Our stay at Hotel Roma was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of everything we wanted to see and do. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to every taste. We wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Roma and will definitely be returning on our next visit!

It's nice to be in a beautiful place. The Santa Maria Novella square in front of the hotel is breathtaking. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff is professional and friendly. I was hoping for a little more for breakfast, but that doesn't detract from the 5-star rating. Private parking is available. Ask for municipal permits to get there by car.

During my stay at Hotel Roma, I was deeply impressed by the hospitality. Special thanks to Eleonora and Silvia at the front desk for their outstanding service. The hotel is pristine and situated in an excellent location. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Overall not that bad but for that price there are better options (we booked last minute).
Rooms are okay but bathrooms are old (although has good bathroom kit). We stayed on 5th floor and the room with 2 beds has window in ceiling.

Really nice room at a high price, just like everything else in Florence! Service at the reception and breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. We had trouble getting the water for our room replenished. Apparently, it has to be obvious to the housekeeping that you've finished the old bottles in order to get a refill. Who knew? The service at breakfast was nonexistent, the staff was too busy looking at their phones or pushing around food service carts to pick up dishes from the tables or assist customers. Florence is a highly competitive hotel market, based on our experience, recommend you find another lodging!

I was assigned a somewhat abstract room with two double beds and two bathrooms, but the experience was very good.
