The beds are extremely hard, like really hard. The room amenities are good better than NH Central Rome and the overall room was better as well. Right next to the US consulate so that was nice to see. Rooftop was closed :/ Bar servers could be a little more friendly and attentive.

We stayed here 11/13 - 11/19. The beds are very hard, you will feel the springs. We woke up every morning sore. The worst part is the plumbing. I complained every day except one (returned late) that the bath tub takes hours to drain, they never fixed it. Run sink, you hear the gurgling from the tub. The restaurant food is basic, but the bar is good. Front desk and wait staff were nice, but I'll never stay here again.
A small plus is it's a 3-5 min walk to a tram (T1) and bus stop (C2 and C3)
Next month we're staying at NH Nacional in Spain. Hoping it's better.

We really enjoyed the rooftop bar, the convenient location, and the friendly front desk staff. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The toilet ran constantly, and the shower had a broken seal at the bottom of the glass, which caused water to flood the floor—we had to use most of our towels to soak it up. Maintenance did come by and was able to fix the toilet, but the shower issue remained unresolved.

We had a good time at this hotel. Did not run into any issues. Hotel is walking distance to the touristy Florence area and a 15 min walk to the train station. Highlight was them having a nice cozy area on the rooftop with a small pool.

It was a nice hotel, costco recommended, nice rooftop pool with a beautiful view of Florence Italy, decent buffet breakfast with a lot if choices

Easy walk from train station. Quiet, but safe area. Hallways were a bit damp and carpets need a refresh. Breakfast was good with efficient service. Very good hotel, but nothing that really stands out.

Would recommend this hotel for its convenience, it was a 15 minute walk to the train station and right along the river. It was also a 15 minute driver from the airport and walkable to all major attractions in Florence. The room itself was pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary but we did enjoy the breakfast buffet in the morning. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it was nice knowing there was one available if we needed it. For the price, I think this hotel was worth it.

We stayed here for 2 nights, and while the hotel had some positives, unfortunately the room setup made the stay uncomfortable.
The biggest issue was the bed — you could feel the springs all over, and every time someone turned, it squeaked loudly, enough to wake the partner. The sofa bed wasn’t much better; the mattress was extremely thin, and if you sat near the edge, it felt like you could fall in.
The bathroom looked nice and clean, but the shower setup was odd. There was a faucet positioned right in the middle of the tub, directly where you stand to use the shower, which made it awkward to use.
On the positive side, the hotel itself was clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated.
Overall, while the service and cleanliness were good, the poor bed quality and strange bathroom design really affected our comfort.

This was a very nice hotel. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious. It’s a bit outside of city center so may need a cab if unable to walk 25 min. The front desk staff were always so kind and helpful. They would call cabs for us any time we needed and addressed any of our needs.
My only complaint was that the beds were very uncomfortable. The mattresses were very thin and you could feel the springs. Otherwise it was a very nice stay!
