Really disappointed with the communications from this hotel - have tried through various channels to contact them to change our booking for this June as the event we were going to got postponed - have received no responses for months and feel pretty sad as I was really looking forward to it and it's a lot of money lost as well. Had convinced my partner to book the suite to make it more special as it looks amazing but now I deeply regret that.

A great little hotell in a quiet area. Still just 10 min away from the city center.
The hotell is located in an old historic building and you feel history seeping through the walls.
Quaint room wich kind of surprised me with it's unusual layout. A two stories suite, when I just booked a ordinary room. All for the better!

Great little hotel. Beautiful room, updated enough to be comfortable, but hasn't ruined any of the original charm of the place. Location is in an area that was a bit sketchy at night, but close enough to attractions to be convenient. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, recommended.

Myself and my teenage nephew enjoyed a few days in beautiful Florence and we stayed at this lovely hotel for our stay. It is in a great location, on a quiet street but within two minutes walking we were in a busy place, we were able to enjoy our sightseeing without ever being too far from the hotel. The staff were friendly and answered many questions without us feeling we were an annoyance, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful which we used to have in the lovely courtyard with the resident pigeon for company. I would love to stay there again

A beautiful comfortable hotel with excellent service. Staff friendly and polite. Safe parking for our classic car. Easy walking to the favourite sites in Florence. We were only there one night 1st May 2019 but memorable. Great place to stay.

We stayed three nights and the hotel has good and not so good points. The negative points are as follows. First, it is very noisy as you can hear every movement of other guest and other guest shared the same comment with us. Second, they do not change your towels everyday unless you ask. Third, our hair dryer would only run for two minutes and then would stop for 5 minutes. The positive points are as follows. First, the staff was wonderful in every way. Second, they recommended very good places to eat that we're not tourist traps. Third, the rooms were huge as were the restrooms. Fourth, the lobby was nice for a late night drink and they were fine with us bringing our own wine and giving us snacks and glasses with no charge. So if you do not mind a very noisy hotel it may be good for you.

Centrally located which makes visiting the city easy. The staff was fantastic! They suggested places to eat that were more local than tourist which was nice. They always greeted you with a smile and spoke English really well. The room I stayed in was huge, so was the bathroom. Biggest draw back was that everyone had to walk past my room so you heard lots of noise at night.
