The hotel is located in the old city, making it convenient to get to any attraction. However, please note that the last bus departs at 8:30 PM. The female front desk staff weren't as friendly as the male staff. Overall, it was okay.

This hotel was a fantastic find for my independent trip to Italy. It's not far from the central station, and surprisingly quiet despite being close to the Duomo – a real oasis of calm in the city. It's also right next to Dante's House. Breakfast was excellent.

The room was spacious, the service was good, and it was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Florence. The complimentary two bottles of water was a plus.

We were in Italy for our Honeymoon! This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so friendly. We had this hotel included in our Costco Travel package and we are so grateful to have had this hotel. The hotel is very close to the train station. We didn't take a taxi when we arrived, so we walked for over ten minutes along the cobblestone road with our luggage. Poor wheelchair acessibility (seperate door), no disabled parking spaces, access to the dining room/ restaurant meant going outside and in another door due to no ramps inside the hotel, ok in summer but not in winter/ wet weather. This is a personal opinion, others may not feel the same way.

The parking fee is 30 euros for a commercial vehicle and 25 euros for a regular car, which is too expensive. Breakfast is 13 euros, which is acceptable. The city tax is 7 euros. Overall, the stay was mediocre. The single bed was a bit small. The value for money is just average.

Nice comfortable room with AC and a private balcony overlooking the street out front. Can't be skinny enough to be able to take a shower and close the shower, so just resign yourself to spraying a bit of water and put one of the bidet towels on the floor to soak it up and you'll be ok. The hotel was pretty old and the room was pretty small. The room was okay clean and there we're no issues of any sort of bugs/bedbugs. Breakfast and wifi were included. The location was excellent though. Only a 7 minute walk to the Doumo and about a 12 minute walk to the bridge.
