Good hotel, old style as in good style. Parking. Just a bit far from the center, but not that far.
You must reorganize your breakfast buffet experience in timely manner. Forcing 20 peoples to queue for 15 mins in the middle of the room together will not help to prevent Covid hazard. It’s time consuming and inefficient. It’s also not safe. You loose service and safety.

Negative:
Staff arrogant and unfriendly, especially the approx. 40 yo long haired receptionist. Check in procedure: waited for the two receptionists to finish their conversation for 2 minutes before even talking to me. Then: passports. Your room is xy. Done. No further explanation about breakfast, wifi, check-out time whatsoever. On the day of leaving they let me wait 15 minutes in the car in the garage before opening the garage door. My wife saw the receptionist coming from the eating area before getting to the reception after ringing 5 times and me waiting in the car 15 minutes. Fun fact: before going down to the car I told the receptionist to open for me and he said he would, instead he rather leaves to let us wait.
Also big minus: NO cleaning service and NO functioning air conditioning in the room. The room was hotter than outside, we had to leave the balcony door open the whole night to get it cooler, letting mosquitos in to bite us and experiencing the loud traffic noise!!
Never had such a bad service in a 4 star hotel, neither in Europe nor in Asia.

Good place with many additional services. Near to the station and not so far away from rental car. You have to walk a bit to get in the city center, but at least you can sleep at night. Kindly staff

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, very good location, all of Florence is in walking distance. Nice room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good.
The pictures were offly misleading. Other than the restaurant and the friendly staff, we did not know why this hotel is 4 stars. We were very disappointed with the room. It was very old, it even had dirt marks on the wall, and it had a small bathroom. They said the new rooms were upstairs but it was fully booked. Even the pictures of the gym are misleading. Wish they could just post realistic pictures.
Good location close to the train station and the historic city centre. The room is clean and spacious with good air conditioning and a nice bathroom. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is tasty and varied. There is a gym in the basement with a multi gym and some cardio machines.
The hotel is okay, nothing more. Was in March, icy floors and carpets no sneakers, rested the weakest of the three of us got sick, the Breakfast is delicious even provide champagne, fruit little. THE biggest drawback IS IN COLD WEATHER COLD IN the ROOM from all the Windows of the blower.
