We stayed Florence Comfort B&B for 6 days in our 10 days Italian trip in earlier November. It was a great experience of our trip. This B&B has a great location and it's very convenient go to the city's major traveling attractions and it's just about 6 tram stops to get to the city centre. The hotel is clean and quiet and our host Valeria is always pleasant and willing to help. Highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect place to stay in Florence. Super strong air conditioning which was great cause it was over 100 degrees every day. The tram was right next to the apartment which took us both to and from the airport and the city center. It also took up to the main train station.

Great value! Room was nice and clean with a spacious balcony and the location was perfect - near the city and right next to public transport links. Staff were also very friendly, helpful and accommodating - would recommend!

I went here for just one day and was really amazing. I came for a business reason and the outside space was calm and neat, perfect for work. The internal parking is very convenient. The room was clean with a private bathroom and very modern. I will come back here no doubt!

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B in Florence. The property is secure and easy to access, with a coded gate for both cars and pedestrians—very convenient and simple to use. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom featuring a wonderful shower cubicle that had plenty of room. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. I also loved the electronic shutters on the balcony and bathroom windows—they completely block out the morning light, making the room pitch black for a great night’s sleep. The staff were outstanding. Cinzia was amazing over WhatsApp, providing clear instructions and helpful tips, while Valeria welcomed me warmly in person and was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The B&B is in a quiet and peaceful area, yet it’s only about 10 minutes to the city centre by tram, which makes it the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. I would absolutely recommend this place to friends visiting Florence and would not hesitate to stay here again myself!

We really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodated our needs, they spoke English so it was easy to get answers for our questions, the hotel is near the TramVia so it's super easy to access different parts of town. They also have a nice garden that is perfect for relaxation.

The perfect stay with exceptional service
The service provided was excellent and personal even before we arrived. Valeria was very helpful and friendly and made us feel at home. The room was beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely be returning for another visit
