The staff was helpful especially in the dining hall. The receptionists were also friendly.
The single bed was a bit small. The value for money is just average.
Hotel is a long distance from the city centre. Not very good transport links and taxis expensive to get to points of interest. The Spa is not included in the room price and is overpriced for a 1 hour slot. The hotel offers a good buffet breakfast. Only filtered coffee on offer though! Staff friendly but not a luxury hotel.
