We liked this hotel as a family but due to high season during the nye I assume the price was overrated. It is old building renovated with dark colours.Not k space in the room and the single bed was not comfortable.
Products in the room was not good for 4 star hotel.No slippers ot coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was good.

The location is a 25-minute walk from Firenze Station and a 40-minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. It's a convenient walk while sightseeing, and there's a large supermarket nearby, which is convenient. The room condition feels like a hotel. The amenities are well-rounded, and it's a conceptual boutique hotel. The basic breakfast is warm and crunchy, so it's tasty, but it feels like you don't have to eat it. I'd rather have something more delicious at the cafe with that money.

Not all staff was rude but upon check in I was welcomed with coldness.

The lights in the room didn't all work.

The hotel water at first wasn't working. Then the maintance guy came and turned somthing on.

Big thing though. Woke up with bite marks from a bug.
Hotel refused they happened there.
And didn't even offer a apology.

They arent from a mosquito. And where else could I have recived the bites if it wasn't from where I was sleeping.

This place is romantic and artistic, it is really suitable for feeling the atmosphere and relaxing on holidays. The location is a little off, but the overall feeling is still quite good.

My first impression was that the room was very dark. It was ok in the daytime when you open the windows but when the curtains are drawn it feels like a bar , with a bed end bar like table and very small lights on the ceiling. That made charging your phone not that easy as sockets were down below and room was dark.The room size is good and my room ha d a garden view. But there was no tea bag/ coffee/ water in the room . You could ask for some amenities ( eg slippers) but the worst impression I had with this hotel was when I asked for a tea bag ( which is normally provided in most hotels) the reception referred me to a ‘manger’ of restaurants who said I had to pay for a tea bag ( I assume he took it to be hot tea in room, but I gave my own hot water boiler and all I need is a tea bag)

Special mention to Fedele in the restaurant for the impeccable service. He is amazing also the people in the counter.

The room is really small, and everything else is good. The hotel is in the white community, and although it is a little far from the downtown attractions, it doesn't feel far away after walking all the way there. The breakfast is the same white food, but the pizza in the restaurant next door is really great, which refreshed my understanding of Italian pizza. It is really delicious. I ate it for three consecutive days.

The breakfast was especially great. The cappuccino was not too sour and the bread was excellent. There were many types of amenities and they would prepare them if you asked.

Styling Hotel, good quite area.
Good service and breakfast.
Personal are very friendly.

But beds are very hard. Me and my friend didn’t sleep good. Woke up every night a lot of times.

Now I understood- the most important thing in Hotel for me is good comfortable bed.

The location is good. There is a sushi restaurant opposite the door. There is also a Chinese restaurant less than 200 meters away. The taste is good and the price is not expensive. It is only half an hour's walk from the Duomo. The bus station is also close.
