We had dinner and breakfast and both are excellent food quality and value for price. The breakfast at 3200 yen with crab soup is a value plus several made to order food items like the riceballs

I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the overall attention to detail throughout the hotel. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip

Great location as a first stop when arriving into CTS airport. It’s close by and convenient location. But what set apart this hotel are its restaurants

I checked out from candeo wakayama amd checked into candeo namba. Buttt the cleaning wasnt good! There were stains on the sofa. Somedays dirty towels that were put aside wasnt picked up

The hotel changed the bedding daily, and the pajamas were fresh, pressed perfectly flat, and placed neatly on the headboard every day. The Japanese breakfast at the Japanese restaurant was also excellent! 👍

I brought my child and booked a spacious room. The tatami mat, perfect for tea during the day, could be converted into a large bed at night, which was excellent

You get to choose between 2 restaurants - buffet or Japanese dining. We stayed 2 night so we get to try both. I personally prefer the buffet as the variety and quality of food is really good

This is an excellent choice of hotel right outside Universal Studio Japan. Newly done room, beautiful bathroom. Tea & coffee, water and ice provided as well as use of microwave

Toiletries were collected at check-in. On a weekday, we went to Universal Studios in the afternoon, entering after 3 PM (bought tickets for 2 adults and 1 child at a nearby Lawson convenience store for 780 RMB)

The hotel's really close to the subway, which is super convenient. There are tons of food options around the subway station, and a convenience store right downstairs

Where there used to be two beds, there are now three tatami mats, so even if a child rolls around in their sleep at night, it won't disturb the adults, and there's no need to worry about them falling off

Only complaints are: 1) some of the elderly male staff are not very nice, especially the gentleman in the front desk. Zero smile even when I made an extra effort in saying thank you each time

Even though the monorail station across the street looks close, having a bus pick you up and drop you off right at the hotel entrance after a long day of fun is incredibly convenient

5 mins walking distance to Disney Train Station, it does have a frequent shuttle bus service to take you to the Disney train station

The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk from Keisei Narita Station! The room was clean, and there's a public bath which was great for warming up

This hotel was super convenient, being very close to Keisei Narita Station. However, getting to JR Narita Station felt like a bit of a detour. The room was perfectly adequate in size

I also really enjoyed the large public bath, it was very relaxing. My only complaint was the mattress on the bed; it was quite soft and my back sank in a lot, which personally I didn't like and I didn't sleep very well

Daily change of towels and amenities given as actual room cleaning is not daily. There is also a free Onsen bath on the 2nd floor for guest use. Highly recommended for price charged

This resort has great service and ABF is very nice, we can choose Chinese, Japnese (Ryokyu), international for our breakfast in seperate restaurant

The check-in process took a full 45 minutes, and I was almost on the verge of heatstroke from standing there so long! After finally checking in, I wanted to quickly freshen up with a shower, but then waited another 30 minutes in the room for my luggage

Because of this, the prices for additional services and restaurants also feel overpriced. Dust, dirt, worn furniture, and even mold significantly spoil the overall impression

The only time you can really enjoy the pool or ocean without getting baked is closer to sunset (unless you don't mind the sun, then never mind what I said)

I think it's more suited for experienced business travelers. The English proficiency of the front desk staff wasn't as good as I'd hoped, and this was consistent across every Toyoko Inn I stayed at afterward

However, those packages need to be booked in advance, which isn't suitable for a traveler like me who needs flexibility. One thing to note is that the duvet didn't have a cover, it was just a sheet over the duvet

Cool hotel. The rooms are very clean and modern. There are great restaurant options and spa + gym available. Very good location if you are into partying. Staff was very friendly and kind.

The room's decor is a bit on the dark side, but the cleanliness and maintenance are quite good. The location is very convenient, with a shopping mall right downstairs. My friend's room even had a view of Tokyo Tower.

We stayed here for a week and every day we received such a high standard of service. Every single member of staff we encountered was polite and helpful. Any requests we made were responded to very quickly

I don't speak Japanese or English, and it took a while to get breakfast delivered to the room. The service was still good though; you could ask the front desk to help call a taxi when you left

Parking fee charged ¥2000 is reasonable. We love the view in room and the big lobby. Staffs in the front desk and front door are polite and nice. We will stay in this hotel when we come to visit Osaka next time.

Room: Small, but cheap and very clean. Not really enough sockets for the number of things you need to charge these days. Service: The hotel let me leave my suitcase with them both before and after check-in and check-out

They let me use their glue which I needed for something. A small thing, but appreciated. Slight minus - despite giving a Japanese address, they still asked for my residence card

It is my first visit to this hotel, ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka. The hotel itself is very classic with different facilities. Location is very good and convenient. There is a convenient store in few minutes walk

It is only within 10 mins walk to the MTR station too. The breakfast is very good on 1/F with Garden view. I like the scrambled egg very much which is very tasty and smooth

Stayed in the renovated "universal" (aka wheelchair accessible room). It was a good room with two large beds and room for a cot. Wheel in shower as well as large bathtub + large sink (with ample leg room)

A nice experience at the ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka. The rooms were clean although there were a few stains on the mirrors and in the toilet. Service was exceptional, staff were kind and ready to help

Two small complaints: they charge for the pool (so we didn't use it), and although they ask (on a card in the bathroom) us to help save the planet by hanging our towels, and we did so, they nonetheless replaced them

Also, thank you for the assistance of Ms. Saki Kamada and she was very helpful to answer my questions before my arrival. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and it is recommended to come back again
