Hotel Executive in Florence

The hotel is not far from the historic center, but in any case, a short walk along the Arno will take you straight to the Ponte Vecchio; we had a wonderful room, large, quiet, very clean. If I had to talk to you about the staff, I could give the breakfast not five stars, but ten! I will never stop thanking the manager, who tried her best to make us feel like princesses (I was with my niece). Sometimes it takes a little to please a person, but in this hotel you can be sure that you will find staff who can reinvent themselves, who know their business, who will do everything to make your dreams come true. Tea or coffee in the lobby are very welcome, but especially the bread and butter for breakfast, for which I thank you again. Shall we talk about the cleaning in general? One word: maniacs!!! I wish I could go back, but until then, hugs to you all from Turin, you were extraordinarily wonderful!!

It’s a bit old & the double room is a bit tight, but the hotel staff are very nice. And the breakfast is very good.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were all friendly. This was the most satisfying accommodation I've ever stayed in Italy.
It's a bit further down the road from the station than I expected, and the walk is quite long, especially with a carry-on suitcase, but everything else was satisfactory.

The hotel is excellent from all perspectives — clean, tidy, and well maintained. It offers all the necessary services for solo travellers, and the single room was remarkably spacious. The staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful. The location is also ideal, situated close to Santa Maria Novella and the Arno River. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel is very well located, and the facilities are adequate. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel left me with mixed feelings. When choosing a hotel, I was primarily concerned with its proximity to the train station (as I had a very late arrival), late check-in (not self-service), and a high hotel rating (seovis, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, etc.). In terms of price, I paid extra for the rating; even for Florence, over 230 euros per night is above average. Initially, I felt the service was very high: they wrote to me in advance and said they would accommodate my room preferences, and then they responded to my questions quite quickly. We arrived at the hotel at midnight and checked in quickly. The room was small but clean. There were robes and slippers, but there was no complimentary bottle of water (only a minibar, which was available for a fee) or kettle. The bathroom had body lotion, but no hair conditioner. The shower system is also very inconvenient: it turns on directly from the overhead shower, forcing you to freeze and quickly change the shower because the cabin is small and there's nowhere to go. Breakfast also seemed strange: on the one hand, there were delicious and varied cold meats, cheeses, fruits, and even salmon once; on the other, there were absolutely no vegetables: frozen cucumbers and bruised tomatoes. I brought my own salad on the second day. The hotel also has a tea corner (maybe that's why they don't consider it necessary to put a kettle in the room), but many times I didn't use it, either the water was cold or the kettles were completely empty. Overall, the staff is very friendly and attentive, but I wouldn't stay at this hotel again for this price. If it weren't for the late arrival, I would have chosen a location closer to the main attractions. The hotel is at least a 25-30-minute walk from the station to everything.

This is my second stay here. With such lovely amenities, great services, and excellent location it was a no brainer to stay here again. We loved everything!; I highly recommend (Hotel Executive )for its cozy rooms, friendly and helpful staff, quiet atmosphere and customer service.

Nice hotel room and good service attitude. Big spacious rooms. Good variety of breakfast foods. However, the blanket was paper thin. Good service and good location.
