Poggio Piglia in Chiusi

We were blown away with the beauty of this place - the grounds gardens and pool are beautiful and it all feels very intimate & special. What sets the hotel aside though is the service. Sergio met us and he couldn’t do enough for us - showing us round, offering a relaxed complimentary drink and booking us wine tastings in the area . Katia was also equally amazing and took ghee time to make suggestions and recommendations for dinner and places to visit . The breakfast was excellent The only slight disappointment was the dinner - I’d say the portions were tiny, the food not that great and very over priced . We had dinner on the first night and I think they need to look at food.. however we had an outstanding v pizza at the Jamaica bar on the road which was packed with locals.. very casual but delicious and efficient . We also ate (Katie’s recommendation) at Peche Dor at lake Chiusi which was excellent and again busy with locals . Will definitely return to this hotel

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff that provided recommendations for restaurants and excursions in the area. We were very happy with this stay and would return on our next trip to Tuscany.

We added this resort for a short stay and I wished we had stayed longer. It was absolutely amazing. The grounds were so well maintained and the hotel is spotless. A+++.

The team and family who ran the resort were extremely helpful and were always available to help out.

The pool and pool bar were always ooen and provided great drinks and snacks.

The view from the resort is tough to beat. Every view and angle showed a picturesque view that almost seemed to good to be true.

Do not hesitate to stay here for an extended stay if you want the beauty of Tuscany without the crowds or higher rates. 100% peace and tranquility with top notch service. The restaurant is very good too!

I highly recommend this resort. Don’t hesitate it. It is 100% worth every penny.

With its stunning views of the countryside, this quiet boutique hotel is a truly precious find. Service is exceptionally personal, and they had no issue offering flexibility on the menu with fresh, quality options. Bedroom was large, great quality bed with fine sheets, An ideal spot to discover the region.

This hotel is as near perfection as one can get We stayed here three nights the hotel is a delight, the staff are wonderful nothing is too much trouble, so helpful which started during the booking process. However for us the jewel in the crown is the food which is exceptional, it is innovative, having the most unusual combinations of flavours and beautifully presented a real wow factor!

Oh my gosh, the highlight of our entire Italy vacation! The property and the hospitality and the location... everything was beyond our expectations. I can not say enough good things about this place.
