Is so spacious for a hotel in Tokyo, there are plenty of big windows so you can see the nice night views, the room is so clear it gives a clean view of everything, and the massage chair is so convenient, my cousin fell asleep on it! The metro is next to it and it has a lift so is convenient when coming up with luggages! Would love to come back

Exquisite location, great amenities and facilities. There were some spots regarding cleanliness, but all-in-all, for tourists like us, a hotel room is a place to recharge after a hard day

For a room with a view of Tokyo Tower, the value for money is pretty good; you can enjoy the tower view to your heart's content. The location is also excellent, very close to both Midtown and Roppongi Hills

Environment: The location is excellent, very close to the Hibiya Line exit, and you can walk to Minami Aoyama and Shibuya

We found one halal restaurant Zen which was a little pricy but the quality of the food and the friendly staff makes it so worth it. There's a few shopping malls and the Aeon Mall is worth a visit too

Apart from it took us a while to find the entrance coz we missed it the first time and went back down the escalator near the Starbucks than it's on the right side. Just look out for the signage

Easy to reach all the major attractions. Went to uji, otsu and yamashina. Recommend to stay in this very comfortable hotel! Room for 2 person is comfy enough

Located in the heart of Nagoya, the hotel's general location is excellent, it's clean, and the staff are very friendly. However, the surrounding commercial district definitely felt a not-clean.

Breakfasts both days were excellent, with an incredible assortment of fresh pastries and various Japanese and Western options

Got a room a good price, emergency stay, air conditioning is not controlled by the user, rooms are very small, with a desk, also toilet rooms, but APA hotels have onsens as far as I know if you don't mind going to public bathrooms

Great value for a hotel smack dab in the middle of all of Nagoya's action. We chose this hotel due to the breakfast buffet option, but were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, the attentive staff, and amenities

Staying in the Superior King Room at Osaka Tokyu REI Hotel was truly excellent value for money! The location is super convenient, very close to Honmachi Station, and just a few minutes' walk to Shinsaibashi

The entire space is large and comfortable, which is really good for Osaka! Plus, I slept really well, and there's a Starbucks downstairs, so I had coffee after waking up. Overall, highly recommended!

This is a good and clean hotel. They have a good program of preserving the environment. It is near to Hommachi subway and about 1km to the Dotonbori area.

Great hotel with spacious room and awesome amenities. Located in a really fancy part of Osaka so walking down the streets is kinda fun. Totally walkable to a lot of main city spots and train station nearby

Location wise, it's within the shopping district of Shinsabashi and close to many different restaurants. If you travel with lots of luggage it is a little cumbersome using the metro to get to the hotel

Cool design, we stayed in a room with a city view. The cleaning is good, and the breakfast includes eggs, cheese, bread, and fruit. There is a large and stylish swimming pool, a sauna, and a gym.

They provided a wonderfully satisfying Christmas decoration for my girlfriend and me, and we loved the room design and all the excellent and friendly service from the hotel!

Honestly, the hardware facilities are excellent, but! If you want to experience differential treatment, this W is the place to be. First, someone else's laundry was mistakenly delivered to our suite

Our room was enough, we had a comfortable stay and the space was just right for us and we can still open our luggages. Restroom were very clean and not like the old yellow plastic material you see in old hotels

Hotel is in good location . But faced loud noises at mid night and the air con is only in heat mode and I sweat mid night. Due to above2 reasons, my slept was disturbed for 2 nights

This hotel is perfect if you don't want to walk far from Sapporo station and you need to leave early for the airport. Just a few minutes beside Stellar Place mall. Check in is strict as with all hotels in Japan at 3pm

The view was expansive, the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel's service was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay

I got the room at level 34 facing north side of Sapporo and it was breathtaking. I booked 2 rooms and the staff was kind enough to accomodate my request for the rooms to be nearby. We got rooms next to each other

Great location, just beside JR Sapporo station with lots of underground shops and connected to malls. 2 subway lines here as well. Staffs are very courteous and greet everyone. Perfect service and location.

It was initially full booked and once I saw rooms available at the last minute, I took it. Amenities are complete with both body and skincare products too. Breakfast was add on and we chose western cuisine

Really nice location. Few minutes away from 銀座. Didn’t try their breakfast. But there are a lot of restaurants near by. Walking distance to 築地 as well .

The only minor drawback is that the room felt a bit too small; I think a hotel at this price point should offer more spacious rooms

The best part of the hotel is its lobby, which sits at the 16th floor of the building. The lobby provides a great view of Ginza's city skyline and a clear view of the Tokyo Tower

The hotel's location is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. The decor and facilities are all new, and you can even see the Ginza night view. The hotel's cleanliness is also top-notch

This room size is just right for one person without luggage. I'm not sure what tier it falls into in Japan, but in China, it's probably on par with or slightly below a Hilton

The front desk guy spoke Chinese, which was a nice surprise! Luggage storage and check-in were smooth and friendly. Self check-out was easy. The environment is great, much more comfortable than Tokyo or Osaka.

This place is kind of a hidden gem in Yokohama Great location, right near train station, a nice park, plenty of food and drink options, rooms are priced right, decent sized, carpeted, fresh towels daily, it’s quiet and tucked away from the main street but close enough to walk to quickly enough They have a buffet breakfast that looks great (haven’t tried yet) Book it! The hotel's front desk is on the second floor, and there's a convenient store downstairs, which is really handy for buying things. The subway station is right outside, making it super easy to get around

2025 I have tried the buffet breakfast and it is fantastic- the dumplings, miso soup, rice (I add kimchi and pickles) mackerel, yogurt are all very tasty, highly recommend the buffet breakfast!

Right at the subway exit, you're there. You can walk to nearby attractions, though it's a bit of a distance – maybe a kilometer. The facilities are a bit old, but clean and hygienic

I really enjoyed my time at the Kushiro Prince. Staff were nice to me and spoke English, room was clean and had a great view of Kushiro. Location was right next to lots of good places to eat.

With a English speaking in the counter is a plus . Polite and the roof terrace is an excellent view

I noticed the hairdryer was a bit dirty while washing my hair, but a quick call to the front desk got it replaced very promptly. I recommend the yakiniku restaurant directly across the street from the hotel

You won't have to worry about food or drinks staying here. The Asakusa Line downstairs goes straight to Narita Airport (if you're not good with transfers, just allow two hours for the trip)

This hotel is one of the best mid-price hotel we ever lived in Japan. You get to choose your own pillow, enjoy the free-flow drink bar as well as the onsen with the hotel

This hotel is really nice with its natural hot spring and free flow drinks available from vending machines. Location is not too bad, near train station and bus stops.

There's a convenience store downstairs, but not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. ## Facilities: There's a public bath (which is also open to the public, so it can get very crowded in the evenings)

## Hygiene and Service: The hotel has a policy that guests must put out a 'clean my room' sign before 10 AM each day for full housekeeping. Otherwise, only towels and trash bags will be replaced

Even with full cleaning, it's just a basic tidying up; linens and pillowcases are not changed. ## Location: It's a bit far from Osaka JR Station, but you can get there directly via bus #88

Starting from Mr Sato at the front desk to the staff around the property and in the onsen, we experienced the famous omotenashi of Japan. Thank you all and we hope to back again some day

A great quasi-resort on shore of Lake Biwa. Mercure has done a nice job to refit and mondernize the building up to new specs

For its price, it is a good hotel with spacious rooms, great views, a nice hot spring and a decent location to explore Nagahama

Still some Showa remnants in rooms such as quaint unit bath—- but it just makes us old timers smile

Stayed here for 4 nights, and it was busy every day as the hotel seemed to be used to host tour groups which means it takes quite a while to get up and down due to the congestion at the lifts during the peak hours and the hot springs can be a little crowded too

Food options wise, there is only one main restaurant within the hotel that serves buffet breakfast and dinners. There are no other options within the hotel. You would have to head out to town to grab your meals

old hotel need some renovation, but location is very good, only 1 station from airport, and they provide free shuttle bus to airport, but it was only before 10AM , after 10AM there was no shuttle from hotel to airport

This hotel is the perfect choice for an overnight stay in Osaka, especially if you have early morning or late night flights

They also have a large indoor parking lot, which is a great deal at 1000 JPY for hotel guests. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of choices and fantastic taste

For many years, I've consistently stayed at Star Gate when visiting Osaka. Although the hotel is a bit older, the soundproofing in the rooms and the cleanliness are exceptionally good

The room was a bit dated, but the location is excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk from the outlet mall, and the view from the window is great.

The bathroom had a large tub, and they provided not only bath salts but also miniature toiletries. Even the shampoo was excellent. The room also came with complimentary capsule coffee and tea

The room also offer amazing views of Nagoya city. The hotel is easily accessible from Nagoya station, while restaurants and shopping malls are conveniently located below the hotel. Excellent service from the hotel staffs

The location is fantastic, right next to Nagoya's main subway station. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall with Uniqlo, Bic Camera, and GU, perfect for all your shopping needs

There's also a convenience store right at the lobby entrance. We even received shopping mall discount coupons upon check-in. On our floor, there was a drink vending machine, a free ice machine, and a microwave

It’s linked to JR Takashimaya on lower floors. We love the breakfast at Open House. By morning they serve breakfast and a French Restaurant at other meal times. Extensive breakfast spread, and excellent quality
