, and the Brunello restaurant is one of the best in the area. The chef presents gourmet cuisine dishes that are a feast for the palate and the eyes. We highly recommend this hotel

Bathroom and shower/sink area are decent sized, however the shower only has half a glass door so you have to be careful to not get water all over the bathroom floor
We debated this hotel or the Excelsior down the block but chose here for the rooftop bar. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Allessio and Nickolas were so charming and attentive in the bar and restaurant
Embassy (a good landmark for taxis), convenient to everything. Wonderful view from the restaurant on the top floor, where the delicious breakfast is served. Very welcoming, friendly and service oriented staff
Everything about this hotel was first class. Beautiful hotel, immaculate cleaning, and wonderful staff. As a Titanium Elite Lifetime member we were given a very nice upgraded room and treated very well
I’ve been to many hotels in Europe and this one, by far, was the most quiet in a big city. Rooms are a little older, but nice. Rooftop bar was better than the 5-star pantheon iconic hotel
The pull out bed mattress was not quite as comfortable as the bed, though it did not keep our teen daughter from resting well. Located very close to the Villa Borghese and U

Very smart hotel with secure parking and a good breakfast included. A small swimming pool and restaurant on site. Odd location in a somewhat delapidated area, but very secure.
The hotel has a great location, making it very convenient for getting around! The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with excellent facilities
The breakfast is abundant and nutritious, and the staff are all very friendly and enthusiastic. It's a fantastic hotel, highly recommended!
The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom and toilet were also well-maintained. Breakfast was enjoyable with good food, and the staff were okay
The hotel is also within walking distance to the train station, which is very convenient. Oh and they provide trolley to carry our luggage
They have parking on site (we used the outdoor one)
The most impressed point was the wonderful service and spectacular Roma city view. I also tried the iconic restaurant - La Terrazza restaurant, the kind staff also provides me a birthday cake for the celebration
the service was top class if there were Michelin stars for waiters or servers they deserve them especially Danielle he was very respectful when I pointed a finger at the food to see it 2 waiters came fast to see if something was wrong
I went to the Hotel Eden for a solo staycation, it was also my third “the Dorchester Collection” series hotel, originating from London, I experienced Dubai “the Lana”
Super cozy hotel. The location was great for me, the room was really clean and spacious. The receptionist was super welcoming and helped us with all our questions. Definitely recommend it.
Great location for exploring the most interesting attractions, lovely interiors and staff were all amazing. The top floor bar has the most amazing views
December visit for us in a suite and impossible to complain (other than that hotel prices really have gone stratospheric nowadays)

Although it is a short walk from Termini Station, the location is convenient, with a pharmacy nearby. Overall, it is a comfortable and well-situated hotel!
Very nice stay. Gave us also early check-in and rooms were also clean and tidy.
Good location with everything nearby.
Keep up the good work
Everything was great! The location is good too. It's a very comfortable hotel, I made the right choice. The service was excellent, and the hotel feels grand. For Rome, it's pretty good value for money
The next day, they didn't throw them out, but on the third day, we came back to find our new ones had been removed again. If my English were better, I'd definitely have had a word with them
However, it's best not to open the balcony door, as the air conditioning will stop working due to the temperature difference. Breakfast was high quality, abundant, and delicious. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended
The hotel was a pleasant surprise with excellent quality. It's an eight-story white European-style building with very new facilities. The hotel uses a modern central air conditioning system, so the rooms are very quiet

Just been in White restaurant for evening meal and not only were the prices reasonable but two fantastic staff in Sofia & Federica who couldn't do enough for us and made the evening really special
Clean and nice,,, next to Termini station
Bus shuttle from and to FCO just in front of the hotel
Staffs are wonderful and helpful will definitely recommend this hotel!
Location is just across the train station. very convenient !
Love the bed… so comfortable! They follow my request on the room location. Staffs are wonderful and helpful will def recommend this hotel!
It´s a very good, clean and comfortable Hotel. I would like to give a special "Grazie" to Adam who was very patient and kind with me, my english and my very long name
Really nice hotel. Great location. Great staff. Choose the junior suite room and you wont regret it.
Very good location near the roma station just 5 mins by walking . Room nice , big .
The room was very close to the Colosseum, about a 5-minute drive away, and there were many tourists walking there. The room was clean and tidy, and the water temperature was just right
The room was new, and it was obvious that it was a newly renovated hotel
The service and environment are also very good. Very satisfied
The hotel's location is excellent, allowing me to explore the ancient city of Rome on foot. The breakfast was quite generous and highly recommended. The staff were all very welcoming and polite
We had such a great experience here and the room was surprisingly larger than expected. We also stopped by the bar every night to end the day with some chamomile tea with honey and a crème brûlée
The hotel boasts a great location, within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants
Rome, Via Filippo Turati , 33/37 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
I wouldn't have noticed if the elevator had been spacious. The rooms are old, the furniture is tired, and the TV doesn't have a smart TV, only Italian channels
Very close to Termini and all the major sights. Found some great places to eat nearby too. The welcome was professional and friendly. Be aware there is a city tax to pay in cash on check out, which I wasn't aware of
The rooms are fairly clean, but extremely small. Opening two suitcases was difficult, and the elevator is small
The Hotel rooms are small but very comfortable. The reception was very welcoming. We arrive before check in but were accommodated in less than 20 minutes. The breakfast has good choices
Toby and Wendell are exceptional waiters. They are multi- lingual always greet you with a smile. The hotel staff help me book a tour of the Vatican museum. Thank you for making my stay memorable
This hotel was magnificent. Great location, clean and fresh, excellent staff, great food. My son and I stayed with them for a week. Highly recommend it.

Nice Room Very Good breakfast.
Located on the ring road, next to a warehouse district, the hotel has its own parking lot with cameras. The lobby is staffed 24/7, and security guards conduct regular patrols
For those traveling by car, it feels quite safe. The gym is small but sufficient for a workout, and breakfast offers a good variety
Friendly, helpful staff who speak good English. Good choice of self serve breakfast. Make your own waffles were good. Location out of the city so you need to drive or use taxis

The location is excellent, the environment is beautiful and comfortable, the two restaurants have their own characteristics, the breakfast is rich and exquisite, the service is warm, polite and thoughtful, especially the front desk staff who actively help solve problems
Even just visiting, the Hassler hotel feels legendary. You can feel its elegance everywhere. The real treat is the 7th floor rooftop, *mozzafiato* views of Rome’s rooftops and domes that make you stop and just stare
We had a classy and elegant time relaxing in a nice room. It was formal but the service was friendly. The drinks in the lounge were great. The food was good but could do with a little more
The location is excellent, right next to Plaza de España. The breakfast was fantastic!

We stayed at Marc Aurelio hotel with a group of 40 pilgrims from Welwyn Garden City, UK The rooms were spacious, clean and modern and beds so comfortable which is just what we needed after walking round Rome
The reception staff were friendly and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The evening meals were amazing, all freshly cooked and abundant portions
Staff in the restaurant were so kind and always helpful and friendly. Will definitely return to Marc Aurelio in the future
Staff were friendly and accommodating such as when we asked for extra pillows. Rooms were nice however would have liked a kettle in the room and plug or usb sockets closer to the bed
Breakfast was very nice with a large selection of continental however some bacon and actual sausages (rather than frankfurters) for British guests would have been nice
The structure needs to be cleaned as the furnishings are outdated and the accessories lack maintenance - The breakfast variety needs to be improved

Special thanks to Riccardo from reception. Kimo, bellman was nice too to help with the luggages. Location was perfect if you want to be near to Roma Termini station
We enjoyed our hotel stay in Nord Nuova overall. Reception was accommodating to allow us to store our big luggages before check in as we were travelling to Naples for a few days before check in
Hotel location is also not very far from Colliseum or Spanish Steps. About 30 mins walk (if you don’t get distracted along the way 😉). Hotel amenities were adequate
Lovely place with good amenities. Not too far from major tourist attractions. A very good spot. Very good service and good staff.
But the heated towel rack were not on during our 1N stay for us to enjoy “warm” towels. Overall we would recommend people to stay in this hotel
Free map and free cell phone for use while you visit the hotel. This was amazing as we used Google maps all the time. comfortable room's, ample breakfast
