Heating could be better but the rooms are very high. Liked being there.

Stayed at Hotel London for one week in june/july with our adult children. Got two seperate rooms on different floors. First of all - Hotel London is a nice petite hotel by the beach in Viareggio, but I feel that you pay way more than you actually get..
Positive:

- polite staff
Negative/neutral:
- small and «out of date» rooms
- shower - eeh ..
- no bar - nor restaurant at the hotel (you can get a glass of (warm) wine ..)

Very clean. Nice and helpful staff. 24h reception. I've come here at least 10 times and I've always been happy.
