Traveling with family, I saw the reviews and booked without hesitation. It truly didn't disappoint! We tried both breakfast restaurants, and each had its own unique charm – both are definitely worth it. The only minor drawback was that the Japanese restaurant offered free kids' meals and extra complimentary sets for children, while the European restaurant insisted on charging half price. It's not a big deal, but it did leave a slight sour taste. Overall, it was great, and we'd stay here again next time.

Quiet hotels, friendly staff. Have free hotel bus service to mrt station. (Near central of kyoto)

Great customer service. Room was very spacious and comfortable. I loved the room provide the matcha green tea ceremony experience. The location is not ideal but the shuttle service helps a lot. It would be more helpful if they post the shuttle service on their website. I found the shuttle info via guest reviews. Overall, we had a great time staying this hotel. I would love to come back again.

Didn't get iron board or steamer when requested one. That thing is not in the room.
Apparently they have it somewhere, but for some reason it was not available for us.
Bars and restaurants closes earler for entrance than it is stated on the fliers/leaflets.
No gym.
Restaurants are super expensive without a reason.
There was an odor from bathroom sink for a few days.
