We loved the location of this B&B off the beaten path, near a more residential part of Florence. The room was comfortable. The staff were friendly and made the inclusive breakfast process easy. If there's a problem ordering the night before, you can email Andrea directly. We were impressed with the amount and variety of foods. NOTE: They cannot make breakfast before 7 a.m. WARNING: We were unprepared for how bad the mosquito problem is in Florence. Come with bug repellent! Our room had a lot of mosquitos the first two nights, and it's not the hotel's fault. We heard from so many people that it's an issue throughout the city. We asked the staff if they could do anything and they provided a plug-in device the bugs don't like and that helped. We also bought a good mosquito repellent in a pharmacy. The tram right outside goes to the train station and into the main touristic area. But it's a 20 minute walk at most to the Duomo and it's so enjoyable to wander around Florence. I think the tram also goes to the other side of the river. We wanted to explore that but didn't have time. We kept going toward Santa Croce for food (also a 20-30 minute walk) on our side of the river and to restaurants near the hotel for better meals.

Lovely stay with incredibly friendly staff and fantastic breakfast. I stayed in the single room and whilst small its very comfy. Large modern bathroom, comfy large bed and a mini fridge. The breakfast was really flexible, you ordered from a menu the night before via an app and it was lovely. You have the choice of eating with other guests in a dining room or having it delivered to your room. The location was great, 7 minutes walk to the accademia and under 10 to the Duomo. There is also a good shop on route that sells water and food. There is also a tram stop right outside. Reception isnt manned all day but its really simple and secure to get in and out after those hours. Would stay again 😀

Spotlessly clean. Large room and really large ensuite. We opted for room service breakfast. They allow you €35 per room to order off the a la carte All the food was perfect. The only thing i missed was salt and pepper( not provided) for my cooked eggs Our room number 7 was near the tram stop so a bit noisey I would go back but ask for a room on the other side of the building The instructions to enter the property were clear and worked perfect ly

We loved the hotel! The reception staff were smiling and welcoming. They explained and showed us everything. The breakfast was delicious; we ordered it to our room. I highly recommend it!

Straight down the road from the Duomo and Academie (home of The David), this place was a super find. Rooms were very good size, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was top notch! One of the best places we stayed while in Italy.

A great b&b. Actually situated in a residential/office block but very stylishly converted and fitted out. Comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean. Good tasty breakfasts with plenty of choice. Lovely helpful friendly and charming staff.

Beautiful room, helpful staff. Comfy beds. Cannot complain. Only reason why not 5 star was due to the breakfast. Be aware on both nights they didn't read the 'note' section of our order. So things were forgotten. The tea was only green tea, I think black tea should be a necessity/standard. My partner doesn't like fish nor eggs, so the breakfast options were more limited for him.

Central location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, very very large, clean room. Simply exceptional breakfast, also for the methods: you order what you want the night before and the time you prefer to receive it in your room. Wonderful!

We had a fantastic stay at La Marmora 39. We had a fantastic room: modern, large, bright and extremely clean. Good air conditioning, a good bed and a rain shower with LED lights in the bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Although check-in was only possible from 3 p.m., we were able to park our car at 8 a.m., freshen up in the bathroom and leave our luggage there. It is possible to have breakfast delivered to your room and eat breakfast either on the bed or on the balcony. A dream! My best hotel experience in recent years. Absolutely recommended!

I spent 2 nights with my wife and son in this bb 10 min. walk from the center. The 2 rooms assigned to us are arranged in a rational way and furnished in a minimal modern way with all comforts. Large and well-arranged bathrooms. Breakfast is served in a common room or alternatively in a room and can be ordered with a convenient app that allows for easy booking once the budget of €15/day per person is used up. Convenient parking in the adjacent courtyard at a cost of €25/day. Friendly and helpful staff. Special mention to Paolo, one of the managers, who in addition to the rare courtesy also accepted small criticisms related to the graphite room with absolute professionalism. Fair price in relation to the context and the Florentine average. In short, everything to recommend
