I stayed with her for her 5th anniversary. It was a room called "Ema," but (likely all rooms) it also had an open-air bath, which was beautiful and stunning. Also, working out while eating? People were generally doing different things, and when we arrived, Vietnam responded. These people were more polite than the Japanese and were truly wonderful. I've stayed at different hotels so far, but this is definitely my number one. I want to go again!

In the spring, I stayed for two nights in a row to relieve my daily fatigue. I'm really glad I chose this hotel. [Hospitality] ・ From the moment I arrived, I was delighted that the staff greeted me politely. ・ The foreign staff are dedicated and work hard to serve customers. It warmed my heart. It's a level that makes me regret not having looked closely. I can't help but laugh. Another person said, "I thought the property of this hotel belonged to these staff." I feel that's exactly the case. I'm sure the staff's education is quite good. I've stayed in many hotels so far, but this was the hotel where the spirit of hospitality was felt the most. ・ I got a slight injury while walking, but they were very helpful in lending me a bandage and a disinfectant kit. ・ She waved until I couldn't see her anymore on the way home.

Very enthusiastic staff during check in. Ryokan is run mostly by foreign staff who spoke fluent English. They are hardworking and welcoming.
Room allocated is aged and musty smelling. Hot spring bath is good though.

Kaiseiki Dinner at this ryokan was the worst of the four we had during our Izu pennisula trip. We were served beef that was not fresh, sashimi with tough tendon that should have been removed by the chef.

We will not return and do not recommend.

I highly recommend this onsen ryokan! Among traditional Japanese hot spring hotels, its facilities are quite new. The garden environment is beautiful and the service is superb! The food might not look like a huge portion at first glance, but there are many dishes and it's definitely filling and delicious. The wasabi-themed dishes are especially unique.

This was the hotel we were most looking forward to in Izu. The day we arrived, a young man from the entrance ran over to help us with our luggage from a distance. We were really excited about dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. We even paid extra for a lobster sashimi and sake, which was excellent! The room itself was quite simple, but the entire hotel environment was beautiful and clean. The check-out experience was also very unique and a pleasant surprise.

The room was okay, though a bit dated. Dinner was average, but the service was excellent, and the outdoor hot spring was a real highlight.

The services were top-notch. The dinner and breakfast were all meticulously prepared and served.

Perfect! Words can't describe our experience. It was simply beautiful, showcasing the best of Japan: courtesy, cleanliness, meticulous attention to detail, and exquisite cuisine.
This is the hometown of the Izu Dancer, and wasabi is cultivated right down the mountain.
The hotel told a story about wasabi from beginning to end...

The location is far away from the stations which made the onsen hotel unique and slient. Excellent service, food and environment are both good as well. Had a good stay.

This hotel is very comfortable and quiet, and the staff are friendly. We went to the outdoor hot springs early in the morning after breakfast, and there was no one there, so the scenery was beautiful. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and very filling.
