Room was very nice had a lovely river view, all amenities needed. It was very warm but we just opened the door and it didn't bother us enough to mention it too reception staff. Although it's a good 30-40min walk from the centre of Florence there is a bus stop literally round the corner that takes you straight to the centre in a round 15mins! It is situated on a main road but noise was minimal with doors and windows closed. Could have been more option at breakfast, maybe a menu to order eggs?? Food on offer was fresh and of good quality though. The spa was a lovely way to relax after a long day walking and sightseeing. Everywhere was very clean and well presented. Staff were all very helpful and professional. Only stayed 2 nights for a short break but would stay again!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Florence. Everything was perfect, the service was excellent and the staff were always kind. The view was absolutelyt beautiful and made the experience more special. The spa was also fantastic, relaxing and well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Firenze .

The service at this hotel was very good, and the room was relatively comfortable. However, on the night I checked in, I noticed the sheets likely hadn't been changed as there were stains on them, which was a bit off-putting. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and the waitress at the ground-floor bar was very nice. Mr. Polo at the front desk was very thoughtful; he helped arrange a taxi and recommended a restaurant called Il Paiolo. However, the day before I left, I was promised a packed breakfast because I had an early morning flight, but the front desk didn't provide it. I ended up going hungry all morning, which is a big negative – promised services should always be delivered, and this needs improvement! I'd still recommend this hotel for a vacation, especially since it has a spa. I particularly love the breakfast restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious meal while watching the sunrise.

A very satisfying stay! The hotel's location is excellent, with almost all of Florence's major attractions within walking distance. The staff were friendly and efficient, proactively helping with luggage and providing helpful maps and guides. The room was clean and tidy, and the comfortable bedding ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was extensive, and their freshly brewed coffee is especially recommended. Although the price is slightly high, considering its prime location and excellent service, it's still very good value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Florence.

This is a new clean hotel, No frills but decent amenities, good service, good condition. The hotel is located far from City center and it’s not always easy to find a taxi not much to see in the area. The hotel is new and clean, but feels a lot more like a four star than a five

The hotel is a bit remote; it's a relatively small luxury hotel and quite far from the city center. However, the hotel can help you hail a taxi, so it offers better value for money compared to hotels in the city center.

It's very good. The room is big and well decorated. The location is not very central. But Florence is so small. It takes only 10 minutes by taxi to reach major attractions. Compared with other five-star hotels that cost 6,000 yuan, it is really good.
