The economy room is not large by any standards, but given the location, the amenities (they give wonderful sleeping pyjamas in one of the drawers), the thoughtfulness (it's small but they have drawer storage everywhere, it's good enough for a solo traveller whose goal is just to remain close to Tokyo's attractions, and have a luxurious sleep

This hotel is close enough to metro station, the hotel environment is elegant and quite. The room facilities are complete and well maintained, the room is big and comfortable, the view is good too

Excellent, five-star review! The location is super convenient with a convenience store downstairs, and the breakfast was fantastic!

I chose a double room with Tokyo tower view and it was defo worth the extra charge. The breakfast was also very decent, it had pretty good details like salmon pieces in the salad

No complaints about the bedding and cleanliness and maintenance of the room. Soundproofing is good as well

Bathroom very nice and also has indoor and outdoor onsen on the top floor. Great location only 1 minute walk away from subway and 5 minute walk away from JR sugamo station. Very easy to get to shinjuku and shibuya

The onsen on the 14th floor was so relaxing! The location was also really great, not too busy but with enough restaurants and shopping nearby. The best part of our stay was the hotel staff

It's not cheap place, however is worth visiting for the experience and is perfect place to treat a person. Anyone will be impressed by the luxury inside and will cost you less than a good restaurant visit for sure

Excellent! Ebisu is conveniently close, just a 5-minute taxi ride away. Plus, there's a direct airport shuttle to Narita available right downstairs.

This is a very old-money hotel, surrounded by affluent neighborhoods. There's a shopping center right across the street. The breakfast is delicious, and there are many weddings held here on weekends.

The room was a little small, but everything I needed was compactly packed. The lockers in the changing room at the large bath were small, so it was difficult to get changed when it was crowded

Nice hotel adjacent to a metro station with two malls close by and connected via above ground walk paths. This provides good options for dining and access going into the city

I wouldn’t call this a five star property… however we stayed here the day before they shut for renovations so maybe things will change. Positives - It is a good location if you don’t mind being away from central Tokyo

The lobby offers complimentary DHC basic skincare products, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. I especially loved their cleansing oil and facial cleanser. The POLA toiletries provided in the public bath were also excellent

This time, I was assigned a room on the 29th floor with a mountain view, which I think offers the most beautiful scenery! What truly impresses you about Hotel Okura isn't just the hardware (though it's excellent), but the service! That kind of 'proactive' service awareness means they've already anticipated your needs and processes before you even speak

Free shuttle bus service between Narita Airport and hotel, as well as Narita town and AEON, the process of check-in, spacious room are what we like the most, and surely you won’t regret to stay here.

It's a lovely hotel, the onsen is wonderful. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options to enjoy. The smoothies and icecream on pancakes were the highlights for me

Wonderful time at Grand Mercure. Hotel are spacious, fit in four beds , breakfast are nice and from noon time serve welcome drink till dark. Beautiful sea view from the room. Enjoyable to stay in this hotel with family.

Located just beside Cape Zanpa, this place has great views. Found a dirty pillowcase when I check in, but the staff replaced it immediately after I mentioned it. The front desk team speaks English well.

But the a/c is a little bit weird which can not cover the bathroom:( The actual location is a little bit far away from the downtown but since I’m here for HYROX which happened just across the road in INDEX Osaka so it can not be more convenient for me

About a 7-8 minute walk from T3, very convenient. Walked both ways, didn't take the shuttle. Unexpectedly, this hotel was the largest one during my entire Tokyo trip

The hotel staff even asked the shuttle bus driver to bring them to the airport for me, but because I waited in the wrong place, I couldn't retrieve them

The room was extremely hot and the air conditioning isn’t on in the winter months. They were able to open the window. Food was great.

It’s connected to the main station and Level 2’s exit gets you to the Shinkansen. It is a wonderful hotel with all required amenities and a great bed to sleep on. If you have back issues, this is the place!
