Very friendly and informative staff. Received great recommendations for eating breakfast and beach club (Maurizio) and train travel to Pisa! Very quiet location! Clean room each day of our stay. We slept great all three nights. AC was great, but needs better instructions on how to operate the AC thermostat! Perfect location, just one block off the beach, restaurants and shopping area.

I booked my elderly parents here for a short break in early June. They loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect for them, they enjoyed the breakfasts. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helped with advice on visiting nearby attractions by train/bus. Francesco the night receptionist went out of his way to make their stay a nice one.

Clean rooms, close to the beach, comfortable bed, a nice bathroom and a balcony to enjoy the cool air at night. All of that is to be expected, but the friendliness of the staff was what really made the trip to viareggio memorable for my wife and I. If I ever make it back here for carnivale, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Thanks for taking great care of us during our stay.

Very friendly staff. They will provide you with beach towels, which come in there own Hotel Kathy bag. They have a deal with one of the beach site's who in turn gave us a discount of 15% for a local restaurant. Also had a meal at a recommended restaurant, absolutely fab meal of steak.b

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. The bathroom was immaculately clean. The breakfast buffet was well above average with wonderful cappuccinos.

A delightful, family-run hotel with a fabulous location! The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Because of COVID-19 there was no breakfast served, but the hotel is so near the esplanade, it was easy to find alternatives. (I recommend Sarò for pastry and gelato, practically across the street). The hotel arranged for a luxury van for us, to the hotel from our home in Florence and then back - because we also had our dog with us. It was a wonderful 2 weeks! La ringrazio, Giorgia et al!
